** He's the subordinate and occasionally the enforcer for Lady Eve. However, he's sick of being middle management and running a gang of thugs. Instead, he wants to have a seat with the Shadow Board and be approached as an equal. Then he succeeds in offing her...

* OlderThanTheyLook: She and Tobias were given a serum along years ago that keeps them from aging, so her actual age is indeterminate.
