''Then'' he created a new body for Weiss, and put the both of them inside the new body, ensuring Chaos would remain amnesiac and unable to act against him. And for kicks he used Eva, a doll at Chaos service to make sure Weiss would do as commanded ''and'' she would regain his power for him. His plan works perfectly in the bad ending, with him regaining his body and getting all of chaos power, but in the True Route his plans continue, because he expected the team's actions, faking his death to try a GrandTheftMe with Chaos.]]
