* HateSink: One of, if not ''the'' most detestable villains on the show by far. Wheeler is a disturbingly realistic depiction of an abusive councillor, and unlike many super-villains (even [[CorruptCorporateExecutive Blight]] and [[ImmoralJournalist Ian Peek]]) there is nothing cool, sympathetic, or funny about him. He's even voiced by [[Film/BrideOfChucky Chief Warren Kincaid]]. You really feel like cheering for Sean when (it looks like) he's about to [[KarmicDeath throw this bastard to his death]].
