* UnnecessaryMakeover: For the ''Not My First Time'' runway in episode 2, the queens were tasked with re-creating their first time in drag with their current skills and resources, using a photo for comparison. However, Kyne's present-day look was so unpolished, the judges actually liked the ''older'' one better.

* GenreMashup: For the ''Québec-ky With The Good Hair'' runway, she serves a confused mixture of Cousin Itt from ''Series/TheAddamsFamily'' from the back, before turning around to reveal her front, which is ''supposed'' to be inspired by Chun-Li from the video game series ''Franchise/StreetFighter'', but in practise looks ''nothing'' like her. The judges find her outfit bewildering, and after an equally poor showing the in the ''Not Sorry Aboot It'' rap battle, she lands in the bottom and is sent packing by Kiara in the lip-sync.

* BroughtDownToNormal: She's easily the biggest name amongst the queens this season, yet in practise she's one of the growing number of competitors across the franchise who are great drag queens, just not great at the high pressure, ultra-competitive environment of ''Drag Race''.

* StraightGay: In line with the above trope, aside from the fact that she’s a drag queen, BOA doesn’t particularly exhibit the usual levels of queenly campiness, and is actually quite laddish out of drag.

* DanceBattler: Lemon is a professional ballet dancer, and brings the associated skills with her to the main stage, giving a fierce lip-sync performance versus Juice Boxx in the premiere. Unfortunately for Lemon, in the latter stages of the competition she makes the mistake of bringing her flashy moves to Music/AlanisMorissette's "You Oughta Know," which doesn't quite fit the song’s angsty tone, and Rita Baga sends her home.

* PrettyBoy: Amongst the prettiest of ''any'' of the queens out of drag across the franchise.

* {{Twink}}: With her blonde hair and [[PrettyBoy cute looks]], she's amongst the twinkiest queens to grace ''any'' season of ''Drag Race'', let alone the Canadian edition.

* DanceBattler: In the finale, we ''finally'' get to see what Scarlett can do in a lip-sync -- two actually, if you include the final musical number -- since she was the only one who'd never been in the bottom. Scarlett turns out to be a fantastic dancer, capable of splits, shablams and high kicks that could give the legendary [[Characters/RuPaulsDragRaceSeason7 Kennedy Davenport]] and even ''[[Characters/RuPaulsDragRaceSeason6 Laganja]]'' a run for their money.

* EleventhHourSuperpower: She's essentially the [[Characters/RuPaulsDragRaceSeason12 Crystal Methyd]] of this season, in terms of success. She was consistently safe for most of the competition -- a full ''eight'' straight weeks -- until she came into her own near the end of the season, and finally scored a challenge win in the ''Snow Ball''. This propelled her to the finale, where she was still standing in the final lip-sync, despite one challenge win to Rita Baga's three and Priyanka's two.
