Did she actually guess that Dave would essentially NewGamePlus himself to stop John, thus giving all of the kids a ton of advantages in the process? If she did, it's still kind of cold, but it's still worked out very well so far.
** She seems less and less evil the more we see of her.

[[spoiler: Vriska cripples Tavros in a bid of [[FoeYay hate courtship]], which pisses off Terezi and Aradia. Aradia sends the spirits of [[KillerGameMaster those poor souls Vriska's killed to haunt her]], and Vriska retaliates by mind-controlling her sorta-boyfriend/close friend Sollux into [[WaveMotionGun blasting her to smithereens]]. Terezi then orchestrates a [[TheWatcher near-omnipotent man living on the moon]] into [[{{Gorn}} blowing up one of Vriska's eyes and her arm]] as part of an attempt to kill Vriska outright in revenge. Vriska then, through ''double-proxy'' mind control, manipulates Tavros into communing with Terezi's dragon Lusus, leading it to convince a dreaming Terezi into staring into the BLISTERING ALTERNIAN SUN and going ''blind.'']]
** [[spoiler: SHE CREATED BEC NOIR! Or at least orchestrated all the events that would lead to his creation.]] If that doesn't earn her CompleteMonster points, I don't know what will.
* CrossesTheLineTwice: ...''[[YourMileageMayVary however]], ''her relentless omnidirectional antagonism borders on the ridiculous at times. The fact that some fans [[YourMileageMayVary don't think she's quite hit that second line]] makes her a bit of a BaseBreaker.

After her official introduction, she is given a [[EvillyAffable sympathetic moment]], and it's shown that her murderous manipulation is [[MonsterSobStory necessary]] in order to prevent her lusus from [[NightmareFuel eating her]]. Also, she was revealed to be suffering from both [[TheGambler gambling addiction]], and [[CosmicPlaything some kind of cursed luck]] [[LaserGuidedKarma as the result of her own actions]].

** She's the Scorpio troll, and thus invokes the story of the [[TheFarmerAndTheViper Scorpion and the Frog]]. (with [[FridgeBrilliance Aradia as the frog]]). It seems like she can't ''help'' being evil even if it's obviously against her own best interests. Which makes her more pitiable, but still a terrible idea to have around.

* LargeHam: Tends toward the overdramaaaaaaaatic, both in her pesterlogs and in person, and employs a HairFlip just for the sake of it.

* MadLibsCatchphrase[=/=]PungeonMaster: "Adios, Torea[pun]!", but she spreads it to other things and other romance languages.

* ObliviousToLove: She thinks Kanaya is in love with Tavros and angry that he chose her instead. This is backwards in almost every possible respect.
