It doesn't even help that his horrible singing of "Mirrors" is enough for Gooper to tell him that his singing dream has flopped.

A teacher in Toad Town High. Mr. Morris is known for being angry all the time and complaining about everything throughout the lessons he teaches.

In the original episodes, Miss Bishop is a cranky and cynical woman with no passion for her job and who believes the students have no future whatsoever, as she thinks of them as stupid and incapable of anything. Is possibly because of this that he is not allowed to be near Elementary Schools.

* CharacterDevelopment: He began as slightly cynical, but still shy. Later on, he becomes more open-minded. This is better seen in the way he thinks of Roxanne, as he dismissed her as nothing more than an AlphaBitch at first, but later came to realize that she is anything but.

* GirlyGirlAndTomboy: Not to the same extent as Grace and Talia, but Roxanne does have this dynamic with Kylie in the sense that Roxanne is known for her kind personality and high grades, whereas Kylie is portrayed as sassy, chic and overly sarcastic.

* AscendedExtra: Kylie was just a background character during her first few appearances, but she became more and more prominent from the fourth episode of the series onwards. The 2022 remasters address this issue and have Kylie be introduced in the first episode alongside Talia, Roxanne, and Grace.

* CharacterDevelopment: Kylie wasn't fond of Carl and the boys at first, as she perceived them as losers and thought that Grace and Talia could do much better when it came to boys, but as the series went on she got to know them better and slowly but surely changed her mind about them, now considering them her friends.

* LovableAlphaBitch: While she may seem like a snarky and rude popular girl, Kylie is a very nice person to those who have earned it. Some episodes even hint at some part of this being a persona she puts on and that she is actually quite insecure about herself.
