* HonorBeforeReason: The clique is highly image-conscious, often dressing smart and ruining clothes by throwing eggs at opponents. However, they are the 3rd weakest clique because they fight as ferociously as the Greasers, Jocks, and Townies, as their boxing strategies only work when their opponents are fighting with their fists. Jimmy can beat them by simply relying on a heavy kick, firecrackers, a leg sweep, and a slingshot.

* TheDandy: The clique is more focused on image than actual fighting prowess, as they wear aquaberry and reside in a separate building on campus called "Harrington House". Their fighting style reflects this as well, relying boxing to fight their opponents and fight with visually impressive stances and moves than actual strategy. When they do fight other opponents, they're quickly knocked out because their opponents simply break through their defenses or use underhanded tactics.

Saying "It's a fact that Greaser chicks are 50% easier to score with, but who would want to" and "She's been with almost all of the starting lineup. All she needs is a left tackle and a slapback". These quotes can either be attributed to the preppies' belief that they shouldn't breed with anyone in lower classes or it means that Bif isn't attracted to the girls at Bullworth. Considering that Bif appears to be one of the older members of the Preppies, it may just be a case of him being bitter about being too old to be considered eligible for the girls at Bullworth. It doesn't help that the only confirmed gay member of the Preppie clique is Gord.

[[caption-width-right:350:From left to right: [[HonestyIsTheBestPolicy Tad Spencer]], [[CombatPragmatist Derby Harrington]], [[SpoiledSweet Pinky Gauthier]].]]
->'''Gary:''' They're all money, and condescending attitudes.\\
'''Jimmy:''' Yeah, massively inbred, and completely brainless.\\
'''Gary:''' Very observant, Jimmy-boy.
-->--'''This Is Your School'''
The third highest clique in the hierarchy, their Leader is Derby Harrington with their Co-Leader being Bif Taylor. They are rich, uppity, snobby, [[WhiteAngloSaxonProtestant White Anglo-Saxton Protestants]]. Their rivals are the much poorer GreaserDelinquents, a group of dirty, BrooklynRage filled menaces. They are the focus of Chapter 2 where Gary has them believe that Jimmy insulted them. They are a team of [[BoxingBattler Boxing Battlers]] and as such fight with boxing techniques, making them the only clique to dodge and weave instead of just blocking melee attacks, with a tendency to throw eggs at long range. They hang around Harrington House on campus and Old Bullworth Vale outside of it.
----
!!As A Whole
* AbusiveParents: PlayedForLaughs, most preps have dialogue that their parents are abusive, like Tad who tried giving his father a cake and got stabbed with a pitchfork in return.
* ArchEnemy: The Greasers go toe to toe with them, they have a large "rumble" at the end of chapter 3 after Lola manipulates them [[ItAmusedMe for her amusement]].
* AristocratsAreEvil: Their entire gang is composed of the wealthiest kids in Bullworth and they see everyone else as beneath them for being poor.
* ArrogantKungFuGuy: Some preps have this taunt during fights, reminding you that they box, like "I Know Jujitsu Punk", or "I'm A great boxer you know".
* BatterUp: They wield cricket bats on occasion, mainly in their chapter's final mission, "Dishonorable Fight."
* TheBeautifulElite: [[InvokedTrope They try their best to cultivate this]], but they come across as the {{Jerkass}} variant. Playing up their physical features and chasing after the best fashion (Aquaberry-brand clothes in this case), their members all come from rich families.
* BoxingBattler: The Preppies are the only characters in the game who can dodge melee attacks using their boxing footwork to weave in and out of the way of punches and kicks. The Leader and TheDragon are also immune to grapples, which fits with it being illegal in boxing.
* BlueBlood: What many of these rich kids fashion themselves as, though Derby calls the most attention to it.
* TheBoxingEpisode: Their clique challenge to unlock their hideout, where Jimmy enters a tournament with $1,000,000 as the prize and gets the Beach House instead due to not having family members in any of the Preps' organization.
* BreakTheHaughty: Beating them, bullying them, or giving them a swirly damages their their ego, and they have a more sorrowful tone in their dialogue when they receive any of the 3.
* TheComputerShallTauntYou: Preps like Chad mock you if they manage to knock you to the ground.
* CustomUniform: Derby and the other preppies wear the fancier Aquaberry vests over their normal uniforms. During the winter, some of them wear striped scarves and wear sweaters instead of vests.
* ExtremityExtremist: All but a few fight only with fists, the few who avert this throws eggs, grapples, or has a single kick move.
* FlashStep: Thanks to their boxing skills, their footwork has them perform this to dodge attacks.
* ForceAndFinesse: The Finesse to the Greasers' Force. They use careful boxing techniques to dodge and weave, whittling the opponent down, while Greasers have a more straightforward street-fighting style.
* GangOfHats: A classist gang composed of spoilt children from rich and powerful families, they believe they are superior because of their wealth and they try to keep their bloodline pure through inbreeding. They have an intense rivalry with the greasers and would fight them on sight.
* HiddenBadass: "UpperClassTwit" does not mean weak or stupid. They're actually some of the most skilled fighters at Bullworth, even if they're not as strong as the Jocks. Interestingly, even when set against the Greasers, Preps will usually come out on top - with no small help from Bif, their second-in-command and [[BossInMooksClothing second toughest NPC in the game]].
* HomeBase: Harrington House on campus and Old Bullworth Vale off it. There's also the boxing gym and the old abandoned Beach House they give Jimmy after he wins the boxing tournament.
* InbredAndEvil: PlayedForLaughs and zigzagged with the preps , while they look pretty, educated, physically fit and could walk and talk normally, some of them have small defects, like Tad who has a webbed foot.
* {{Jerkass}}: They all are, the best example is when Derby and Bif disbelieve Jimmy when the Townies stole and burnt their boxing trophies despite the photos.
%%* KissingCousins: Family tradition among the OldMoney families, and a point of contention and insulting from Jimmy.
* {{Leitmotif}}: Has a jazz-organ New Wave remix of "Billie Jean's" instrumentals by Michael Jackson.
* LuxuriousLiquor: Some Preps drink even though they are below the drinking age, their old lighthouse clubhouse and boxing gym office has a bar with liquor bottles scattered everywhere, and in the Chapter 2 boss fight the leader has a drink while his goons do his dirty work. They also planned to egg Mr. Hattrick's house for not allowing Galloway to have a drink.
* NouveauRiche: Some of the members will come from self-made wealthy families and happily tell people that they're either this or OldMoney.
* ObliviousToHatred: In ''Preppies Vandalized'', they assume the Greasers stole their trophies because they've "always hated us". Once Jimmy explains why everyone hates them, Derby responds with "Now he tells us."
* OldMoney: Plenty of them come from families that have held a stake in Bullworth and business for generations, and they'll be very happy to remind anyone of this whether they asked or not.
* PoliticallyIncorrectVillain: As a classist gang, they deem everyone outside their wealth as worthless and sub-human, frequently using "Pauper" as an insult. Their families have also forbidden them from having relationships with working class people as Tad is said to be inbred and Gord is very defensive when he says "Cousins are legal". This behaviour actually seems to have been indoctrinated by their parents, as they weren't aware that the Greasers aren't the only gang to hate them.
-->'''Derby Harrington''': "Gentlemen, are we going to let some guttersnipe come in and beat up our friend Bif!"
-->'''Preppies''': "NO!"
-->'''Derby Harrington''': "Then what are we going to do?"
-->'''Preppies''': "Beat him back to the ghetto!"
* TheProudElite: All preps are a part of the upper echelons of society and won't waste a moment in not telling you so, but some can have a bit of kindness hiding underneath their arrogance.
%%* PreppyName: Just scroll down and you won't be surprised.
* ScrewTheRulesIHaveConnections: The Preps often make mention of how they intend on manipulating Bullworth thanks to their families providing the school's financial support. Crabblesnitch speaks highly of them.
* ScrewTheRulesIHaveMoney: Dialogue from them and others will bring up how they've escaped punishment by having their rich families bail them out. Chad offers to pay whoever his opponent happens to be into letting him win their scuffle.
* SubParSupremacist: The preppies believe they are superior because of their wealth and consider the lower classes as inferior and beneath them. However, they're highly inbred and they are living on inherited wealth. They also have boxing trophies in their gym but Derby clarifies that they are actually heirlooms and not something they actually earned.
* SpoiledBrat: They are spoiled rotten by their wealthy families.
* UpperClassTwit: It's been implied by Mr. Galloway that the families of the preppies have been bribing the teachers for good grades.
* WeakButSkilled: Mostly the case for the less durable members of the Preps, but the group as a whole aren't known for being as tough or hardened like the Greasers, Jocks or Townies but have serious boxing skills that allow them to dodge and counterattack.
* WhiteAngloSaxonProtestant: They are another 50's subculture Rockstar put in, they wear polo shirts during gym and sweaters, but instead of putting it around their neck like most examples they just wear sweaters normally.

!!Derby Harrington
[[quoteright:95:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/derby_harrington.jpg]][[caption-width-right:95:''"It takes more than victory to become a champion! It takes breeding, and nepotism, and snobbery!"'']]
-->'''Voiced by: Creator/JohnLaVelle'''
The leader of the Preps, whose family is the namesake for the prep-exclusive frat house located on Bullworth. Priding himself on being born to get where he is, he refuses to see Jimmy flaunt power over his people.
----
* AbusiveParents: Both implied and directly stated in different contexts. Derby states in one mission that he tried to play innocent when his father caught him with his nanny, which he got a "good thrashing" for. The implied part is that if Derby, a probable minor, was caught with a nanny, it was most likely sexual abuse.
* AllYourPowersCombined: His fighting style as a boss incorporates all of the preps' boxing attacks and maneuvers.
* ArcVillain: The main antagonist and final boss of Chapter 2.
* ArchEnemy: To Johnny.
** Though it's only implied through small talk between the other students. They seldom mention each other in their dialogue, and in their few on-screen appearances together they come across as oddly chummy.
* AuthorityEqualsAsskicking: As leader of the Preps, he has his own fighting style that incorporates all of the types of punches that the clique members can throw, even though he'd prefer the others do the fighting for him.
* BlueBlood: His combat dialogue makes the most references to this.
* CombatByChampion: He outright [[DefiedTrope Defies]] this, siccing the Preps on Jimmy after he beats Bif fairly in their boxing match.
* CombatPragmatist: His unique fighting style during his boss fight mixes in illegal boxing moves. Other than that, he also encourages the entire clique to gang up on Jimmy instead of accepting a one-on-one duel, hiding behind the bar's counter and only coming out when he has backup or if the backup suddenly stops. A DummiedOut attack also had him throw bottles from the bar whenever Jimmy is kept at a distance.
* ConformingOOCMoment: In the ending cutscene, he appears among a crowd of students (including the clique leaders) and teachers applauding Jimmy, which is very uncharacteristic of him, considering how unpleasant he is to Jimmy during the game. He was probably placed there only because he's a clique leader.
* CounterAttack: Uses 2 different versions depending on when he's fought. In most situations, it's identical to Bif, Tad, and Gord's, but during his boss fight, he uses a different, slower and stronger one.
* CowardlyLion: He's just about as tough and as competent at boxing as [[LightningBruiser Bif...]] Then again, [[FlunkyBoss he never fights alone]].
* DirtyCoward: Lets his friends soften Jimmy up during his boss fight while he hides behind the counter, only coming out to fight when Jimmy is outnumbered or if Jimmy barricades the doors. He also doesn't ever fight Johnny Vincent directly, preferring to let Bif do his dirty work.
* HypocriteHasAPoint: He makes a few good points about leadership, even if he's being a complete hypocrite about it. He tells Jimmy that even if Gord deserves some of the harassment from the Greasers, Jimmy should still fight for the people under his command, not abandon them so quickly for their opponents.
* JerkassHasAPoint: [[spoiler: He undermines Jimmy's authority by pointing out that there's no such thing as "king of the school" and both Jimmy and Gary are just fooling themselves. The next set of missions proves that his statements are more accurate than anyone realised; Gary is actually trying to perform a hostile takeover of the school, not be the most popular kid there.]]
* LightningBruiser: [[HiddenBadass Surprisingly, yes.]] The Preppies in general emphasize using careful footwork to avoid attacks and sneak in fast combos coming across as the WeakButSkilled FragileSpeedster clique of the game, particularly in comparison to tougher cliques like the Greasers or the Jocks. Derby fights the same way, but he has a far larger healthbar than the other non-Bif Preppies, leading to this trope.
* ManipulativeBastard: Even after Jimmy brings the Preppies in line, Derby quite easily tricks Jimmy into getting in trouble with the Greasers.
* ManOfWealthAndTaste: All the Preppies fashion themself as this, but Derby's a more notable one from what we see. He's even seen in a smoking jacket at one point.
* MistakenForGay: According to Dan Wilson, there's a rumor about Derby and Bif being in a relationship with each other. In the game itself, there's no official confirmation if Derby and Bif are a couple, and the only preppie who is confirmed to be gay is Gord Vendome, who is bisexual and can be kissed by Jimmy in free roam. This rumor might explain why Derby was nonchalant about Jimmy and Pinky going on a date.
--> '''Dan''': "Apparantly Derby and Bif are gay for each other."
* NoSell: During his boss fight, he auto-blocks wrestling moves. As the strategy guide explains, "that's not how preppies fight."
* OutOfFocus: Invrted. He's given a few mentions here and there in Chapter 2, but despite the chapter being all about toppling the reputation of the Preppies, he only makes an in-person appearance at the end of it to challenge Jimmy. He has more appearances afterwards.
* RapidFireFisticuffs: Only during his chapter boss fight and always followed up with an uppercut. [[DownplayedTrope It's not really that fast]] compared to other characters' attacks, but it's the longest combo in the game and is unique for having a special animation where his opponent visibly gets stunned by each individual blow.
* ScrewTheRulesIHaveConnections: During his boss fight with Jimmy, he keeps running away from the fight to hide behind the bar while other preppies fight Jimmy for him.
-->''I'm leveraging the assets I have and you don't. Friends.''
* SmugSnake: He's exceptionally smug. He believes that breeding, nepotism and snobbery are more important than actually being able to fight.
* UnblockableAttack: Only used during his chapter boss fight: A slow, overhand right cross identical to the ones used by Bryce, Chad, Justin and Parker.
* VillainWithGoodPublicity: Downplayed. Derby, alongside most of the Preppies, are [[SmugSnake smug]], pompous and condescending to anyone who just happens to be on their bad side, a lower-class than them, or are Greasers. The Harringtons are well-known among Bullworth for their wealth and contributions to the academy.
* WhileRomeBurns: During the penultimate mission "Complete Mayhem", his response to the schoolwide riot is to apparently relax and spectate the chaos from the Harrington House while wearing a smoking jacket.

[[caption-width-right:221:''"Of course, the best man always wins—me!"'']]
-->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/AndrewRannells
The strongest of the Preps as their best boxer. Towering over others and being a reigning boxing champion, he acts as Derby’s right-hand man.
----
* BodyguardingABadass: [[DownplayedTrope "Badass" is a strong word,]] but he's still acting as the big, intimidating bodyguard of a guy who's just as strong as he is at least in terms of gameplay.
* BossInMookClothing: He's got a bigger health bar than some of the bosses and an effective fighting style too, but he can still be found wandering around Bullworth like the other students, in contrast to Russell who only hangs out around the school parking lot or the front of the school.
* TheBrute: One of the strongest students in the game - only Russell is stronger than him in free roam.
* ButtMonkey: Delegated to this in the Prep's final mission "Dishonorable Fight", he gets dethroned as the Boxing Gym Champion by Jimmy Hopkins, loses the boxing bout by knockout, shamed and yelled at by his own clique's leader for losing and just stays knocked out throughout the rest of the mission. He's even specially programmed to be seen still out cold in the ring, from the bar upstairs.
%%* CounterAttack: Frequently.
%%* TheDragon: To Derby Harrington.
* JerkJock: Most of his dialogue is either about beating people up or about how great a boxer he is.
* TheJuggernaut: He can take and dish out lots of damage, which is probably why he's the [[GameplayAndStoryIntegration Boxing Gym Champion]], he's better than the other token big guys in the other cliques bar [[ImplacableMan Russell]], Bif can block and dodge unlike [[UnskilledButStrong Damon]] and is more durable than [[GlassCannon Norton]].
* LightningBruiser: He's a got a huge health bar [[BossInMookClothing equal to that of Chapter 2's boss]] and is an accomplished boxer who hits fast, dodges frequently and is one of the few students with a CounterAttack.
* MistakenForGay: According to Dan Wilson, there's a rumor about Derby and Bif being in a relationship with each other. * {{Nerf}}: While he's usually one of the toughest students in the entire game, the boxing fight against him is no more difficult than any of the other Preppies.
* PunnyName: His name "Bif" sounds similar to Biff, a stock sound effect for punching something.
%%* UndyingLoyalty: To Derby.

-->'''Voiced by: Kaija Matiss'''
->''"I'm a PRINCESS! And I need people to do things for ME! So hurry up, because I wanna be FIRST!"''
A girl with an abrasive ego but a heart of gold who shows interest in Jimmy after hearing about him. Was originally set to marry Derby to carry on the traditions of their family.
----
* AlphaBitch: Not as much as Mandy, but still...
* ConformingOOCMoment: Despite being one of the nice members of the preppies and even going on a date with him, Pinky stands by her clique as Jimmy challenges Bif to a boxing match.
* EverybodyHasStandards: Despite being spoiled and unstable, even she hates Gary.
* HiddenDepths: Implied to suffer from some sort of disorder and is going through therapy over it. She also believes in charity and donating to the poor, despite her RichBitch moments.
* KissingCousins: Admits she's dating Derby out of an ArrangedMarriage plan the Preppies' ancestors used to breed "purity" (and they would've pushed for full BrotherSisterIncest if it wasn't against the law). Thankfully, she dumps him for Jimmy [[DisproportionateRetribution after he was]] ''[[FelonyMisdemeanor five minutes late to his date with her]]!''
* MoodSwinger: Very noticeable in her two cutscene appearances - She changes from being rather kind to lashing out and demanding all in the span of a few seconds. It's not as noticeable in her free-roam dialogue, though.
* RichBitch: She has PetTheDog moments, like that she donates to charities or she likes Jimmy for being an honest, stand-up guy after Derby only... well, stood her up on their date. However, it doesn't take very much at all for the "bitch" side to come out.
* TheRival: To Lola, [[NoodleIncident for unexplained reasons]] (possibly due to the Greaser-Preppy feud). She sometimes talks about her as a cheap tramp. On rare occasions, you may see the two engage in a cat-fight outside the Girls' Dorm after school hours. There's also some unused dialogue of the two having an argument about Johnny during Complete Mayhem.
* SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan: For all her faults, she seems legitimately fond of Jimmy for his good qualities. She will even be the only one actively rooting for Jimmy in boxing matches against other Preps.
* SpoiledSweet: Even though she still expects to be treated like a princess, she's not as bad as the other Preppies. She donates old clothes, prefers to date boys of a lower class and dislikes how her father forbids her from socialising with those outside his tax bracket.
* TokenGoodTeammate: Despite having a large ego, Pinky is probably the most sweet and kindhearted member of the Preppies. She openly admits to donating to charities and the poor, and likes to focus on Jimmy's more savory qualities like his loyalty and honesty. She's also the only Preppy to cheer Jimmy on during boxing matches and doesn't participate in Derby's assault against the former when Derby rallies the Preppies to attack Jimmy.

-->'''Voiced by: Ben Levin'''
A student currently working his way through school carrying the secret that his family is actually poor. He tries to compensate with further insults to the poor and those around him.
----
* ExtremityExtremist: An [[AvertedTrope aversion]] among the [[BoxingBattler Preps]], as he uses a knee strike for one of his [[GrappleMove grapple moves]] as well as a running kick.
* GuideDangIt: Is listed in the strategy guide as a non-clique student, confusing many that use that resource to try and complete the yearbook photos. Of course, with his family's finances how they are, that might soon be a reality.
* IKnowKarate: "I'm trained in Thai boxing!" With the Prep Grappler fighting style incorporating kicks and the use of knees in grapples, he's probably not lying.
* ImpoverishedPatrician: His dad lost nearly everything on the stock exchange, and is lying to his prep friends about his continued wealth.
* NonIdleRich: Not through choice - he has to work at the yacht club to pay his tuition. He presents it as how they begged him to "provide his services" and plays up the importance of his role.
* ShelteredAristocrat: Outright admits his parents have sheltered him from so much in life.
* StrongAsTheyNeedToBe: If your respect from the Preps is low enough, [[BerserkButton provoke him while he's practicing in the boxing club]] with his boxing uniform on and you'll notice that he has the same exact stats and moveset as [[LightningBruiser Bif]]. Technically, other Preps in their boxing uniform get a similar stat boost, but he's the only one that's not fighting inside the inaccessible boxing ring.
* UnblockableAttack: Two of them! One's a slow, overhand right cross and the other's a running kick.
* WealthyYachtOwner: Subverted - despite being a member of the club and making contacts there, his family is the only family at Golf and Yacht Club without a boat.
* YouAreWhatYouHate: Is probably the most vitriolic prep about the poor and working class and the most boastful about his wealth. In reality, his dad has lost the family fortune and now he has to work his way through Bullworth.

-->'''Voiced by: Brandon Gill'''
A prep that gets involved with Lola at one point. One of the users of the preps’ “grappler” fighting style.
----
* EnemyMine: In ''The Wrong Part of Town'', he pairs up with Jimmy and '''''Algie''''' against the greasers.
* ExtremityExtremist: Averts it exactly like [[GrappleMove Bryce]] does.
* FrivolousLawsuit: One of his many threats.
-->''Hit me hard, and my daddy sues!''
* HiddenDepths: Is hinted to be an environmentalist, used to run track, and was an applicant for the Glee Club (he claims he was too big to get in). However, relatively unique among the Preps is that none of his HiddenDepths threaten his status within the clique.
* IKnowKarate: "I know jiu jitsu, punk!" With the Prep Grappler fighting style incorporating kicks and the use of knees in grapples, he's probably not lying.
* NatureLover: Zig-zagged. He has a dog he loves and is hinted to be an environmentalist, but he's the prep who boasts of having shoes made out of genuine puppy leather.
* PetTheDog: As much of a jerk he is, he at least cares about his dog to try defend it during Halloween. He also offers Jimmy to ride his scooter on the weekends.
* ScrewTheRulesIHaveMoney: "I can afford to break the rules. I'm a prep." - He also tried getting his father to bribe his biology teacher into giving him an A, offers opponents money to let him win fights, and tried begging his mother to access his trust fund.
* SidekickCreatureNuisance: His dog Chester. Not only does he attack Jimmy on sight near the lot of Harrington House, his attacks also cost a lot of damage, and he's pretty fast, too.
* UnblockableAttack: Just like Bryce, a right cross with a long wind-up and a running kick.
* UngratefulBastard: After the EnemyMine mission above, he leaves Algie and Jimmy because he doesn't want his reputation damaged.
* UpperClassTwit: While all the Preppies are this to some degree, Chad is one of the worst offenders. Half of the things he says about himself has to do with money, such as how his watch costs more than Mr. Galloway's car.
-->'''Chad:''' ''[towards Ricky and Jimmy]'' Great, look at this - A bunch of guys whose career aspirations are to work in stores.\\

-->'''Voiced by: Andrew Gehling'''
The prep that invites Jimmy into interacting with their clique.
----
* AssholeVictim: After being caught dating Lola, the girlfriend of Johnny Vincent, the Greasers have made him their primary target of bullying and harassment. As Jimmy points out, however, Gord really should have known better than to date the girlfriend of a quick-tempered gang leader.
%%zce* CounterAttack: Frequently.
* FragileSpeedster: He actually has less health than the [[StarterVillain Bullies]] but he uses [[LightningBruiser Bif's and Derby]]'s [[WeakButSkilled fighting style.]]
* HowMuchMoreCanHeTake: During the boxing minigame.
-->'''Gord:''' "It's a wonder Hopkins is still standing!"
* KissingCousins: When Johnny accuses him of messing around with the wrong women, he says "cousins are legal", before realizing that Johnny meant Lola.
* LethallyStupid: The events of chapter 3 would never have happened if Gord had known better than to date Lola, the unfaithful girlfriend of a quick-tempered sociopath who leads a gang of bloodthirsty greasers who are more than happy to beat up a preppie and are unquestionably loyal to Johnny.
* OohMeAccentsSlipping: Sometimes he lapses from posh English to normal American. No reason for it, he just does, and no one seems to notice.
* SlummingIt: He's not opposed to the concept, and even laments that he's not allowed to date poor girls because they're 'more real.'

-->'''Voiced by: Jaesun Celebre'''
One of the much snootier members of the clique. Prone to making bad egg puns.
----
* AmbiguouslyGay: Has a free roam line in which he admits that he sometimes doesn't think he's interested in girls.
* DirtyCoward: Shows hints of this. He tells his enemies that they'll regret it later when battling, and when he's beaten, tells them he could have paid him not to beat him up. His voice tone during fights is also inexplicably shaky.
* GoKartingWithBowser: Even with 0% Preppies respect, he'll offer money to Jimmy in a side-mission if he can beat his swimming record by the beach in Old Bullworth Vale, and again to egg the Tenements in New Coventry.
* HiddenDepths: Actually notes that real friendships are hard to come by at Bullworth, and that everyone is just using each other. He is also considerably into sports and wants to form an alliance between the Jocks.
* ImprobableWeaponUser: His WeaponOfChoice? Eggs, provided most of the Preps do too but he actually references this in his [[PungeonMaster fight dialogue.]]
* JerkJock: Is obsessed with sports and wants an alliance between the Preps and Jocks.
* PungeonMaster: Loves to make egg related puns as insults.
-->''These yolks crack me up!''\\
''You look a little scrambled!''\\
''You look a little shell-shocked!''
* RapidFireFisticuffs: During one of his attacks similar to the one Derby uses during his boss fight except he always ducks before performing it and he doesn't have Derby's additional uppercut.
* UnblockableAttack: [[RunningGag Yet another user]] of the same, slow overhand right cross.
* VerbalTic: He uses the word "peon" as not only an insult, but even if he's talking nicely to some people.
* WeaponOfChoice: Eggs. While most of the preppies use eggs, Justin uses them the most, and his dialogue reflects it well. He also carries around a paddle sometimes during free-roam, although not as commonly as he does with eggs.

[[folder:Parker Ogilvie]]

-->'''Voiced by: Cory Anker'''
A rich kid with a conscience, regretting how mean his friends can be and trying to be considerate with others despite his archetype and peers pressuring him to do otherwise.
----
* AmbiguouslyBi: A couple of DummiedOut lines for a beta "Small Offences" show Parker getting distressed at his gnome's relationship with Gord. Since the gnome in question is male, it is possible Parker was intended to be the bi preppy.
* AntiVillain: Acts like an arrogant prep largely out of habit rather than any actual malice. A lot of his dialogue indicates that he's actually a pretty decent guy and that he doesn't enjoy senseless violence.
* ApologeticAttacker: When starting a fight, he'll sometimes remark that he'll feel sorry about it later or that whoever he's fighting should just run away.
* CasanovaWannabe: He is completely hopeless with women, and really wants a girlfriend.
* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: His DummiedOut interactions with his garden gnome are very similar to someone going through a rocky relationship, only for their partner to die.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: An unusual case, he seems to be a nice guy by nature and has trouble balancing his nice guy impulses with the arrogance that the Preppies demand. Whenever he does something nice, he immediately goes into damage control. He sometimes gives money to hoboes, but always insults them afterwards to his friends. He is willing to be friends with people outside the clique, as long as he's not seen with them.
* LonelyRichKid: Can't get a girlfriend and is implied to not really be happy with his friends.
* OurGnomesAreWeirder: Deleted audio has him being... very fond of a gnome he calls Gnomey, left in tears after its destruction.
* RapidFireFisticuffs: He has the exact same fighting style as Justin.
* RichInDollarsPoorInSense: He doesn't understand why he ''isn't'' a jerkass like the other Preps, and he doesn't understand why he can't buy a girlfriend and often friends.
* UnblockableAttack: Shares Justin's overhand right cross.
* WhatTheHellHero: Calls out Jimmy for helping Johnny beat up fellow Prep Gord when they're supposed to be allied at that point in the game.
--> "Some leader you turned out to be!"

[[folder:Tad Spencer]]
!!Tad Spencer
[[quoteright:141:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tad_spencer.png]][[caption-width-right:141:''"We don't like what [Mr. Hattrick] did to that old soak Galloway; a chap can have a drink if he bloody hell wants to."'']]
-->'''Voiced by: Creator/BaronVaughn'''
The prep that tries to help Jimmy with settling the feud against Mr. Hattrick. He’s one of the richest preppies around- second only to Derby- and fittingly seems to have the most power in the clique behind Derby and Bif themselves. Furthermore, his massive house in Old Bullworth Vale and his father’s company warehouse in Blue Skies are the setting of multiple missions throughout Chapters 2 and 5, respectively.
----
* AbusiveParents: His father beats both him and his mother, as evidenced by some of the responses he gives in fights. Like most stuff in the game, these are [[HilariouslyAbusiveChildhood played for laughs]].
* BigFancyHouse: Even by prep standards - his garage has its own address. The Spencer estate features in a few missions.
* CounterAttack: Frequently.
* DistinctionWithoutADifference: During "The Eggs":
-->'''Tad:''' Now, tell me, Hopkins. Is true you said I was inbred?\\
'''Jimmy:''' No.\\
'''Tad:''' Because first cousins is legal, my friend. Legal.\\
'''Jimmy:''' Yeah, Okay.\\
'''Tad:''' Yeah, and just because my elder brother doesn't have a chin and ended up in a lunatic asylum, it doesn't mean anything.\\
'''Jimmy:''' Whatever, Tad, your family is your business.\\
'''Gary:''' Don't lie, Jimmy. You said Tad was probably a hermaphrodite with that much inbreeding.\\
'''Jimmy:''' Hermaphro-what?\\
'''Gary:''' Don't act dumb. You said his mom is also legally his aunt, and that he probably had webbed toes.\\
'''Tad:''' I don't... Well, only on one foot.
* DomesticAbuse: His dad hits his mother. He's not happy about it.
* EveryoneHasStandards: Subverted, he convinces Jimmy to help him egg Mr Hattrick's house for bullying Mr Galloway, stating that Mr Galloway should be allowed to drink if he wants to. However, Tad actually wanted to egg Jimmy instead for alledgedly talking smack about him behind his back.
* {{Expy}}: His hairstyle and mannerisms make him resemble an older version of [[Series/LazyTown Stingy]].
* FragileSpeedster: Has the same fighting style as Gord and [[WeakButSkilled goes down just as quickly.]]
* HonestyIsTheBestPolicy: As shown under DistinctionWithoutADifference and NouveauRiche, Tad is surprisingly truthful when responding to any questions he's asked or to any accusations made against him.
* {{Jerkass}}: While every other clique member tells their partners not to worry and comes to their aid when in danger, Tad just scolds his friends for being in need of help.
-->'''Tad:''' Do I have to bail you out again?!
* KissingCousins: "First cousins is legal, my friend. Legal."
* LonelyRichKid: Of the awful family life variety.
* NouveauRiche: But pretends to be OldMoney. He's quite happy explaining this situation to everyone, from Jimmy to his fellow preps, so it's unclear why he even bothers.
* RaceFetish: Downplayed - His prerelease bio claims he wants to be English, and he speaks in a false English accent to help his insecurity. Of course, his natural voice cracks in when he's really angry.
* TheStarscream: Implied to be one of the wealthier Preps and seems to hold some authority over his fellow Preppies, a portion of his dialogue suggests that he's trying to take leadership of the Preppies from Derby. He sometimes talks about trying to dig up dirt on Derby's name and also trying to instigate conflict between Derby and Bif. Not that it ever affects the main story in any way.
* UnknownRival: Seems to Hold a grudge against Peanut and plots against him. Peanut himself never acknowledges the guy in any of his dialogue so aside from the usual [[SlobsVsSnobs Preppy-Greaser enmity,]] it's likely a one-sided rivalry.
* WellDoneSonGuy: He wants to make his overbearing father proud.
* YourMom: Gary makes the Preps think that Jimmy said this among many other supposed insults, which is Tad's breaking point for them to turn hostile.
