She is the mother of Johnny, Susan, and Mary Test. She is a strict businesswoman who makes the money for the Test household. She,like the other Test family members openly despises Hugh's meatloaf obsession.

* IdiotHero: In general, the mayhem caused in a good number of episodes could have been avoided entirely if Johnny hadn't tried using the girls' science to get out of chores, school, or [[TheSlacker anything else involving effort]].
* ItsAllAboutMe: He is self-entitled, and keeps using his sisters' inventions despite being told ''not'' to.

* KidAppealCharacter: His entire existence hinges on how relatable he is to kids with his contempt for authority and love for video games, sports and all hobbies young boys are interested in.

* UnsympatheticComedyProtagonist: It can be hard to root for him in some episodes. He can be selfish, rude, and disrespectful. But this is mostly towards the people in his family. He behaves kindly enough towards friends and strangers for the most part.

* AmbiguouslyBi: He has crushed on Missy despite behaviors suggesting he might be gay. However, this could be refuted considering the fact that he and Johnny were merely pretending to like the girls so they could get rid of them. Despite this possible refute, Dukey also crushed on an alternate gender bent version of himself.

* KidAppealCharacter: Dukey is forced to take on this role due to the fact that Johnny won't always make the best choices in every scenario. Dukey appeals towards kids due to his quirky personality, ability to talk, his tendency to be gassy, and his trademark laughing.

* RedOniBlueOni: It's subtle but it's there. Susan is the red: more rational minded, always tries to see if there's logical explanation for everything and can be rather stubborn. Mary is the blue, willing to believe more in the unnatural and is usually the voice of reason between the pair. Ironically, Susan wears a blue shirt while Mary wears a yellow one. There's also a dash of TomboyAndGirlyGirl with the way of dress (Susan wearing a skirt and Mary Janes while Mary wears jeans and sneakers).

* AmbiguouslyBi: Johnny does display interest in girls including Sissy and Jillian Vegan and hates crossdressing but he has HoYay with both Dukey and Gil. While it can be argued that Johnny loves Dukey in the same way that a typical boy loves his dog, Johnny's interactions with Gil are somewhat chummy as Johnny is not repulsed at all by Gil's comments towards him and he even accepted Gil's offer to go on a date with him, which involved a candlelit dinner.

* TheChewToy: Dukey often suffers a lot of injuries as a result of Johnny's shenanigans. One such example was when Johnny tried to break a record and win money by participating in a stunt created by an eccentric billionaire, Dukey tried to stop Johnny from doing the stunt but ended up doing the stint himself by accident, which resulted in him getting injured and put in a full body cast.

* MistakenForGay: It's implied that Johnny tries to invoke this trope in the girl scout episode by making fake claims towards his dad that he likes being in the girl scouts as well as dresses and skipping and makeup with his father responding with the words "you don't say". Johnny immediately drops the act and tells his dad that he will stop the girly charade if his dad purchases enough girl scout cookies from Johnny so Johnny could get a brand new bike.
