* TheHero: Designated as one for the Space Marines campaign in ''Retribution'', as he leads the Blood Ravens in uncovering the secret behind their Chapter Master.

* TheHero: Served as one in ''Dawn of War'', in command of the Third Company during the Battle of Tartarus. Has seceded this role in later games to Brother-Captains Thule (''Dark Crusade''), Boreale (''Soulstorm'', to disastrous results), the unnamed Force Commander (''Dawn of War II'' and the ''Chaos Rising'' expansion), and Diomedes (''Retribution''). Returns to this status in ''Dawn of War III''.

* DropTheHammer: Wields the Daemonhammer [[NamesToRunAwayFromReallyFast God-Splitter]]. It was given to him by Inquisitor Toth.

* DropTheHammer: Can wield a Daemonhammer in ''Dark Crusade''. Doesn't keep it for ''Dawn of War II'', sadly.

* DropTheHammer: His penultimate melee upgrade is just like his Predecessors is a Daemonhammer.

* DropTheHammer: They are his strongest melee weapons in ''Dawn of War II'' and ''Chaos Rising'', and according to ''Retribution'', he used a Thunder Hammer to banish [[spoiler:Ulkair]]. This Hammer, called Hammer of the Nameless, is available as a reward for the second to last mission in the Space Marine campaign.

* DropTheHammer: Can wield a Thunder Hammer paired with a Storm Shield when wearing Terminator Armor.
* GlassCannon: He can deal quite a lot of damage, especially with his 'Assault Jump' ability, but he won't last long in prolonged combat. Terminator armor does rectify this to an extent, but he'll still be rather fragile.
** On the other hand, he has skills that can make him invulnerable for a surprisingly long time and depending on what skills he has, he can repeat this invulnerability in succession. Combine that with his jump/teleport ability and he becomes a true LightningBruiser.

* DropTheHammer: Gets several Thunder Hammers to use in ''Retribution''.

* SternTeacher: But he does care for his pupils.

* AttackOfTheFiftyFootWhatever: His daemon prince form, it's so big you don't even see his whole body (which doesn't seem to have formed yet) and even without he makes the largest units look like toys.
