In the previous war he partook in, it took five Servants that were empowered by the Ruler of the Third Holy Grail War to successfully defeat him, and this was ''after'' his Master had been killed by Assassin and his mana supply was wearing thin. He is so powerful that Arthur does not think he can defeat him now and the only person they can count on to beat him is Gilgamesh.

* AffablyEvil: As noted above, she has a cheerful personality that hides her much darker traits. The fact that she is aiding Manaka adds to this.

* LittleBitBeastly: As a {{Kitsune}}, she has a pair of fox ears and a tail. [[spoiler:It's how Gilgamesh was able to deduce her identity.]]

* HonorBeforeReason: Even when faced with Heracles, an opponent who his B-Rank Noble Phantasm can't even faze, he still refuses to use ''Legend of Dracula'' to give him an edge. [[spoiler:It leads to his death when he and Darnic don't stop arguing about this before Heracles kills them]].

* AdaptationalSuperpowerChange: Not him, but his Servant. In canon, he was the Master of Fionn in the Third Holy Grail War. Here, he was the Master of Heracles in said War.

An overseer sent by the Church and the Master of Semiramis. It's later revealed that he's actually the Ruler-Class Servant of the Third Holy Grail War Amakusa Shirou Tokisada, and the overall leader of the Rogue Faction together with Julian Ainsworth.

* MasterSwordsman: Is able to match Arthur's swordsmanship and manages to wound him, and he only lost because he ran out of mana. He later fights Brynhild and was able to keep up with her despite the latter being stronger than him.

* YouRemindMeOfX: Gilgamesh compares her to Ishtar at one point, something that Semiramis finds very complimenting. Mordred also finds her similar to her own mother, Morgan Le Fay.
