Kaguya, feeling sorry for asking Hayasaka for advice and then acting insensitive about it, nonetheless presents the plan to Ishigami. He likes parts of the plan, but in his usual BrutallyHonest way, he points out several logistical flaws in it and can't help but comment that "this plan radiates thirst" because it's built around visiting a famous make-out spot. This earns him a volleyball in his face from a eavesdropping Hayasaka.
* BlindWithoutEm: Downplayed. Hayasaka is nearsighted to the point that things become blurry from only a few feet away, and wears contacts in her day to day life.
* BriefAccentImitation: When she's showing Shirogane into the Shinomiya estate during the sick episode, she stuffs her bra slightly, wears bright blue color contacts and adds a slight accent to her speech so that she'll look and sound like a foreigner.
* BrokenPedestal: Downplayed; in Chapter 196, Hayasaka's high opinion of Maki is tarnished a bit after spending an afternoon with her, Shirogane, and Ishigami, and seeing Maki's ButtMonkey tendencies underneath all her talent and elogence. Hayasaka even muses that Maki's habit of being dishonest with herself is pretty familiar. Still, the girls end up bonding and becoming friends from the experience.
