* FiveSecondForeshadowing: Two instances in Chapter 32 foreshadow Daikoku Yaoyorozu being Flect Turn. The first is when he checks his reflection in a mirror before his meeting with Re-Destro, and the second is the commercial for the Yaoyorozu Corp. that plays during it, which ends with the line: "and with you, our future is bright, Yaoyorozu Corporations - reflecting the future onto you."

* BigBadEnsemble: So far the current members of the Inner Circle are Mugen Shigaraki/All for One, Kanshi Shiryoku/Intelli, Daikoku Yaoyorozu/Flect Turn and Rikiya Yotsubashi/Re-Destro. And those are just the villains we are aware of. That said, all of them have their own agenda, most of which comes in direct opposition to the other High Generals and are all waiting for the right moment to betray each other.

* BadassBoast: Delivers one to the High Generals before their attack on Hosu:
--> '''All for One''': ''No hero will be able to stop us! No weapons will be able to threaten us! The Vessel shall rule over this world! Humarise will blot out the corruption of quirk society! The Hero Public Safety Commission will control our armies as our reach expands! The Meta Liberation Army will wipe out any who oppose us! Japan will only be the beginning, and the centerpiece of our empire! The Inner Circle will avert destiny! We shall rule over this world!''

* EvilIsPetty: Three words: The Yoichi Party. That's right. He named the political party that he is using as a front for his criminal activities after the brother he abused and killed just spite him and his successors from the grave.

Three words: The Yoichi Party. That's right. He named the political party that he is using as a front for his criminal activities after the brother he abused and killed just spite him and his successors from the grave.grave.
** Once he found out how Izuku would be chosen to be next Wielder of One for All in the original timeline, All for One decided that the boy would be his Vessel in the future, just to spite All Might.
** He refuses to refer to Vision's original owner by her real name, saying that she doesn't need any name other than her Quirk since both it and her are his possessions now.

Added DiffLines:

* HorrifyingTheHorror: Despite keeping control for most of the time, whenever All for One remembers the memory of his showdown with All Might at Endor Forest he finds himself reduced to a wimpering and scared mess begging for his life whenever the hero has him cornered and is about to finish him off by crushing All for One's skull.

Added DiffLines:

* {{Hypocrite}}: When confronted by Vision's original owner, he claims to be a real person capable of feeling guilt so they should stop harassing him. Coming from a man who thrieves with other people's misery, treats the Vestiges from the Quirks he stole as things rather than people and never shows an ounce of remorse for his cruelty, this makes All for One the embodiment of hypocrisy.
* ItIsDehumanizing: All for One refuses to refer to owners of the Quirks he stole by their real names, only calling them by their Quirks names, since they don't need to be called anything else after becoming his property.

* ItsPersonal: With All Might, just as All Might considers it personal with him. Despite having planned to fake his death, All For One was still terrified when All Might killed him the first time, only being brouhgt back to full health by the Doctor afterwards, and during his grand speech to the other High Generals, he makes it clear that when the Day of Genesis comes, he will be the one to deal with All Might.

* TheManBehindTheMan / TheManBehindTheMonsters: He is Nine and the Villain Consortium's benefector, and the mastermind behind Trigger Outbreak years prior.

* BadBoss: Has absolutely no problem with physically manhandling Hood around, and his later conversations with Nine reveals that he's simply stringing the other High Generals around, and clearly doesn't intend to rule with anyone other than his Vessel - in other words, himself.

* AdaptationalContextChange: Like his manga counterpart, All For One tends to don a frightening mask and neck brace for his more strenuous activities. While in the manga and anime they're for medical purposes, here on the other hand it is clearly for intimidation factor, and allowing him to fit in with the other more theatrical looking villains.

* BatmanGambit: As it turns out, All for One arranged for the destruction of his previous criminal empire during All Might's career in order to lure his nemesis into believing he defeated him, with All Might completely unware that All for One and the Inner Circle were secretly saving resources to rebuild it and put it back in action once the hero had been weakened after their fight.

to:

* BadassInANiceSuit: He's always seen in a stylish business suit, either on stage addressing the country as Mugen Shigaraki or manhandling a rampaging Hood as All For One.

Added DiffLines:

* KickTheDog: Apologizes to both the Yaoyorozus for Momo's upcoming death at the hands of his own Nomu, a sympathetic moment that's ruined by the fact that he talks about their daughter as though she were an interesting project that had gotten cancelled. While Daikoku brushes it off, Yukari has to resort to [[DrowningMySorrows drinking all her wine in one go]].

Added DiffLines:

* MaskOfSanity: Presents himself to Japan as a charismatic, hopeful CoolOldGuy who wants to change the country as the prime minister for the better. No one, outside of All Might and his close circle, are aware of how utterly insane and petty the man truly is, and how he intends to actually rule Japan, and later the world, as a tyrant.

Added DiffLines:

* BaldOfEvil: Thanks to the scars given to him by All Might, he has absolutely no hair on his head. [[SubvertedTrope This of course only applies to his vestige self, as his real body still has his hair.]]

* DevilInPlainSight: Zig-zagged. All For One, Flect Turn, Intelli, Re-Destro, Trumpet and Dr. Garaki are fairly normal-looking enough to serve as public figures, acting as politicians, CEOs, heroes and respectable doctors. Dictator, Kunieda, and Gashy Eijiju, are ObviouslyEvil, and both Kurogiri and the Hooded Man are so blatantly evil-looking the students of UA almost immediately realize they're villains once the shock of their appearance wears off.
