* DragonInChief: Despite the three Executors being officially equal in rank (and ''un''officially Heart is their leader), Medic became the main enemy up until Freeze was introduced - Heart didn't know the details of what she was up to, and Brain did know but was powerless to stop her.

* ArcVillain: After spending the first two arcs [[TheManBehindTheMan in the shadows]], Freeze takes the lead starting with the third arc. isand acts as to the other leaders. What puts him here instead of the BigBad is that [[spoiler:he was the first of the major Roidmudes to be destroyed, after which Heart resumes being the main antagonist.]]

Considering that he's almost single-handedly kept ''everyone'' in the dark about the Roidmudes thanks to his memory alteration powers, she's got a very good point.

Like the [[BigBad Big Bads]] of those shows, he's an older gentleman in a position of authority that makes him inassailable and has powers responsible for maintaining TheMasquerade, but his role in the story and skill at enhancing Roidmudes are derived more from the ArcVillain from ''Double''. Blending these elements produces the twist that when Freeze dies, so does his power, and Drive fully makes the transition to TheUnmasquedWorld.
** Him being a charismatic, KnightOfCerebus [[TheChessmaster Chessmaster]] that manipulates everything to his liking, that has a misanthropic view of humanity harkens back to Riku Sanjo's first BigBad from ''Manga/DragonQuestTheAdventureOfDai'': The Great Demon Lord Vearn.

* WeaponOfChoice: The Break Gunner is his [[TransformationTrinket transformation device]], [[PowerFist knuckle]], and gun [[MixAndMatchWeapon all in a single one-handed gadget]]. Combined with Viral Cores, it can give Chaser a special weapon that transforms into various modes depending on the Chaser Viral Core used:

* HeroKiller: [[spoiler:Kills both Shinnosuke and Mr Belt with a single attack in #32]].

* PoisonousPerson: Turned UpToEleven as a Kamen Rider, as he claims that he's now able to produce 999 types of toxins

*** And indeed, he seems to ''briefly'' flash back to his true programming in #21, when Shinnosuke reminds him about Kiriko. Though it doesn't stick. As it turns out, this is due to Brain, as Chase completely reverts in #22. Sadly, Medic just re-brainwashes him and turns it [[UptoEleven up several notches]] until he was defeated by Drive Type Formula. After that, he's [[spoiler:free of it and has joined Team Drive as Kamen Rider Chaser.]]

* UpToEleven: After infusing himself with the sealing shuriken that once was Youkai Buruburu, 089 can exploit the fear in people and create a Slowdown as powerful as Chase's Hyper Density Shift.

* NiceHat: As Paint Roidmude, he has a beret.

* NiceHat: When you're based on a Wild West-stylized gunslinger, this is a must.
