An evil being located just near the bottom of Botlantis. Being an EldritchAbomination that is MadeOfEvil, he tempts those who set foot in Botlantis with dark desires, which is what made Camelslayer the way he is. In truth, he is a literal scapegoat who the Admins put their sins into as an easy way to redeem themselves, which turned out to be a horrible idea. He is the GreaterScopeVillain of the story as he was the one who corrupted Camelslayer.

In the original VX Version of the game prior to the March 2013 update, he served as the game's ultimate boss, which is fitting considering that you had to deal with many {{Eldritch Abomination}}s to get there. His moveset revolves around the SevenDeadlySins, as he uses the sins the Admins poured their sins into him to attack you. Defeating him not only unlocks the GoldenEnding, but also gives the player access to Krakenvania, which hosts fellow superboss Krakis.

A goat the Admins put their sins into as an easy way to redeem themselves. This turned out to be a horrible idea, as he is ultimately one of the main reasons this whole quest is happening.

* SevenDeadlySins: As the embodiment of the Admin's sins, The Goat of Chaos has attacks named after a sin and the Admin that best represents that sin (i.e. Sloth of the Black King).

When Camelslayer's good half points out nobody had asked him to do that and thus he doesn't really deserve anything, Prelich counters that, since the future the party saw was pretty much a worst-case scenario come true, they should get something that could help them prevent it. Camelslayer's good half actually concedes the point and gives the party a unique skill stone.]]

* UndignifiedDeath: All ten of his graves during the Ghostception sidequest revealed that his deaths were rather humiliating. Several of these are rather embarrassing, such as accidentally shooting himself while under the effects of hypnosis, parachuting ''without'' a parachute, walking into a nuclear blast site while there is still radiation, juggling {{BFS}}'s, and touching all five teleportation crystals at once.

* GlassCannon: Thanks to how dual-wielding works by default in RPG Maker, she can potentially have the highest physical attack in the party though thanks to not being able to have a shield she still doesn't have a good physical defense.

* WeakButSkilled: [[ImpliedTrope Implied]]. While her Strength is almost as low as Vlarix's, she compensates for this by DualWielding.

This forces you to have him use his regular attack until later on, and sometimes you may have to have him Flame himself to inflict more damage.
