* BigBad: A given for the setting, obviously, seeing as he's an analogue for Sauron, but he also turns out to be this for the party as his [[StupidEvil mistakes]] and [[BadBoss mistreatment]] of them are ultimately revealed to be the cause of most of their problems.

* UnwantedSpouse: She married King Percival simply because he was the first person she met who wanted her and could offer her a route to power. She has since come to realise their marriage was a terrible mistake and although she still finds the idea of being Queen of the Free People alluring, the idea of being with Percival is unpleasant enough to make her hesitate.

* HypercompetentSidekick: Of the four halflings that started on this quest, she's the one who actually does most of the legwork and can fight off an undead knight. Not to mention she's one of two heroes to survive the battle at the Scary Volcano (surviving over a literal angel and Elven king), and goes on to cause far more grief to the party than the other survivor, Percival.

* HypercompetentSidekick: Of the four halflings that started on this quest, she's the one who actually does most of the legwork and can fight off an undead knight.
