The process [[DeathOfPersonality turns him into a mindless force of destruction]], but he's willing to do it if it means furthering his aim and [[TakingYouWithMe destroying the Task Force]].
* VillainRespect: While he sneers at their willingness to work for the government and uphold the status quo rather than revolt against it as he has done, Momochi still has some respect for his greatest pupil, Asagi, and never discounts the possibility that the Taimanin could destroy his plans if they get close enough.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Momochi wants to help the oppressed and colonized people of the world rise up against both the UFS and the Chinese Union... and he doesn't care how many of them he has to kill to do it. Notably, his plot to help the Venamese people sees countless Venamese citizens and expatriates dead.
