* ThisLoserIsYou: He is shown in most chapters to be rather immature, unpopular, and not really bright.

* ThisLoserIsYou: He is shown in most chapters to be rather immature, unpopular, and not really bright.bright, a carryover from his canon self at that age.

* BeYourself: Unlike in canon, Eddy realized he didn't have to act like his brother, and take on his negative traits. This allows him to be a lot more nicer and less selfish like his brother, and even enabled him and the other Eds to become friends with the rest of the Cul-de-Sac from the get-go.

* AdaptationalJerkass: During the events of the finale of his series, whilst overcoming this particular trait was the key focus of his CharacterDevelopment, he has a far larger hurdle to get over during his time during the Infinity Train arc. Specifically, being unable to handle the increasingly traumatic events of the story compared to everyone else, which causes him to regress in the development he had from the start of Grimmfall and contrasts him with the other Creek Kids, who have gone through legitimate CharacterDevelopment. He makes a wide number of insensitive statements when it boils over for him, and expresses that he hates Ed and Edd, a statement he had never once made in canon no matter how bad things got.
Unfortunately, his time on the train causes him to start regressing.

Added DiffLines:

* AdaptationalIntelligence: The Infinity Train arc really shows it off, but this version of Ed, while still a goof, has more introspective moments, and is notably the one to really stand up to Eddy when the latter's jerkish-nature boils over for everyone.

Renamed trope per Wick Cleaning Projects

* AmbiguousDisorder: He's a bit obsessive with cleaning, and organization. Though it doesn't seem to be to serious overall.

Five Man Band is undergoing a wick-cleaning project, so examples featuring groups of more than five will be deleted.

* FiveManBand:
** TheHero: Mike.
** TheLancer: Julie. She might be the girl, but with her mad skills, assertive attitude, and willingness to oppose Mike, she is the true lancer.
** TheBigGuy: Texas, who thinks he's TheLancer and wants to be TheHero.
** TheSmartGuy: Dutch.
** TheLoad: Chuck. Screams like a girl, does whatever Mike says, and occasionally serves as his moral compass. Also fulfills the typical "non-action" part of the trope as he typically rides shotgun with Mike. Chuck does have his own car, Blonde Thunder; however, it doesn't get much use since Chuck doesn't know how to drive.
** MentorArchetype[=/=]TeamDad: Jacob.
** TeamPet: R.O.T.H.
