* HumansAreAverage: Kenny epitomizes this trope. Jason however is a MightyGlacier so he'll be fighting to stay alive by the match's end unless two or more counselors are assisting him.

* MasterOfNone: He doesn't excel at anything, as a consequence without giving him legendary perks you may soon find yourself hurting in any given scenario when you either want to avoid Jason, fight him, run away, or just repair something.

Added DiffLines:

* FearlessFool: Jenny has maxed out Composure, so if you equip epic/legendary Perks such as Nerves of Steel and Preparedness, she never incurs a stamina penalty for being afraid. The Fool part of FearlessFool is due to her terrible Repair and Strength stats, so Jenny can't contribute much to the team besides a distraction.

Added DiffLines:

* RummageFail: As a counselor player unless you've equipped certain Perks you start off with nothing. To survive it's a mad scramble to the nearest cabin to rummage through the drawers to find items or weapons. If the cabin yields nothing but several walkie talkies and maps you already possess, you must flee to the next cabin. The longer you idle in one location the more likely Jason will eventually find you.

* ActionGirl: The women have all the same moves as the men in combat. Although they tend to have lower Strength scores, their other stats can make up the difference in combat situations. It should also be noted that while the axe and bat are the slowest, the girls can swing their weapons faster than the boys. Equip them with an epic or legendary "Swift Attacker" Perk and their odds of stunning Jason are much greater.

* DwindlingParty: If the Jason player is too strong, or you and your friends are too disorganized, expect this to happen. Your options become severely limited, as killing Jason is off the table. You may have to go from trying to escape to running out the clock by hiding, or giving up.

* BornUnlucky: One strategy to never forget when playing as Buggzy is to always change your weapon. Because of his awful Luck stat after about three hits that connect any melee weapon he's using on Jason is liable to break. And if the cars broken down and Jason's prowling nearby? You can forget it.

* BornLucky: Has the highest luck value out of all characters so far, though it does not necessarily mean that he will always survive a campaign by luck alone. If Chad's luck is in the player's favor, Chad can make use of keeping melee weapons from breaking, jumping or climbing through shattered windows without being cut, and regain stamina quickly upon landing an attack or breaking free from Jason's grip.

Added DiffLines:

* CombatPragmatist: He has the strength to down Jason, but can't hold him off for as long as Adam or Buggzy could. Rather, the player is expected to ambush Jason via 'hit-and-hide' tactics.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: Same with Eric but especially because most of the Counselors can't stand his needy AttentionWhore demeanor.

Added DiffLines:

* StrongerThanTheyLook: Shelly has above-average strength, but his poor Stamina and Speed make him ill-suited to hold the fort against a strong Jason player for long. Used properly, he's better at pulling off sneak attacks.

Though she is more easily frightened when alone, Tiffany makes up for it with her decent speed and high stamina value, giving her a chance to successfully evade Jason if he happens to find her.
