* ContrivedCoincidence: Firing them in a specific order can provide an opportunity to eliminate Royce - Bolt will seek advice from Royce's bodyguard, thus leaving the core room unguarded (and also briefly separating the guard from Royce). Reynolds will disable the safety mechanism in the core room, allowing core maintenance to begin even with someone inside the room (and she is only able to do this because Bolt isn't guarding the room). Finally, Reed will trigger the maintenance before leaving, thus resulting in Royce being burned to death.

An assassin
and only child an agent of Marcus Stuyvesant, who runs her family's art foundation.Crystal Dawn whom Carl Ingram has hired.

* AffectionateNickname: Marcus will call her "my bunny" during their meeting.
* AscendedExtra: Cornelia was previously a largely unimportant NPC in "The Ark Society", albeit connected to the Stuyvesant family by way of her name. She later has talks with Zoe Washington outside the Art Gallery, and becomes much more important in Dubai's "On Top of the World" mission, where she is the subject of artist Lucy's badgering.
* ArrangedMarriage: There is an apparent bore at the Ark Society and his parents are trying to set her up. Her interest could best be described as "revulsion".
* CallingTheOldManOut: If they reunite, Cornelia will chastise her father for never revealing why he faked her death to her and refuses her inheritance.
* CuttingOffTheBranches: Cornelia is present in "The Ark Society" mission: She will chat with Zoe whenever she walks by. Naturally, this means she cannot canonically be killed there, as she shows up in Dubai. She also shows up in "The Dartmoor Garden Show", which is implied to take place after the events of Dubai, meaning she canonically survives the events.
* EarlyBirdCameo: She appears as a minor [=NPC=] in "The Ark Society" in the second game, where Zoe Washington occasionally stops by to talk to her.
* EverybodyHasStandards:
** During a conversation with Zoe in "The Ark Society", she will express regret for having helped bully a sorority rival, which almost resulted in the rival committing suicide.
** While rejecting her father's inheritance, she mentions her hatred for his criminal activities.
* RejectingTheInheritance: She has no interest in succeeding her father and wants to focus on her art foundation instead.
* YouDontLookLikeYou: Her skin is quite a bit lighter than it was in Hitman 2, as if she's gotten a tan. Rather curiously, the developers did not change her models' skin color from "The Ark Society" to the skin tone seen in Hitman 3, as they did with Andrea Martinez and her cameo in Paris to match her look in "Three-Headed Serpent".

-->'''Philo''': "But Philo," you're thinking. "Why are we going towards the fields instead of a bottle of Malbec?"
-->'''Phoebe''': A wedding planner and a mindreader...
* HairContrastDuo: Phoebe is much more cynical and constantly questions Philo's....odd wedding planning techniques (a mood board of colors based on their eye color!). Whereas Michelle is more light-hearted and willing to forgive his odd behaviour offering up explanations whenever Phoebe suspects something.
* HeKnowsTooMuch: Unbeknownst to her, Phoebe is this towards Philo, who intends on [[MurderTheHypotenuse killing her to take Michelle]].
* INeedToGoIronMyDog: Phoebe and Michelle will attempt to make an excuse about an mis-timed airport booking to get away from Philo if you hand him the planner.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Phoebe is generally unimpressed and apathetic about her upcoming wedding and unafraid to criticise Philo for his (generally good) ideas. However, when she and Michelle escape after being given the scrapbook, she comforts a frightened Michelle and even dissuades her from hastily rearranging.
* MasculineFeminineGayCouple: [[AvertedTrope Averted.]] Phoebe acts much more suspicious of Philo, and is usually the one to calm down Michelle, but doesn't exhibit anything close to what the trope usually covers.
* NiceGirl: Michelle is a friendly, outgoing young woman who forgives Philo for his many eccentricities.
* OhCrap: Show either of them the scrapbook of Philo's previous victims, and they'll scamper, leaving Philo sulking in the projector room. When they reach the cuckoo tree outside the party, Phoebe has to calm Michelle down.
* ProperlyParanoid: Phoebe is often uptight and snappy with Philo, presumably annoyed that he is after her fianceé. Turns out that her suspicions are entirely justified, seeing that Philo is perfectly happy to murder her if it means he can date Michelle.
* PurelyAestheticGlasses: Phoebe wears a bright orange pair.
* VideoGameCaringPotential: Giving Michelle or Phoebe the scrapbook will make them freak out and run away from Philo.
* VideoGameCrueltyPotential: Either of them [[BuryYourGays can be killed]], which will result in one of them weeping on a bench.
* StraightGay: Neither of the women are particularly masculine or feminine.
* TwoferTokenMinority: Phoebe is a black woman and is either lesbian or bisexual.
* WaistcoatOfStyle: Michelle wears a grey one to go with her grey pantsuit getup.

[[folder:Charles Ogilvy]]
!!!'''Citizenship:''' American
!!!'''Affiliation(s):''' Allison Moretta, Sheikh Omar Al-Ghazali
!!!'''Voiced By:''' Nate Osgood

A millionaire art collector and Allison Moretta's business partner. Unbeknownst to him, he happens to be Allison's next mark.

For tropes about Allison Moretta (The Ascensionist), go [[Characters/Hitman3ElusiveTargets here]].
----
* DoNotCallMePaul: He tells Allison to simply call him Chuck, as being called Charles is "like having one foot in the grave".
* InJoke: When heading to the second floor of the Burj Al Ghazali, He may mention that the building is like "swiss cheese". This is in reference to "swiss cheese design philosophy", a level design concept the Hitman level designers use to make the Hitman levels. It essentially means to connect all parts of the level together to make one big loop with very few dead ends.
* HorribleJudgeOfCharacter: Charles entrusts Allison with his legacy after his death and intends to leave her his collection. Allison's allusions to him dying completely fly over his head.
* MeaningfulName: Charles Ogilvy's last name is comprised of two old Welsh words; ugl ("high") and ma ("place"), later made into "Ogilvy". Very appropriate, given Allison's social climbing tendencies, she is literally taking a mark down a peg by conning them.

* GameplayAndStorySegregation: Despite obviously being good at his job, he isn't programmed to help the guards investigate the potential random murders that may happen while he's present. The butler eminating a smell of burnt leather? Very suspicious; The bald, angry-looking guard wandering around randomly while openly carrying the only machete around while bodies with machete woulds are being found all around? ''Clearly'' there can't be any connection.

[[folder:The Competitors (Manon Beaulieu, Ken Takeuchi, Evelyn Crane, Gulshan Yazdani)]]
!!!'''Citizenship:''' French, Japanese, English, Moroccan (all presumed).

[[caption-width-right:350:(From left to right)Manon Beaulieu, Ken Takeuchi, Evelyn Crane, Gulshan Yazdani]]

The four competitors for the Dartmoor Garden Show, who have made country-specific gardens on the grounds of the Carlisle Estate.

For tropes about the Dartmoor Garden Show itself, go [[VideoGame/Hitman3 here]].
----
* AmbiguouslyEvil: Gulshan is the one who places the hit on the other three contestants in the initial runthrough (A.K.A; not deterministic mode), yet his portrayal in the game itself is not evil, just simply being annoyed at outside forces ruining his garden piece. Heck, Evelyn sounds more annoyed that Gulshan does.
* CaringGardener: The entire point of the garden show is for the gardeners to show off their garden exhibits, so some level of this is required by the gardeners.
* NiceHat: Ken wears a gardening hat.
* SpotOfTea: Evelyn will go and sit down for a cup of tea in her exhibit every now and again.
* YouRemindMeOfX: Cornelia will mention that Gulshan's Exhibit reminds her of something bad happening (referring to Dubai's events).
