Before 2017, The Primordial Mother Tiamat AKA Beast II was awoken during the Incineration of Humanity who wanted to exterminate humanity so that she can turn them back into her children. But her love for humanity held her back enough for her to be defeated by Chaldea Security Organization, thus stopping her plans. Tiamat knew that it would be for the best and accepted her defeat.\\\

But now another Calamity from the Sea has come and is threatening the humanity, luring them to Revelation Liner and has even crept itself to the era of Babylon. Tiamat couldn't stand this as if mankind is wiped out by them, then her defeat will be meaningless. As such, she has created a new larval body for her to be reborn into and send her to Uruk to solve the new threat to humanity. While she is still mad about being defeated by humanity, her duty to protect them as the reborn Primordial Mother outweighs her grievance.\\\

She appeared in the Seventh Singularity Babylon as the main ally.\\\

On March 26th, 2023, it was announced that Larva/Tiamat will be summonable during the collaboration between ''Fate/Grand Order'' and its Arcade counterpart.

* ActionMom: She is the mother of all living things on Earth and even though she is reborn into a new form, she cannot help but to think of herself as mom as she fights for humanity's sake.
* AdaptationalHeroism: Sort of. In the mobile game she served as the BigBad of the Seventh Singularity; here, she's your ''main ally''. It's clear that it's the same Tiamat, though, because she blatantly references the events of the mobile version.
* AdaptationalWimp: Naturally, being a fragment of her true self she would be less powerful than she was as a Beast, but the areas she greatest excelled here are where she suffers. She specialized in her absolutely tremendous rankings of her physical attributes, possessing unparalleled strength and durability befitting of being the primordial dragon of Mesopotamian myth with a Monstrous Strength skill to make her even more of a juggernaut, but in her Larval incarnation they rank at a subpar C, with the aforementioned skill removed and her agility score ''still'' being worse.
* AloofAlly: The young Tiamat still remembers how humanity defeated her and is still grumpy about it, but her standoffish nature is just due to her status as Mother of Life making her want to point out humanity's flaws while she helps them out.
* BadPowersGoodPeople: As with all Beasts-turned-Servants, she retains Independent Manifestation at a lower rank.
* BreakingOldTrends: Although its not her classification in ''Arcade'', she's nonetheless the first Beast to pull a HeelFaceTurn and join Chaldea.[[note]][[spoiler:While Fou is technically the first Beast to side with Chaldea, being Cath Plug[=/=]Beast VI, i.e. Primate Murder, Tiamat is the first '''playable''' Beast.]][[/note]]

* CastSpeciation: While she does want to protect humanity despite some grumblings, her profile notes that she's somewhat put off that a ''different'' Calamity from the Sea is present.
* CompellingVoice: Since she is a MotherGoddess, you and your Servants' genetic memory makes them think that she is their mother, thus making them more accepting of anything she tries to suggest. When her idea to get to the top of the 99-story tall ziggurat is to throw you to the top of it, the only one who objects to it is Tamamo as her connection to Amaterasu makes her be outside of her jurisdiction.
* CriticalHitClass: Two of her passive skills increase her Crit Damage. Her first skill also negates all Crit Rate on all enemies for half a minute.
* DefeatMeansFriendship: She remembers her defeat in the mobile version and isn't happy about it, but still respects humanity's strength and decision to move on from their MotherGoddess. It sincerely pisses Tiamat off that something is rebooting her own Singularity to render humanity's efforts back then moot, and so she lends her former enemies a hand.
* DifficultButAwesome: For a 5* Servant, Tiamat's damage potential is average, and she relies on her multiple passive Crit Damage boosts despite having nothing to boost her Crit ''Rate''. Fielding teammates to correct this in ''Arcade'''s real-time combat system is a heavy investment, but a Tiamat that can reliably crit will demolish anything that doesn't have a class advantage.
* GoodCostumeSwitch: She still wears a Dark Sakura-esque clothing, but it now has a silver-blue colouring to indicate that she is working for the good of humanity. Her Draconic form also has blue veins instead of red, showing that she is not the same berserk monster she was before.
* GracefulLoser: She may grumble about it, but the fact that her primary motivation is that the new villain is making her defeat meaningless speaks volumes.
* HeelFaceReincarnation: Her character is Tiamat creating a separate body with the intention of "what if I reset myself into a new lifeform", creating a Divine Spirit who wants to protect humanity from the incoming danger instead of wanting to wipe them out.
* HornedHumanoid: She still has her horns, albeit slightly shrunk in her younger form. She complains that they're a bit heavy.
* MakeMeWannaShout: Her Special Attack has her yelling out her iconic song to send out a shockwave that damages her target.
* OneWingedAngel: Her Draconic form still appears as part of her Noble Phantasm.
* RedemptionDemotion: Her profile repeatedly points out that her skills are ranked down due to her reverting back to a larval state, and her parameters have taken a hit as a result. She is still a potent Servant, just not nearly as broken as the world-rending Beast she used to be.
* SensibleHeroesSkimpyVillains: Part of her GoodCostumeSwitch is that, in contrast to regular Tiamat ''starting'' with a {{Stripperific}} outfit, then becoming near-naked and completely naked in her following forms (though [[FanDisservice very much not played for sexiness through their monstrosity]]), her ascensions here are incredibly modest, with her in fact being ''more clothed'' with each succeeding form. Even when she wears a variant of her original Stripperific outfit in her final ascension for the usual special {{Fanservice}}, her pose is much less overtly sensual, having a more serenely beautiful feel to it.
* SheIsAllGrownUp: Each ascension gets older, though her final form is not as matured as her Femme Fatale form from Mobile's Babylonia.

* WolverinePublicity: The developers are more than aware that Tiamat was one of the most highly-requested Servants for the Mobile game, and that desire grew exponentially with her Arcade debut. When the 2023 collab between Mobile and Arcade was announced, the very first preview of the event was that Tiamat is making the jump from Arcade to Mobile, revealed a whole month before the event was slated to begin.
