An old enemy of TOM's who returns to seek revenge.

* HundredPercentAdorationRating: TOM is either adored or in the good graces of just about everyone on the ship, mostly for his BenevolentBoss tendencies. Even some heels don't mind him.

* BenevolentBoss: He's a pretty chill guy who openly communicates with his roster and makes an effort to keep them all happy under his employ.

* DisappointedInYou: He uses this on Mae in the second episode to express his displeasure in her tricking Enid to fight Lady Deathstrike for her. It works, too, as Mae notes that his disappointment is actually ''worse'' than Dornan berating her.
* ReasonableAuthorityFigure: A major reason why he's preferred over Dornan. TOM will always hear out his employees and meet them halfway. This is particularly demonstrated when he calmly, but sternly reprimands Mae for her actions in the first episode and tells her that she'll have to wrestle in Enid's place, as it was only fair after she made Enid wrestle for her. He then forces Dornan to apologize to Enid for his behavior, as well giving her the rest of the night off as compensation.

* TeamMom: He fits the role of a more understanding, lenient parent to contrast his strict, short-tempered counterpart.

to:

* TeamMom: He fits the role of a more understanding, lenient parent to contrast his strict, short-tempered counterpart.

* ZeroPercentApprovalRating: ''Nobody'' on the roster likes Dornan. At best, he's ridiculed; at worst, he's openly despised for his attitude and although some acknowledge why he's such a hard-ass, it doesn't quite excuse how harsh he can be. Even TOM can be exasperated by his behavior sometimes.

* HiddenDepths: Despite his open disdain for Mae Borowski's laziness, Dornan doesn't appear to do anything about it. [[LampshadeHanging TOM even calls him on it]] and gives him the opportunity to fire Mae to her face. He's ultimately unable to go through it, instead enlisting Mae in a wrestling training program, indicating he's frustrated that she's wasting her potential.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: TOM certainly believes he's one, but everyone else sees him as a {{Jerkass}} on a power trip.

* PetTheDog: Knowing Enid is feeling guilty over what the Akatsuki did to KO, Dornan quietly assures her that he's strong and will get better.

----
* ArchEnemy: Wash has been feuding with Kazuya Mishima throughout the Final Frontier series, sparking from the fact that Wash was the only wrestler who Kazuya could not forced to tap out.
* BoringButPractical: Not quite as flashy as some of the other competitors, but considering he's already a very skilled BadassNormal, he doesn't really need to be.
* DeadpanSnarker: He wouldn't be hanging with the Reds and Blues without their antics rubbing off on him.
* {{Determinator}}: So long as he can move and breath, he'll keep fighting, as Kazuya and Doomfist learned.
* JackOfAllStats: Kazuya, being a professional martial artist, has much more skill and finesse; Doomfist and Darkstar are more powerful; Carter, Mercury, and Blinx are quicker and more agile; and Shepard has dealt with arguably worse opponents than Wash. But he's well-rounded in all categories, making him quite versatile in the ring.
* YouRemindMeOfX: Part of why Wash has some fondness for K.O. is because he reminds him of himself when he was younger and more optimistic.

* DeadpanSnarker: Easily her most recognized trait. She fits the trope so well, it's even listed as her one of her strengths.
* KickChick: Because most of her muscle resides in her legs, her entire style is centered around kicks or grapples that involve the use of her legs.

----
* {{Acrofatic}}: A little on the stout side, but capable of executing various high-flying maneuvers with the balance and precision of someone like Tracer.
* AintTooProudToBeg: Resorts to this when Enid confronts her in the second episode. She doesn't take.
* ArchEnemy: She quickly gets on Enid's bad side when she tricks her into fighting Lady Deathstrike for her. This little stunt shoots her to the top of Dornan's shit list when he finds out.
* BatterUp: She occasionally carries a bat, but doesn't seem to use it for wrestling.
* BrilliantButLazy: Despite having no formal training, Mae is surprisingly well-adjusted and knowledgeable of wrestling, and can pull off various complicated maneuvers flawlessly. Unfortunately, she has almost no interest in actually improving her already exceptional talent, and sometimes doesn't feel like wrestling when scheduled.
* CatsAreSnarkers: She could rival Enid in terms of sarcasm, which is actually quite an accomplishment.
* InnocentlyInsensitive: Her attempts to comfort Enid after she just witnessed the Akatsuki brutalize her friends come off as insulting, which nearly gets her head taken off by a piece of a metal.
* NotSoDifferent: From Enid. Both are BrilliantButLazy slackers DesperatelyLookingForAPurposeInLife, who also hide their deep rooted issues beneath a mask of sarcasm.

The commander of the First Order Stormtrooper Corps, as well as chief of security.
----
* ArchEnemy: Phasma develops a particular animosity towards Enid, deeming her an undeserving slacker who has no place in the industry.
* ChromeChampion: Literally. Her chrome armor is indicative of her rank, and is the first Matriarch champion.
* ConsummateProfessional: She's generally very terse and to the point, often not speaking unless she has to.
* DirtyCop: As chief of security, Phasma's job is to keep the peace and break up fights between the roster. However, she only upholds that duty if the wrestlers in question are those she deems too valuable to be wasting their talent on backstage dispute. For those she judges to be dead weight, she won't lift a finger to aid them, as she believes [[TheSocialDarwinist the weak only serve to feed the strong]].
* DirtyCoward: Beneath her professional bravado, she's revealed to be corrupt and underhanded. Upon realizing she had a very good chance of losing to Enid, Phasma rolls her up and clings to the ropes to get the win.
* MookLieutenant: When not wrestling, she's the appointed chief of security on the ''Vindication''.
* NumberTwo: Being the head of security makes her Dornan's.
* OnlyFriend: Downplayed, but she's the only one on the roster who appears to be on friendly terms with Dornan, likely due to their militaristic backgrounds.
* TheSocialDarwinist: Phasma's philosophy is that the strong survive and the weak either perish or serve the strong, and she fully employs this as chief of security. Put simply, if you're strong and talented (from Phasma's point of view), she will make sure those talents are put to use in the ring. If you're deemed weak and get jumped by a rival, she won't raise a finger to help.

Two immortal members of the shadowy criminal organization known as the Akatsuki.
----
!!General tropes
* CoDragons: Because they work best as a team and collectively operate as TheHeavy, they're officially this for Black Hat. However, [[GeniusBruiser Kakuzu]] is more competent than [[DumbMuscle Hidan]] and is [[TheConsigliere most often in contact with Black Hat]], functionally making him the true {{Dragon}}.
* EvilDuo: They remain villains from the get-go, naturally making them heels.
* TheHeavy: Collectively, they act on Black Hat's orders, which drives the overarching narrative.
* NoHoldsBarredBeatdown: When K.O. starts getting too nosy, they decide to make an example of him in the second round by pummeling him into unconsciousness, even drawing blood in the process.
* TeethClenchedTeamwork: Hidan and Kakuzu absolutely ''despise'' one another, but are way too efficient as a team to deny the benefits of staying together.
* ThoseTwoBadGuys: They're almost always seen together, which is standard for Akatsuki pairs. This is why Hidan seemingly acting on his own without Kakuzu draws immediate suspicion.
* VillainTeamUp: They quickly throw their lot in with Black Hat after he approaches them in the second episode, offering a large sum of money in exchange for their loyalty.
* VitriolicBestBuds: Despite their open disdain for each other, they'll ultimately come to the other's aid when push comes to shove. Whether it's out of hidden camaraderie or simple necessity is up for debate. Not that they'd admit it, anyway.
* WouldHurtAChild: Given how badly they mauled K.O., there's no question.
!!Hidan tropes
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/hidan___akatsuki_1.png]]
!!!'''Singles Record''': 0-1
* AxCrazy: Erm, scythe-crazy, but he's got the psychotic tendencies down to pat.
* BerserkButton: He doesn't take kindly to people mocking his religion. Two guards found this out the hard way after they dismissed Jashin as a stupid god [[TooDumbToLive to Hidan's face]]. They were later diced to pieces and thrown down the garbage chute for their troubles.
* TheBrute: While he and Kakuzu could arguably be considered Black Hat's CoDragons, Hidan is more in line with a typical brute who uses aggression to solve his problems, and isn't the smartest knife in the drawer, either.
* DumbMuscle: Hidan has no tactical sense whatsoever, often charging headfirst into a fight without thinking and inevitably getting himself into trouble that Kakuzu has to bail him out of. In fact, this almost costs them their first match against the Foot Clan, as Hidan winds up getting double-teamed in their corner with Kakuzu out of reach.
* EvilIsPetty: His entire beef with Rad is because Rad ate his cheeseburger, one he's insistent was gifted by Jashin himself.
* PsychopathicManchild: As psychotic as he is childish, Hidan often likes a vulgar, rebellious teenager.
!!Kakuzu tropes
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/20190326_002248.jpg]]
!!!'''Singles Record''': 1-0
* BadassBaritone: His voice is what you get when Creator/FredTatasciore does an evil Optimus Prime impression.
* BodyHorror: His body is ''covered'' in stitches to the point it's held together by them. It also houses several masked beasts that he can deploy as {{Mooks}}.
* TheConsigliere: He's the one who maintains steady communication with Black Hat, who will often hear out his advice and suggestions. In fact, it was his idea to take out K.O. in the second round so he wouldn't continue to interfere with their plans.
* DeadpanSnarker: If there was a belt for snark alone, Kakuzu would easily be one of the front runners.
* TheDragon: He becomes Black Hat's at the end of the second episode. Although he and Hidan are both under Black Hat's employ and operate together, which would technically make them CoDragons, Kakuzu is easily the more competent of the two and is the one who carries out the crucial parts of Black Hat's plans.
* EvilOldFolks: Kakuzu is well in his 90s, and still capable of kicking all kinds of ass. This is mostly due to the various hearts he's stolen, which extends his lifespan exponentionally.
* GeniusBruiser: Contrasting his [[DumbMuscle partner]], Kakuzu is a powerhouse in his own right, but also very clever and intelligent. This is why the Foot Clan tried to keep Hidan from tagging him in.
* {{Greed}}: His loyalty lies with money, and whoever offers the most of it, which is why he joins up with Black Hat in the second episode.
* HyperCompetentSidekick: Downplayed in that Black Hat is by no means unintelligent, but Kakuzu is very capable of taking the initiative without his input. He's also this towards Hidan, in that Kakuzu has to constantly reel him in when he goes in over his head, and is much smarter than his partner to boot.
* OrganTheft: He didn't get to live to be 91 years old and still maintain his youth without taking his fair share of organs, specifically hearts.

* MightyGlacier: He's not very fast in the ring, but can soak up damage like a sponge and hits like a Mack truck.
* NoSell: Thanks to his biological absorption abilities, Botamo is one of the most durable wrestlers on the roster. In fact, the most K.O. can do is knock him down and try to pin him.
* RubberMan: Its why he's able to NoSell so effectively.
* StoneWall: K.O. tries to beat Botamo with everything he has, but Botamo doesn't so much as flinch and K.O. tires out pretty quick.
!!Magetta tropes
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/magettart_6.png]]
* HumongousMecha: Sort of. While his race, the Metal Men, are explicitly noted to not be robots, Magetta is the closest thing to one in ''Dragon Ball''.
* TheJuggernaut: Just when K.O. and Rad started to turn the tables on Botamo, he gets tagged in and quickly cleans house. He spends a good portion of the match absolutely dominating the pair on his own. Were it not for his weak will, he could have won the match by himself.
* LightningBruiser: Unlike Botamo, Magetta is strong ''and'' fast for his size.
* {{Manchild}}: Beneath that NighInvulnerable metallic exterior is a pathetically weak will that can be broken by insults. In fact, Rad exploits this by ''accident'', which allows Lakewood Plaza Turbo to pick up the victory.
* WeaksauceWeakness: Insults. Anyone so much as calls him a bad name and his will to fight evaporates instantly.
