* ThrowingYourGunAtTheEnemy: One of the Ranger's attacks featured in his character trailer is Death Hawk, where he tosses out his revolvers and they [[PrecisionGuidedBoomerang spin in front of him like a projectile]] while automatically spraying bullets everywhere. Additionally, unlike ''Dungeon Fighter Online'', he doesn't have to catch and toss Death Hawk back out again, instead [[MadeOfExplodium spontaneously exploding]] after its duration.

** Bill Drill, one of his special moves, has him sweeping his opponent with his odachi and then briefly spinning for a multi-hit finisher.
** Helix Dive appears virtually unchanged from ''DFO'', with the Hitman jumping up in the air and spinning at an angle with his odachi brandished and spraying SMG rounds everywhere before striking downards with the odachi at the peak of his jump.
* MoreDakka: Many of his moves are punctuated with at least a handful of bullets from his SMG. His normals alone have him burst firing the SMG in between odachi slashes, like his basic attack string in ''DFO''.
* SwordAndGun: As is the case with all of the Agent subclasses, the Hitman wields both. In his case, he has a submachine gun and an odachi.
