Karbunkle is a god-only-knows-what from nobody-knows-where, and he's almost completely nuts to boot. WordOfGod has it that Karbunkle's origins may be rooted in UsefulNotes/{{WWII}}, perhaps as a German scientist gone mad. As noted, Karbunkle experimented on the Biker Mice when they were captured, and he's responsible for their CursedWithAwesome cybernetic implants.

Napeleon Brie's right-hand man.

to:

Tropes associated with Number One
*BadassNormal: He appears to be just a normal human unlike the majority of villains in the series, but he's still very capable of holding his own against the Biker Mice.
*ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: Despite his boss returning in the 2006 revival, Number One is completly absent in it.
*TheDragon: Serves as Napoleon Brie's right-hand man and is almost always at his side and leading Brie's goons whenever he shows up.
*Foil: Number One is pretty much everything that Grease Pitt isn't: Competant, smart, and treated with respect by his boss {And he's also actually paid for his work, unlike Grease Pitt}.
*PsychoForHire: Is under Brie's employment and has a bit too much fun doing his job, though he's more professional then most examples of this trope, and only turned against Brie when Limburger tricked him into thinking he was getting demoted.

Modo is a GentleGiant through and through, until you anger him- in which case he will bring the UnstoppableRage like a rabid .. something. His mother imbued him with a philosophy about children, women and life in general that still guides him today, and he quotes her often. Out of the three Biker Mice, he sustained the most severe injuries- losing his right arm and left eye. Again, "courtesy" of Karbunkle he now has a [[ArtificialLimbs mechanical arm]] to replace his blown-to-bits one. Unfortunately for him, the arm wasn't really wanted, and Modo still has self-doubts about it to this day.

Added DiffLines:

*DemotedToExtra: While he wasn't exactly a main character in the 1993 series, he was a reoccurring minor antagonist who appeared in a decent amount of episodes and had plenty of screentime and interactions with Limburger. In the 2006 series he only shows up in 3 episodes, two of which are just voiceless cameos in flashbacks, and the one time he actually ''does'' get a speaking role, it turns out to not actually be him but instead a Catatonian Shapeshifter disguised as him.

Added DiffLines:

*BigBadDuumvirate: With Ronaldo Rump. While he is technically the second-in-command to Commander Hairball, he's far more competant and is a much bigger threat then his idiotic brother could ever hope to be.

Added DiffLines:

*BigBadDuumvirate: He and Cataclysm are both the main antagonists of the 2006 series.

Added DiffLines:

*BigBadWannabe: He's demoted to this in the 2006 revival, as while he is still a threat to the Biker Mice, he appears in only a few episodes and his plans to overthrow the Pitt Boss and upstage Ronaldo Rump and the Catatonians fail miserably.

Added DiffLines:

*TheStarscream: Limburger does not like taking orders from other people, so generally he will plot to overthrow his superiours such as Lord Camebert and Dominic T. Stilton, or The Pitt Boss and Ronaldo Rump in the 2006 series.

Added DiffLines:

*ThrowTheDogABone: In the 2006 revival, [[spoiler: he ends up somehow becoming the new CEO of Rump Industries. It's a far better ending then [[BalefulPolymorph what happend to Limburger, Karbunkle and Brie]].]]
