** A technological singularity is a hypothetical point where technological progression explodes to an uncontrollable degree, such as the creation of a constantly self-improving AI that surpasses humanity in intelligence. This fits with Singularity's backstory as an ArtificialHuman that grew in power to the point of becoming a universe-assimilating god.

* OutsideContextProblem: They are partially human but not exactly, and despite resemblances, they aren't angel or demon either. They're something wholly new in the Trinity of Realities. Their Hindu/Buddhist imagery only reaffirms this, as religions with no connection to the Christianity-inspired dichotomy of Paradiso and Inferno.
* RemoteBody: There is no mind within them, they're all remotely controlled by Singularity as extensions of its body, signified by a ribbon of light trailing from the more basic units. Singularity can also project a face to speak through them.

Added DiffLines:

* EvilCounterpart: It's not obvious at first, but Singularity is another dark mirror to Cereza. His campaign of genocide against the Arch-Eves of the multiverse is a sick twist on her angel exterminations in the previous two games. He is exactly as arrogant and sadistic as Bayonetta--she loves murdering angels to the point of near-orgasmic bliss in the first game, and he takes great pleasure in killing her other selves as well as alternate Jeannes. Singularity's summon powers exceed Bayonetta's, as he doesn't have to fear any Homunculi going out of control and he can upgrade and reshape them to his liking. His Balance form fights with two giant hands that he can use in combat the way Bayonetta controls her Wicked Weaves, with the apparatus attached to it playing a similar function to her Demon Masquerades. Singularity Definition also walks on exaggerated stilleto heels, uses many of her own martial arts and DanceBattler attacks, and can summon monsters to fight alongside him in the same manner as her Demon Slave summons. Unlike her, though, he lacks any redeeming qualities such as her love of children. Bayonetta may have enjoyed killing off the angels but they were universally trying to enslave or wipe out humanity.
