As opposed to the other members of DATS, Keenan did not live in the human world, nor did he originally have a particular liking for it. Though originally born on Earth to the DATS scientists Kevin and Michelle Crier (Kenji and Misuzu Noguchi), he was accidentally transported to the Digital World as an infant. In the Digital World, he was raised by a Frigimon, who acted a a mother figure to him. Falcomon was raised alongside him like a brother. Following her death, he was raised by Merukimon, who became a father figure to him. He believes in defending the peace of the Digital World, and also believed that humans were nothing but a threat to it. Despite his young age, Keenan has great fighting skill (many of his moves mirror the ninja-like aspects of Falcomon). He wields a boomerang, and wears a cape and a necklace adorned with feathers, and also has facepaint.

* TheGodsMustBeLazy: Didn't lift a finger to stop either of Kurata's genocidal rampages. It's only when Kurata destroys the barrier between the Human and Digital Worlds and sends them on a collision course that it intervenes to commit genocide against humanity...despite Kurata's defeat being the result of ''humans and digimon working together.''

A contemporary of Merukimon, [=SaberLeomon=] has a deep hatred for humans. He advocates total war with the human world and has an army of thousands of Armor-level Digimon at his beck and call.

* AbsurdlySharpClaws: His claws can slice through manmade structures and vehicles like a knife through butter.
* AdaptationalVillainy: In ''Anime/DigimonAdventure'', [=SaberLeomon=] was a heroic Digimon, the Mega form of Leomon, who was a staunch ally of the Digidestined children in their fight against evil Digimon. ''This'' [=SaberLeomon=], by contrast, is a warmongering, human-hating bigot.
* BigBadWannabe: [=SaberLeomon=] is introduced in a way that makes it seem like he ''could'' be a major antagonist, only to be killed off a few episodes later by minions of Kurata, the real BigBad of the series.
* DeaderThanDead: He is shot by a Gizumon-AT. Because of this, his Digi-egg disintegrates into nothingness after [=RizeGreymon=] defeats him.
* DispenseWithThePleasantries: He has no patience for Gotsumon's kowtowing when they first meet and growls at him to get to the point.
* FlechetteStorm: His Infinity Arrow attack sprays needle-like hairs at his target.
* NoSell: He shrugs off everything the protagonists' Ultimate-level Digimon throw at him at first. The only reason they manage to defeat him is because a Gizumon-AT shot him, weakening him enough that their attacks could affect him.
* PantheraAwesome: He's a Mega-level Digimon who resembles a gigantic Smilodon.
* SmallRoleBigImpact: [=SaberLeomon=] is only alive and active in the present day for three episodes before being killed off, but his attacks on the original human expedition to the Digital World had a lasting impact on events, indirectly leading to the creation of the Digital Gate in the Infinite Ice Ridge and solidifying Kurata's hatred of Digimon.
* TheToothHurts: Marcus shattered one of his tusks with a punch.
* WeUsedToBeFriends: He and Merukimon once called each other friends, but that friendship has soured because they don’t see eye-to-eye on how to deal with the human issue. [=SaberLeomon=] wants total war with humanity, while Merukimon wants to target only those humans which have directly wronged Digimon to prevent reprisals.

A colossal Mega level Digimon who carries the Sacred City upon his back. The protagonists try to defend him and the inhabitants of his city from Kurata's forces, to no avail.
