He even kills the family dog because it pissed on his shoe, and highlights that [[spoiler: turning it into Banzo finally made the dog obey him.]]

* {{Perfection Is Addictive}}: His main goal of the series is to create the perfect toy, and to achieve this he's willing to resort to a demonic bargain. He eventually resorts to killing his entire family and using their souls.
** It's even implied that his body count is far bigger than just his family, as multiple toys that have been confirmed to host the souls of his family were ''mass produced''. [[spoiler: The hidden tape "[=UIFZ BSF JOTJEF UIF CVJMEJOH=]" shows that an entire facility of [=M&A=] Harmony toys become violent at night, to the point where employees are given a flashlight and a ''gun'' to protect themselves during the night shift.]] Now, keep in mind that these toys were made for children, and that the company encourages adults to let their kids play with the toys ''alone''.
* {{Through the Eyes of Madness}}: Subverted, in a way. Martin is watching tapes made by his deceased wife, Gloria, that showcase their side of the murders. In [="Ple4se_C0me_B4ck_T0_M3"=], Gloria directly states that she's been playing these tapes over and over, in an effort to show Martin that he's become a monster.

* {{And I Must Scream}}: After being shot and killed by his brother, his soul has been fused with the Icecream Man animatronic. What's worse, his body has been fused with the animatronic as well, resulting in the animatronic being filled with blood, viscera, and far too many teeth. He is also still conscious and slowly being corrupted into a monster.

* {{Despair Event Horizon}}: Before he was fully corrupted, he tried to kill himself by bashing his skull in. This only resulted in the animatronic hosting his soul becoming mangled and broken, but still fully animate.
* TheDogBitesBack: Martin hands him an awful fate [[spoiler: after accusing him of sleeping with his wife after Arthur said he was going to take care of his brother's family while he "sorts himself out". Afterwards, he shoots and kills him, then stuffs his body into The Ice Cream Man, and through a ritual binds his soul to it, unwillingly turning him into a slave to Martin. But as he was FightingFromTheInside, he managed to gain enough free will to leave a request for help, and [[KickTheSonOfABitch aims his newfound lethality at Martin, attacking him after he finished the last ritual, with Macy]].]]
* {{Fighting From The Inside}}: He tries to fight back his corruption and ask for help, but eventually he succumbs to it. Nonetheless, he manages to leave behind a request for help.
* HellIsThatNoise: Lets out a [[Film/TheGrudge Grudge-like death rattle]] as he prepares to attack something. It's shown when he sneaks up on Henry, and [[spoiler: it's presence before Martin is attacked in ''"Don't Cry"'' is a hint that he was Martin's attacker before it's outright revealed in ''"Hello Martin"''.]]

* NiceGuy: He seems to be a genuinely kind person who merely wants to protect his brother's family. He's also horrified when [[spoiler: Martin kills his pet dog, and outright says he will take care of Martin's family while Martin "sorts himself out".]]
* NoGoodDeedGoesUnpunished: What does he get for [[spoiler: saying he'll give Martin time to calm down and take care of his family in the meantime? He gets put into an animatronic, all because Martin incorrectly assumed that Arthur was sleeping with his wife.]]

* {{And I Must Scream}}: It's unclear how Thomas died, but one thing's for sure, he isn't resting easy. His soul has been bound to every single Henry doll that has been made by Harmony Play. Because of this, all of the dolls are filled with real blood and organs, along with a malevolent spirit that is all-too violent.
* BodyHorror: We get a look at him [[spoiler: without his skin]] in his debut video. It's so horrific someone actually thought it was a demon.
* OhCrap: His face just before [[spoiler: he gets shot in UIZF BSF JOTJEF UIF CVJMEJOH]].

* {{Right Hand Attack Dog}}: Martin has fashioned Banzo into a killing machine, fully capable of ending a life if his master demands it. In the "_Rebirth_" tape, the viewer is given an option to either 'Kill' the youngest child of the Greywhinders and be blamed for all of the deaths, or 'Don't Kill' her and face the wrath of Martin. Either way, Banzo is the one tasked with carrying out the last murder of the series, and it's up to him to choose obedience or kindness.

* {{Adaptational Villainy}}: In the ChristmasSpecial she's the second to be possessed and acts as TheDragon to the possessed father.

* {{Good All Along}}: Despite her terrifying appearance, she is actively trying to help those around her, including her murderous husband. All of her actions in the series has been to protect her family.

A new version of the Sofia doll is shown in a commercial, looking for more like a human (albiet a very twisted one) as opposed to the more robotic look from season one. And no, this new Sofia [[HarmfulToMinors isn't any more child-friendly than the old one.]] [[spoiler: Sofia's old look shows up later in the video, even getting a [[AnimationBump more fluid animation]] where she crawls towards the screen, [[FacialHorror among other terrifying things...]]]]

After her face is revealed, we see that her mouth is split wide open, and moves similarly to the face-plates of the Sister Location animatronics in the FNAF franchise. Not only that, but her jaw can split open like that of a Franchise/{{Predator}}, and she has a snake-like tongue that she uses to attack people.

* {{Death of a Child}}: Yes, Martin actually planned out Ava's death, and follows through with it. It's ambiguous as to who actually kills Ava, but regardless, she's dead by the end of the series.
* OutOfFocus: She barely appears during the series, and not until the "_Rebirth_" tape we finally find out more about her. This is Justified since she was still a baby.
