He possesses ''two'' Super Fists: The Super Fist of the Head Hair, the most powerful of the five hair-based Super Fists, and [[spoiler:the Super Fist of the Hair Hunt, which he used to revive the Chrome Dome Empire and, as its name implies, initiate the very Hair Hunt the Rebels have been fighting against.]]

* BigBad: Of the Hair Kingdom Arc [[spoiler: and later revealed to be the true one of the first series by restarting the Chrome Dome Empire, with himself being TheManBehindTheMan to the IV's PuppetKing.]]

* {{Foil}}: To Gunkan oddly enough. Both are powerful Hair Fist users who live in original Hair Kingdom, but are passed over for Bobobo for titles they crave. They both antagonize Bobobo about this fact and ally themselves with the Kingdom's greatest enemy, the Chrome Dome Empire in order to fulfill their ambitions. This is where the similarities end.

* FridgeLogic: Arguably the only logical thing in the series. His Super Fist, the Super Fist of the Head Hair, is the most powerful of the five hair-based Super Fists. Why? Because he majority of one's hair is found on the head.

* IAmNotLeftHanded: [[spoiler:His most powerful Fist...The Fist of Hair Hunt!]]
* KickTheDog: On top of being a BigBrotherBully to Bobobo, [[spoiler: he restarted the Chrome Dome Empire, which wiped out his own kingdom and caused the entire world to suffer 20 years of tyranny out of spite for not being the chosen heir.]]

* PrehensileHair: Uses the Fist Of Head Hair, the most powerful of the Hair Fists.

A quintet of soldiers that serve as a welcoming committee for those visiting the Hair Kingdom. They collectively use the "Sentai Shinken" (True Fist of the Squadron), which only functions properly when they work together as a team.

* HateSink: Bibibi is a BigBrotherBully even as a child, to Bobobo for no reason other than ForTheEvulz. [[spoiler: When it's revealed that Bobobo would become the next heir, Bibibi reinitiated the Chrome Dome Empire to exterminate the Hair Kingdom, his own country out of spite, leaving only a few survivors, which included his family and a few others by happenstance and leading to twenty years of tyranny onto the world while he ruled his own established Hair Kingdom with an iron fist, as TheManBehindTheMan to the current Chrome Dome Empire. When he meets Bobobo again, [[KinSlayingIsASpecialKindOfEvil he kills his own family one by one including Bobobo]] after revealing he was responsible for the current Hair Hunt. He would [[WouldHitAGirl even try to kill Beauty when she attacked him]]. The only reason he was spared was due to [[EvenEvilHasLovedOnes having two daughters that loved him]] as Bobobo, usually, one for EasilyForgiven, was going to kill him for his actions. When Czar Baldy Bald the III temporally kills him for his Hair Ball, it comes across as [[KickTheSonOfABitch much needed punishment]], [[LaserGuidedKarma especially since it was his actions that led to the former Czar to be reawakened in the first place]].]] And unlike [[ArcVillain other major villains]], he has no excuse for his actions other than [[EntitledBastard a sense of entitlement.]]

* BigBrotherBully: Was a colossal one to Bobobo, beating him senselessly and [[spoiler: later starting up the Hair Hunter Troop's current reign, which drove the rest of his remaining siblings into hiding. He would upgrade to a CainAndAbel scenario, in which he temporarily kills Bobobo.]]

The ruler of the New Hair Kingdom, [[spoiler:the true ruler of the Chrome Dome Empire (as Baldy Bald IV was just [[PuppetKing a figurehead]])]], the eldest brother of Bo-bobo, and the strongest of the Five Hair Children. He's the only character in the franchise besides Czar Baldy Bald III to have two Super Fists: the Super Fist of the Head Hair, the most powerful of the five hair-based Super Fists, and [[spoiler:the Super Fist of the Hair Hunt, which he used to revive the Chrome Dome Empire.]]

The eldest of the Five Hair Children, who co-rules the New Hair Kingdom with Bi-bibi and is the wielder of the Super Fist of the Chest Hair. He never appears in the series proper due to being flung into space by Bo-bobo twenty years ago as the Hair Kingdom was first under siege from the Maruhage Empire. At the end of the first series, Hatenko decides to go to space to find Ba-baba, but since Hatenko appears in ''Shinsetsu'' but never mentions him, it's unknown if he ever found him.

* InformedAbility: Controls chest hair, the last of the Hair Super Fists.

* PrehensileHair: [[InformedAbility The Super Fist of the Chest Hair, though we never get to see it, for obvious reasons]].

* AlwaysABiggerFish: They're even stronger than the Maruhage Empire, [[spoiler:because they're the ones who revived the empire]].

* TheWorfEffect: In a sense. [[spoiler:The very empire that destroyed them ended up becoming a complete pawn to them.]]

* ShoutOut: His most powerful technique is called "VideoGame/KatamariDamacy", which involves him sucking up a bunch of debris into a masssive ball and launcing it at his opponents. To avoid legal troubles, however, instead of "塊魂", it's written as "カタマリ玉弑", which is pronounced the same, but translates to "Clump Ball Murder".

* ShoutOut: His most powerful technique is called "VideoGame/KatamariDamacy", which involves him sucking up a bunch of debris into a masssive ball and launcing it at his opponents. A man in a straitjacket and mask and the general of the 14th District. He wields the Super Fist of Restraint, which forces his enemies to become as constricted down as he is. After the Bird of Paradise is defeated, it's revealed he's actually Weak Man, a character that appeared during a Bo-bobo Theater segment.

* {{Parody}}: Of characters who get PutOnABus and are [[TheBusCameBack brought back later on]]. He appeared for a gag very early on in the manga, and goes unseen and unmentioned for a ''very'' long time. Come the last arc of the first series, it turns out he was working for Bi-bibi all along, and outright engages the Rebels in combat.
* PutOnABus: Parodied. He's an utterly irrelevant character that appears only once in the 18th chapter, never making another appearance till the ''200th'' chapter.

* TheBusCameBack: Parodied. He appears again in the first series' ''200th'' chapter, where it turns out he works for Bi-bibi and even has his own Super Fist.
* TookALevelInBadass: Goes from a frail old man that existed for a gag to an utter menace with a Super Fist and a general of one of the New Hair Kingdom's districts.

* PutOnABus/TheBusCameBack: Parodied. He's an utterly irrelevant character that appears only once in the 18th chapter. He appears again in the ''200th'' chapter, where it turns out he works for Bi-bibi and even has his own Super Fist.

The ruler of the New Hair Kingdom and the eldest brother of Bo-bobo. He's the only character in the series besides Baldy Bald III to have two Super Fists: the Super Fist of the Head Hair, the most powerful of the five hair-based Super Fists, and [[spoiler:the Super Fist of the Hair Hunt, which he used to create the fourth era of the Chrome Dome Empire.]]

The commanders of the sixteen districts that make up Bi-bibi's New Hair Kingdom, whom Bi-bibi tasks with hunting down and killing Bu-bubu, his traitorous sister.

The general of the 1st district and the commander of the East Bodysoap Tower. He was originally the ruler of the Shigeki Kingdom, the only other kingdom besides the Hair Kingdom to resist the Maruhage Empire. His empire eventually fell, however, forcing him to join up with the Hair Kingdom and work for Bi-bibi.

He's also a firm believer of "Shigekilism" (basically his version of the Wig Out), to the point where he turned it into a Super Fist: the Super Fist of Shigekilism.
