* TheWorfEffect: He easily knocked out Killua, Jin, Izuku, and one of the unnamed Netflix Anime characters as Alien X to show just how dangerous a reality-warping alien can be, despite originating from a "cartoon". He goes further by no-selling against 79% Mob and keeps up with base-form Goku of all people.

* DudeWheresMyRespect: They get flak from the Anime House for not being on their level, despite some of them having to deal with plenty of dangerous and world-ending adversaries in their own respective shows.

* HeroAntagonist: For the first half of Episode 5, they serve as this in order to demand respect from the Anime House. Despite having sympathetic reasons for doing so, they still committed the crimes of home invasion, assault, and battery.

Also, he can and will go above a certain threshold of force if the situation really calls for it.

* GrewASpine: This is encouraged by Robin just as Aang is getting second thoughts about storming the Anime House and thinking that there might be a peaceful way. It's clear that any pacifism will backfire with the Anime House's "view" of cartoons.

* TokenAdult: So far, he's the only member of the Cartoon House to be an adult while the other on-screen cartoon characters are kids and teens.

Also, he's only the member seen so far to be ethnically Japanese, which is ironic given that the Anime Characters (especially the ones who are not ethnically Japanese or the fantasy equivalent like Edward (White) and Bam (Korean)) originated from Japanese media franchises.
* WouldHurtAChild: [[spoiler:Justified. He's willing to cut down Light in the [=OVA=] despite the latter being below 20, as Light proves to be a heinous and calculating individual who committed mass murder in the SeasonFinale.]]

!!Aang
->Portrayed by: Mark Phillips
->Origin: WesternAnimation/AvatarTheLastAirbender

The titular Last Airbender and simultaneously the Avatar.
----
* BewareTheNiceOnes: Even though Aang is a staunch pacifist who prefers nonviolence, he's still a powerful opponent who can take down opponents through his martial arts skills and evasive maneuvers.
* BlowYouAway: As the title of his cartoon suggests, he's an Airbender, allowing him to manipulate wind for offense, defense, and support.
* GetOut: On the receiving end of this by the Anime House producers in his first appearance, as he's not an "anime character" and thus, isn't allowed in the Anime House.
* GodInHumanForm: He's the Avatar after all.

!!Samurai Jack
->Portrayed by: Ben Skinner
->Origin: WesternAnimation/SamuraiJack

The titular samurai of Samurai Jack.
----
* BadassNormal: His sword is the only thing that is supernatural, while everything else is all him.
* BewareTheQuietOnes: He's the calmest member of the Cartoon House, but is a MasterSwordsman capable of holding his own against Afro Samurai.
* CharlesAtlasSuperpower: He does many astounding, even 'impossible' things, all as a result of his years of training around the ancient world of his time.
* CoolSword: His sword is made of divine magic that can hurt those who have evil in them.
* EmpoweredBadassNormal: When wielding his sword, a weapon forged by the gods to smite evil and can cut down any other weapon...provided with enough force applied to it.
* FishOutOfTemporalWater: In his own show, he got stranded in the future by Aku just as he was about to deal the finishing blow. However, he doesn't have any problem with navigating through 2020 American society in Anime House.
* HunterOfHisOwnKind: Invoked. When storming the Anime House, Jack states that he'll be taking on the other Samurai of the Anime House, such as Afro Samurai.
* MasterSwordsman: While Jack is talented at many things, nothing compares to his swordsmanship.
* OnlyKnownByHisNickname: He's only referred to as Jack, since his real name is never revealed.
* OnlySaneMan: Justified due to him being an adult with years of worldwide experience, as he's the only member who is against Robin, Aang, and Ben's plan to storm the Anime House, especially for petty, but understandable, reasons. Eventually, he does go along with them, but only to make sure they'll be okay.
* TokenAdult: So far, he's the only member of the Cartoon House to be an adult while the other on-screen cartoon characters are kids and teens.

!!Robin / Richard John "Dick" Grayson
->Portrayed by: Leland Manigo
->Origin: WesternAnimation/TeenTitans2003

TheLeader of the titular team.
----
* AvengersAssemble: A modified one involving the Cartoon House instead of the Teen Titans: "Cartoon House! Go!"
* BadassNormal: He doesn't have superpowers like Aang or Danny, advanced alien techs like Ben, or even a magical weapon like Jack, but can keep up thanks to his wits, gadgets, and life-long training and experience under the Dark Knight himself.
* CharlesAtlasSuperpower: Due to his intense martial arts training, he's capable of beating down opponents larger than him. As he did to Spike Spiegel off-screen.
* HiddenWeapons: He hid his bo staff from behind his back when politely greeting Spike, just before he makes the declaration of "making [Cartoon House] own rules".
* TheLeader: Of the Teen Titans, a group of teenage superheroes. He's also this for the group formed by the Cartoon House in Episode 5.
* PetTheDog: His debut appearance has him comforting Aang for his harsh rejection by the Anime House, as he and Beast Boy suffered the same thing last week.
* TheTeamNormal:
** He's this for the Teen Titans of his own show, being the only member who is not an alien (Starfire), hybrid (Raven), metahuman (Beast Boy), or cyborg (Cyborg).
** Anime House continues this trend with the group formed to storm the Anime House in Episode 5. He's the sole member one whose not a Bender[=/=]GodInHumanForm (Aang), an ArtificialHybrid (Danny Phantom), a human with alien ancestry (Ben), or even a human who uses advanced alien tech (again, Ben) or wields a magical item (Jack).
* TelescopingStaff: His weapon of choice is a collapsible bo staff.

!!Beast Boy / Garfield Mark Logan
->Portrayed by: ???
->Origin: WesternAnimation/TeenTitans2003

A member of the titular Teen Titans.
----
* TheGhost: He's only mentioned by Robin in Episode 4 and has yet to make a physical appearance.

!!Dexter
->Portrayed by: John Newton
->Origin: WesternAnimation/DextersLaboratory

The titular protagonist with a lab.
----
* TheCameo: He's only seen walking by the kitchen in Episode 4.

!!Benjamin Kirby "Ben" Tennyson (Ben 10)
->Portrayed by: Ben Skinner
->Origin: Franchise/Ben10 (UAF)

The titular hero of Ben 10, specifically of the Alien Force and Ultimate Alien-era.
----
* AlwaysABiggerFish: Despite his Alien X form getting an AdaptationalBadass in the web series, he's still no match for Saitama.
* AntagonistAbilities: It's only fitting that Ben uses Alien X in his brief role as a HeroAntagonist, his powers and abilities include:
** ThePowerOfCreation: Celestialsapiens have the power to create anything they can think of, and in Ben's case, creating superpowers for himself to use to defeat the Anime characters.
*** Teleportation: He can teleport to anywhere he wants, and can appear from behind others without making a sound.
*** AreaOfEffect: He can unleash a devastating shockwave to knock out opponents in an area, such as Killua, Izuku, Jin, and the unnamed Netflix Anime character.
*** SuperStrength: He can match and trade blows with Goku.
*** SuperSpeed: He moves just as fast as Goku, and is capable of RapidFireFisticuffs, SpeedBlitz, and FlashStep.
*** NighInvulnerability: Is invulnerable to most forms of damage, since he can trade blows with Goku, take a sucker punch with no worse for wear from Majin-SSB Vegeta, and can shrug off a telekinetic hold performed by 79% Mob. The only one who can knock him out is Saitama.
* CurbStompBattle:
** He casually knocks out Izuku, Killua, Jin, and the unnamed Netflix anime character simultaneously through a shockwave. He also would've done the same to 79% Mob if it weren't for Goku inviting him for a fight instead.
** He later gets the receiving end of this by Saitama, which is a no-brainer.
* DarkIsNotEvil: Downplayed. His Alien X form is depicted as a completely black, featureless humanoid in Anime House, but ultimately, he's only attacking the Anime House in order to gain their respect.
* NinjaPirateRobotZombie: He is a Kid SuperHero capable of VoluntaryShapeshifting into various Aliens. Alien Force also makes him an honorary member of the Plumbers and reveals he has some alien blood himself (though not enough to make him significantly different from a regular human).
* NoSell: As Alien X, Mob's Esper power at 79% does little to affect him aside from telekinetically lifting him up for a bit. He also takes a sucker punch from Majin-SSB Vegeta with no worse for wear.
* StealthHiBye: He appears right behind Deku as the latter is warning everyone else that the Cartoon House is attacking.
* ThrowingOffTheDisability: For some reason, Alien X doesn't have the AwesomeButImpractical status from Ben 10, and Ben is able to freely use the Celestialsapien's form without drawbacks.
* TransformationTrinket: He wields the Omnitrix, allowing him to transform into any of its collections of over one million different sentient alien species.
* UnevenHybrid: Subverted. He's technically 3/4 Human and 1/4 Anodite due to his grandmother Verdona. However, since Anodites are EnergyBeings, they do not possess physical [=DNA=] (confirmed by WordOfGod) and can only reproduce with other physical beings by creating a physical avatar, thus making Ben fully human even if he also possesses "the spark" like his cousin Gwen.
* VoluntaryShapeshifting: Overlapping with ComboPlatterPowers. His main ability provided by the Omnitrix is to turn into various alien creatures, each one with its own set of powers. He started out limited to ten forms (hence his surname), only to get more and more as his own story goes on.

!!Danny Fenton / Danny Phantom
->Portrayed by: Dylan Patel
->Origin: WesternAnimation/DannyPhantom

----
* ArtificialHybrid: He became a half-ghost and half-human hybrid after accidentally turning on the machine his parents built to enter the Ghost World while in it.
* BigDamnHeroes: He saves Alien X from being further beaten by Saitama.
* Intangibility: One of his ghostly powers is the ability to turn himself and others "intangible" to phase through solid objects.
* SixthRanger: He joins the Cartoon House's raid on the Anime House a little late.
* SorryImLate: Says this to Alien X just before he turns the latter intangible and escapes from Saitama.
