* BrickJoke: He gets called "Orange" throughout the series as a means of an insult, which many characters poke fun at him for. Not only does he end up accepting the nickname as a sign of his loyalty to his master, he retires and becomes an ''orange'' farmer after the series.

* KarmaHoudini: Very debatable from an outside viewpoint. In-universe, you'd think he'd be punished severely after all the things he'd done as Lelouch's lackey.

His second Knightmare was the first shown Vincent Commander Model, an upgraded version of the Vincent that Rolo had used, Guilford having one being notable since, before Lelouch took the throne, the only other ones were used by Luciano Bradley's Valkyrie Squadron, and the Royal Guard led by Monica Krushevsky.
