* PutOnAPrisonBus: His final fate sees him placed in prison, presumably for life. No one will feel sorry for him considering he almost doomed humanity to a slow and painful death by starvation.

* FatalFlaw: Envy. He was unable to get over his growing jealousy towards Cinamon since they first met. Allowing it to take over him, resulting in him SlowlySlippingIntoEvil and becoming the BigBad Godatz.

* WouldHurtAChild: Has no qualms with ''killing'' four depowered Cures as they're knocked out of their forms by his attack. He would've done it too if it wasn't for Cinnamon's, Black Pepper's and Mari's intervention.

* DrivenByEnvy: It was his jealously towards Cinamon that eventually lead him to become Godatz.

* BigBad: This dastardly being's the one heading the Gang's activities and main operations with the Pretty Cure and their allies opposing him, his subordinates and his actions. One of these allies happened to be Godatz himself.
* CatsAreMean: Downplayed. His lair is located on a strange cat-shaped hill and his initial appearance is feline-like. However, Fennel's reveal has no catlike elements in any way.

* WillTheyOrWontThey: The romance between Yui and Takumi forms one of the serie's major plotlines.

* TheBusCameBack: Makes a return in episode 37 after escaping from prison but is quickly sent back.

* DemotedToExtra: Once he's reactivated and reprogramed to be loyal to Godatz, he doesn't participate in fights (Secretoru does all the fighting) and just engages in support. In Episode 40, he invades [=CooKingdom=] unopposed though.

* TheLeader: He serves as the leader for the CookFighters=]

* RedISHeroric: His theme colour is red and he serves as the BigGood for the season.

* OneWingedAngel: In the final confrontation with the Cures, he's revealed to have used the power of the Recipe Bon to transform into a monster form, making him more powerful than ever. The Cures still win the day and destroy the form, turning him back to normal.

* OneWingedAngel: In the rinal confrontation with the Cures, he's revealed to have used the power of the Recipe Bon to transform into a monster form, making hum more powerful than ever.

* MeaningfulName: Fennel is a culinary Mediterranean herb and a flowering plant in the same family as carrots.

** She seems to stuggle with basic addition as in ep 17, when Narcistoru asks what is one plus one, she had to use her ''fingers'' to count.

* StrongerThanTheyLook: Despite being in middle school, she's strong enough to carry Rosemary over her shoulder to take him to her family's diner.

* WillTheyOrWontThey: The romance between Yui and Takumi forms one of the series major plotlines.

* PassingTheTorch: Gives his son Takumi his delicioustone after it chose him, allowing him to become a new Cook Fighter.

* HeroicLineage: Like Rosemary, Takumi's father Monpei was also a warrior from the [=CooKingdom=]. After discovering and unlocking his amulet's power by pure chance, Takumi decided to take up the mantle of Black Pepper in order to protect Yui during her bouts as a Pretty Cure. His choice of outfit and white hair also makes Rosemary think of another warrior that went by the name of Cinnamon.

** In his final episode, Narcistoru introduces a Gossori Ubauzo, which are far more powerful and require the team finisher to take out. After Narcistoru's final defeat, Secretoru manages to get a copy of the book and merges it with Spiritoru, allowing him to summon them as well.

* TheDragon: The right hand lady of Godatz.

* NiceJobBreakingItHeroine: [[spoiler: In Episode 42, her insisting that Godatz can be redeemed terribly backfires as Godatz then attacks and injures Takumi and Kome-Kome.]]

A robot Narcistoru creates to help him deal with the Cures. He is powered by a Delicioustone.

* BewareTheSillyOnes: Might seem clueless, goofy, and unaware, but he is far from a pushover.

* TokenAdult: He's the sole adult character within the team. The producers even stated his intended purpose in the series is to show that adults can help in the fights also.
