Caillou's daddy, nicknamed Boris, is the most frequent character to punish Caillou and is portrayed as a strict parent who is all too happy to give Caillou a Punishment Day when Caillou goes too far. However, he has been known to go to ludicrous extremes in teaching Caillou a lesson.
* AbusiveParents: One of the biggest examples in the grounded videos, Boris is usually portrayed as a violent {{Jerkass}} who hands out increasingly violent and humiliating Punishment Days to Caillou whenever Caillou acts up.
