** When Kilo approaces Crown with her wish to leave the Crown Kingdom while letting T.A.L.O.S. stay behind to be piloted by Chime, Crown does not stop her, and informs her that the secret passage she previously told Kilo about is still accessible. However, once Kilo bemoans that she has no place to call home, or a person relying on her, Crown is confused, telling her that she does have ''both'', and asks her to talk to T.A.L.O.S. if she wants to know more. The resulting heart-to-heart talk between Kilo and T.A.L.O.S. strengthens their bond, and they decide to stay, after all.

Sometime after Chapter 26, the Commander finds a Knight chess piece while cleaning his desk, and reminisces about his time travelling to Red Hood's hometown with the White Knights, during which Crown tries several times to recruit him for her kingdom as an advisor, to no avail. When they reach their destination, and are about to leave, Crown wishes the Commander luck for whatever trials are ahead of him, and gifts him the chess piece as a reminder that he will always be welcome in her kingdom.
