However, he [[NotSoStoic hesitates, concerned that he might hurt a hostage]]. With some encouragement from his commander, Rio successfully shoots the target in the shoulder, neutralizing him.

* CordonBleughChef: Played with. On account of Samatoki and Jyuto, Rio's cooking is actually tolerable, if not delicious. The problem mostly stems from his choice of ingredients, which fits his survival lifestyle. A presentation and a smell of his meals usually turn most people off, with the exception of [[PerpetualPoverty Dice]] and Doppo. Amusingly, his cooking is so terrifying that it's [[{{Pixellation}} censored]] in both manga and anime.
