----[[folder:Cloud Strife]]

* AboveTheInfluence: He's not impressed by the Martells attempting to seduce him because there's somebody (implied to be Tifa) waiting for him back home.
* ArchNemesis: [[spoiler:Wherever Cloud is, Sephiroth will ever be around.]]
* BigDamnHeroes:
** How he introduces himself to Westeros -- helping Roxas to destroy the Heartless trying to invade the Twins.
** Thoroughly kicking the Mountain's ass to prevent him from killing a helpless Loras Tyrell at the Hand's tournament.
** Prevents Jaime Lannister from killing Jory Cassel and assaulting Ned Stark further when the Kingslayer attacks the Warden of the North over Tyrion's abduction.
** Volunteers himself as Tyrion Lannister's champion right when Lysa Arryn calls for a trial by combat.
* BruiserWithASoftCenter: He's quite rude in his demeanor and effortlessly lays waste to several Heartless by himself, but he will go absolutely gaga over baby Chocobos.
* CurbStompBattle: As he agrees to be Tyrion Lannister's champion in a trial by combat asked by Lysa Arryn, he doesn't even need his sword to kick her designated knight's ass to the Wall and back.
* DragonRider: Becomes this after obtaining a summoning of [[spoiler:Leviathan]].
* DestructiveSavior: Old Walder Frey is pissed off about Cloud breaking the Twins' bridge in order to slay a Heartless, but the mercenary doesn't give a crap about the man's opinion.
* DragonRider: After leaving the Vale with Tyrion Lannister and Bronn, he uses his Summon Leviathan in order to shorten the time spent traveling in the open and exposed to outlaws and Heartless attacks. However, it's limited by his low amount of magic power.
* EveryoneHasStandards: He's not sorry for exposing Lysa Arryn as a liar who cheated on her husband and later murdered the man, but he's sorrowful about Catelyn having to bear witness to her sister's crazed confession of guilt.
* IdenticalStranger: Downplayed, with people pointing he's very much an older and grumpier Roxas (or Ventus).
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: He's a mercenary but he has a startingly squishy center when you look for it.
* OnceDoneNeverForgotten: His companions apparently refuse to let go of that time he wore a dress.
* OnlyInItForTheMoney: Well, he certainly will tell his employer that he doesn't care for anything beyond his paycheck, but Ned points Cloud will do things that go beyond greed without being prompted.
* SmarterThanYouLook: People are in awe of his fighting prowess but dismiss him as muscle for hire. Then he exposes Lysa Arryn as a liar and murderer who poisoned her husband and committed fraud by passing her bastard off as legitimate, in front of her whole court.
* SuperStrength: Hinted with the fact he carries a very heavy sword on his back as if it was featherweight, but it truly shines when he protects Loras Tyrell from being killed by Gregor Clegane -- with the mercenary breaking the Mountain's steel sword with his bare hand before kicking the towering giant of a man so hard that Gregor is sent flying across the field.
* TrappedInAnotherWorld: Unlike Roxas, he cannot freely use the Corridor of Darkness because he lacks the attire that would protect him from immediate death so he has to wait for his friends to come and take him back.
* WhatsUpKingDude: When introduced to Robert, the mercenary bluntly calls him an unimpressive fatass and later kicks his ass up and down in training when the King decides to get back in shape. Robert actually appreciates the attitude.
* WomenPreferStrongMen: After helping to fight the Heartless and thoroughly humiliating the Mountain that Rides, Cloud is the object of lust for a great part of King's Landing's female population, to his unending displeasure.

!Wallachia
[[folder:Trevor Belmont]]
* TheAlcoholic: After the Church excommunicated the Belmont family and destroyed their ancestral home, Trevor Belmont spent his days since then as a vagrant wandering the land from tavern to tavern, spending what little remains of his family fortune on booze.
* BadassBoast: When members of the Corrupt Church come to kill him and Roxas, Trevor says "I'm Trevor Belmont, of the House of Belmont! And dying has never frightened me!"
* BadassNormal: A regular human who slays Vampires and demons, even put up a decent fight with Alucard who is a hybrid.
* BigBrotherInstinct: It gets implied that part of the reason why Trevor engages Alucard in VolleyingInsults is because he knows Alucard is sniping at him as a coping mechanism for the grief he's still experiencing from the loss. After the battle, he gives Alucard ownership of the Belmont Hold to encourage his new purpose in life. Seems to share this with [[spoiler:Roxas]].
* BrainyBrunette:
* ChronicHeroSyndrome: Despite his grumbling about how ungrateful people are and his biting sarcasm, he'll be the first to take up arms for the helpless.
* HunterOfMonsters: His family trade is to kill everything that goes "bump" in the night. Since Wallachia is currently overrun with vampires and demons, he focuses on that.

* AdaptationalAngstDowngrade: When season 2 of ''WesternAnimation/Castlevania2017'' ended, Alucard was left alone in his father's decaying castle and [[GoMadFromTheIsolation went slightly loopy from the isolation]]. Here, Roxas keeps calling him with a mirror made for interdimensional communication so he's not as desperate for company.

* NotSoStoic: His usual aloofness breaks when he learns a Keybearer has appeared in Wallachia.

!!Vanitas

* AsLongAsThereIsEvil: Ventus ''did'' manage to kill him at the end of the Rebellion, only for the Unversed to gather negative emotions (and there's a LOT of these in Westeros) and resurrect him.
* CardCarryingVillain: Guy dresses in black, commands swathes of monsters he unleashes against hapless and terrified civilians, gloats about his crimes in front of people he previously victimized, heck he even will indulge into monologuing as he battles a champion of good, with Roxas calling him cliché for the last one.
* DarkIsEvil: He's the manifestation of the darkness in Ventus' heart and gains power from negative emotions.
* TheDreaded: Almost two decades after Harrenhal and Robert's Rebellion, people won't dare to utter his name. His being alive and coming back in Westeros to wreck havoc induces a MassOhCrap of epic proportions in the court.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Downplayed since it's ''Vanitas'', but when he went to Westeros for the first time, he couldn't imagine just how twisted and ruthless its inhabitants could be. Also, he's not very impressed by Robert's treatment of Lyanna and Cersei.
* HumanoidAbomination: Maester Aemon refuses to consider him an human and calls him a monster not only because of his AxeCrazy antics but for his unsettling aura.
* InLoveWithYourCarnage: When he followed Ventus to Westeros, he was fascinated by the cruelty and negative emotions present almost in excess in Planetos. Maester Aemon also reveals Vanitas very much admired Bloodraven's ruthlessness and extremism in dealing with threats to what he called the greater good.
* KickTheDog: Murdering the helpless Robert on his deathbed after confessing the truth about Lyanna's abduction.
* VillainHasAPoint: He bluntly accuses Robert from being in love with the ''idea'' of Lyanna and thoroughly ruining his chances to gain her love by whoring and drinking instead of shaping up.
* VillainRevealsTheSecret: He visits Robert on his deathbed to tell him that [[spoiler:Lyanna never loved him at all and eloped with Rhaegar because he was an ''awful'' fiancé]] before murdering him.
* VillainsNeverLie: After mentally breaking Robert with the truth about Lyanna's abduction, the sorcerer muses it's so more amusing and satisfying to destroy your enemies when you don't lie, because they cannot even defend themselves.
* WouldHitAGirl: In his previous rampage across Westeros, he almost killed Elia Martell and her daughter Rhaenys with his Unversed, and now that he's back and looking for "princesses", everyone believe he plots to assault Myrcella and Arianne.

[[folder:Ned Stark]]
!!Eddard Stark, Warden of the North

* TenMinuteRetirement: Briefly resigned his post as The Hand of the King over a disagreement with Robert until he was reinstated against his wish by the king.
* BadassBureaucrat:
* BestFriend: With Robert Baratheon since they were boys, [[spoiler:and also Ventus during the Rebellion.]]
* BoyfriendBlockingDad: PlayedForLaughs when Roxas ponders over telling the man that Sansa planted a kiss on him, then decides he doesn't want for Ned to skewer him with Ice.
* DidntSeeThatComing: [[spoiler:He's left gaping and speechless when Robert decides to name ''Myrcella'' his heir and the next ruler of Westeros.]]
* EntertaininglyWrong:
** He assumed Roxas was Ven's child after meeting him because of the genuinely uncanny physical likeness.
** When he first stumbled upon Ventus at Harrenhal, the Keyblade-wielder's golden blond hair briefly led him to think he was talking to a Lannister.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: [[spoiler:Given Lewyn's explaination of how some children can have different traits from their parents but not always like others, he realised that although he was right about Robert not having trueborn sons... the late King in fact has a trueborn ''daughter''. And he had inadvertently made things worse by sending Jory to deliver the message proclaiming Stannis the rightful heir for the throne, thus potentially starting a civil war! Nice job, Ned.]]
* NervesOfSteel: Not intimidated by the Heartless, or even against a group of Lannister soldiers would hardly be enough to make him stand down.
* ParentalFavoritism: He's aware that he's harsher with his sons than his daughters, since boys are expected to fight and one day have the power to execute someone, but Sansa and Arya are his baby girls so he tends to coddle them.
* ParentalMarriageVeto: He's quite unhappy with the prospect of Joffrey marrying Sansa and tries to stall the nuptials as much as possible while he seeks a way to break the betrothal.
* PapaWolf: As a father of six children, this hasn't slowed his swordsmanship or dampened his willingness to use his sword when needed. Not even if the presence of the Heartless and Unversed would stop him from trying.
* SecretKeeper: So far, he's the only person in Westeros to have been informed that Roxas isn't a human being at all but a magic construct born from Nothingness.
* TakeThisJobAndShoveIt: As he has to deal with the upcoming Hand's Tourney, the debt owed to the Iron Bank and Tywin Lannister and the Martells coming at King's Landing, Ned seriously considers fleeing back to Winterfell and simplicity.
* UniversallyBelovedLeader: He is very much loved by the people of The North as he is a reasonable lord.
* YouAreBetterThanYouThinkYouAre: Oberyn and Lewyn Martell reassure him that a lesser man would have fallen to grief and madness after losing so much in Robert's Rebellion, and that's no wonder for Ashara to have fallen for the Quiet Wolf.

* FatalFlaw: Rather than following what others suggest on logic, her faith in Petyr by their history was easily used to his advantage to frame Tyrion for the assassination attempt of her young son, Bran.

Despite Roxas speaking up on Tyrion's defence that he would never threaten Bran, she took his word over the keybearer. This also led directly to Ned's capture.
** She also believes that Tyrion is just as bad or worse than the rest of the Lannisters.
** Also of her sister. Catelyn seemed to trust in her absolutely when she blamed the Lannisters for Jon Arryn's death and believed that Tyrion would receive a fair trial if brought to her. In her defense, she hadn't seen her in quite some time. It's not until they meet again does she realize how crazy her sister has become and discovered her secret affair.
* IOweYouMyLife: She takes a shine to Roxas before even suspecting him of being related to Ventus, because he rescued her daughters from a Heartless attack.
* MamaBear: When she hears her daughters are in a Heartless-infested Wintertown, Catelyn immediately runs to the stables and goes to seek for Sansa and Arya without even waiting for guards.
* WantedAGenderConformingChild: She wishes for Arya to shed her boyishness, arguing with her husband and Roxas when they indulge her with fighting lessons and weapons.
* WickedStepmother: Not entirely abusive, she makes it pretty clear to Jon Snow that she doesn't want him around. Catelyn dislikes Jon because Jon is Ned's child by another woman. While she and Ned were married, Ned claims to have conceived a son with this mysterious woman while at war and brings the baby boy home to Winterfell to raise himself, prompting Catelyn's resentment of the situation and her dislike of the kid.

* CorruptPolitician: Willing to break the law of succession for the throne with his brother Robert on his deathbed despite being the Master of Law, even if he is third in line for the crown, or even if his [[spoiler:niece]] is to be Robert's successor. He also was unaware of the incest revelation when he believed Cersei would not accept the decision and wanted to take Joffrey and Myrcella into custody to oppose the queen.
* DividedWeFall: In "You Win or You Die", Robert's death and unexpected choice to make [[spoiler:Myrcella]] his heir causes him, who's more or less on Ned's side, to become exasperated with Ned's support of Stannis and leave King's Landing. When he declares himself King, Robb Stark refuses to support him because he sees Renly as threatening the line of succession and his bannerman insist that he become the King in the North instead. However, he later agrees to alliance, provided that he retain his title as King In The North.
* EveryoneCanSeeIt: His homosexuality and his supposed SecretRelationship with Loras Tyrell are an OpenSecret to the majority of Westeros but Robert. Littlefinger clearly knew when he brought up the subject during the Tourney and even Cloud saw it, while Arianne considers their attempts to hide as positively ''cute''. Renly is left feeling ashamed and humiliated that his secret will spread like wildfire.
* EvilUncle: Not entirely evil, but possibly misguided since Renly was willing to usurp the Iron Throne before Ned revealed the illegitimacy of Robert's children, [[spoiler:yet didn't realise Myrcella is indeed his biological niece]]. Granted, Joffrey is a monster and unfit to rule, but it's uncertain what his view would be for Myrcella and Tommen in the fanfic version.
* {{Foil}}:
** To Ned. Renly is a Non-Action Guy and an astute politician who knows how to successfully navigate the treacherous waters of a DecadentCourt. Ned, on the other hand, comes from a [[ProudWarriorRaceGuy warrior culture]], is a HorribleJudgeOfCharacter and therefore ill-prepared to deal with his enemies in King's Landing. Robert loves and respects his best friend much more than his own brothers, and Renly is even a bit jealous of Ned, as the only attention Renly ever receives from Robert involves the belittling of his masculinity.
** To Roxas. When comparing both of them, the keybearer received more applauses and praises across the Seven Kingdoms for his heroic and noble deeds in spite of not seeking any of it but to do the right thing, becoming even more popular than Renly and seen by many as a better choice for the succession to the throne while Renly is not much for action and appalled by violence, using words rather than action to do the talking.
* SpareToTheThrone: When Loras comments on him potentially making a play for the Iron Throne, Renly points he's very much deadlast in the succession line after his nephews and older brother Stannis. Myrcella's betrothal to Roxas only makes it worse, since the Keybearer's massive popularity would make him the perfect HeirInLaw.

!!King Robert Baratheon, First of his name

* AdiposeRex: Dude's so out of shape, he needs help to dismount. His weight gain actually prompts Roxas to gain a memory of Ventus just to call Robert out on getting fat.
* BestFriendsInLaw: Bent on invoking that by marrying Joffrey to his friend Ned's daughter Sansa and betrothing Myrcella to Ven's assumed son Roxas. It's complicated by Ned seeking to avoid for Sansa to wed a RoyalBrat and Roxas being a magic construct shaped like Ventus.
* BoisterousBruiser: He laughs when Roxas and Cloud openly call him a fatass and praises their fighting prowess when hunting and battling the Heartless.
* EveryoneHasStandards: For all he enjoys war and battle, Robert nonetheless is unsettled by the sheer destruction [[spoiler:Vanitas]] would unleash upon the Seven Kingdoms and wants to keep Westeros united to fight the threat.
* FatalFlaw: He tends to be InnocentlyInsensitive and it costs him dearly.
** He assumed Lyanna was just as enamoured of him than he was of her, utterly unaware of her sheer loathing and distaste for his skirt-chasing, hard-drinking ways. She ultimately eloped with the Crown Prince, leading to her death -- [[spoiler:something Vanitas gleefully points that could have been avoided if Robert had made an effort to listen to Lyanna and cleaned his act up.]]
** He smiled in front of the Targaryen Princesses' maimed corpses, while Ventus was in the room -- the guy who rescued Elia and her daughter from the Unversed and basically was the devoted Knight to her Lady. Ven immediately punched Robert's lights out and stormed out of the Red Keep and King's Landing to be never seen again.
** He wants to honour Ventus and ensure Roxas will have a comfortable life, so he betroths the teenager to Myrcella without even asking Roxas if he wants to get married at all, infuriating the Keyblade-wielder and causing fractures in their relationship.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: He considers Ned and Ventus his brothers in all but blood.
* JerkassHasAPoint: After losing his temper and hitting Cersei when she starts showing hostility towards Ned, Robert settles down and explains the last thing Westeros needs with [[spoiler:Vanitas]] knocking at their door is Starks and Lannisters jumping at each other's throats, since a divided realm will fall easier to the Unversed.
* TheMatchmaker: He engages Roxas to his daughter Myrcella -- it was partially because Lord Walder Frey was ogling the Keyblade-wielder as a potential son-in-law, but Robert also doesn't want to lose his only bond to Ventus and thinks marriage will give Roxas a reason to stay in Westeros instead of vanishing.
* ObnoxiousInLaws: Roxas grumpily admits to Trevor that he's not jumping in joy regarding his betrothal to Myrcella because Robert wouldn't even ask if he wanted it. Also, the Keybearer isn't impressed by the King's blatant cheating and refusal to stay in shape instead of fattening. Robert's father-in-law Tywin shares Roxas' distaste and comments on the King's choice of groom for Myrcella being one of the ''very few'' decisions he can approve.
* ParentalFavouritism: Among the royal children, he gets along best with Myrcella. [[spoiler:So much that he decides to buck HeirClubForMen on his deathbed and name her his successor and the next ruler of Westeros, because he trusts her to be a good Queen.]]
* ParentalNeglect: Very much guilty of it. He ignores his many bastard offsprings, is utterly indifferent to Tommen and Jon Arryn had to reassure Myrcella she was loved by her father and he just doesn't know how to be a parent.
* PartingWordsRegret: When he smiled at Elia and her children's butchered corpses, Ventus was so horrified and disgusted by his behaviour that he broke the Wayfinder stone he gifted to the Baratheon Lord and stormed out to never be seen again in Westeros. Robert laments he never got to apologize and make amends with his friend.
* PseudoRomanticFriendship: He describes his bond with Ventus in quite ''interesting'' words, mourning the Keybearer's disappearance for almost two decades and admitting losing him was just as bad ''as losing Lyanna'', whom Robert regarded as his one true love.
* PyrrhicVictory: He toppled a three-hundred-years-old dynasty by avenging his betrothed's honour and was crowned King of Westeros, but he couldn't save Lyanna when he went at war for her sake and his bloodthirst ultimately cost him his friendship with Ventus.
* SelfProclaimedLoveInterest: He waged a war to rescue Lyanna from Rhaegar's clutches, but she utterly ''despised'' him for being a whoring drunkard and eloped with the Silver Prince in order to break her betrothal with the Baratheon Lord. [[spoiler:Vanitas gleefully reveals this to Robert on his deathbed in order to mentally torture the King with the truth that he drove the woman he wanted to marry away because he couldn't be bothered to clean his act for her.]]
* TragicKeepsake: Ventus made Wayfinders for him and Ned to celebrate their friendship, but broke Robert's after Elia Martell's gruesome murder. The King kept the broken stone as a reminder of his failure to be a good friend to the Keybearer.
* YouKilledMyFather: Robert and Stannis never could bring themselves to like Rhaegar long before the Rebellion, as they blamed the royal family for sending their parents in Essos looking for a bride worthy to marry the prince, a travel that saw the ship carrying Steffon and Cassana Baratheon sinking on their return.

* ArrangedMarriage: This to Robert, but surprisingly not the first time when she told ned she was originally betrothed to none other than [[spoiler:Ventus]] and was thrilled about it, however that sadly never came and was forced to marry Robert to be his queen.
* AwfulWeddedLife: When she married Robert, he was still mourning Lyanna and she still was pining after the disappeared Ventus. It really, really didn't got better afterwards.
* ConflictingLoyalty: [[spoiler:On one hand, Joffrey is her favourite child but on the other, she knows Myrcella is more than qualified to rule. Ultimately, when Ned urges her to give her daughter the Iron Throne as Robert's only trueborn child, Cersei agrees to support her.]]
* DidntSeeThatComing: [[spoiler:She's completely floored when Robert names ''Myrcella'' as the royal child he wishes to put on the Iron Throne.]]
* EvenBadMenLoveTheirMamas: Myrcella admits she wants to hear about Joanna Lannister's time at court as Rhaella's LadyInWaiting because it's the one time Cersei genuinely smiles.
* GreenEyedMonster: She's infuriated when contemplating the possibility of Ventus laying with another woman than herself to produce Roxas, thinking that his purity was supposed to be hers.
* HasAType: She felt something akin to genuine romantic love for three men -- Rhaegar Targaryen, her own twin Jaime and Ventus, all of them fair-headed and very able to kick mountains of ass.
* HeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler:A surprising twist for Cersei to actually ''agree'' with Ned on the matter of having her daughter be made queen instead of Joffrey.]]
* MakeoverFairy: When Roxas is engaged to marry her daughter, Cersei immediately orders a full wardrobe for him, in the Lannister and Baratheon colours. She's ecstatic when she looks at him wearing the clothes, but Roxas actually feels embarrassed and uncomfortable in the fancy court outfits, favoring his casual coats or the simple Northern costumes.
* MamaBear: When [[spoiler:Vanitas]] mentions he's looking for Princesses, Cersei immediately thinks he wants to do harm to her daughter and asks for blood.
* ObnoxiousInLaws: Downplayed with Roxas who doesn't like her efforts to make him look like the part of a prince, but feels more pity than annoyance towards the Queen for being saddled with a drunkard of a husband that won't stop blatantly cheating on her, and does his best to be polite and nice around her. It helps that Cersei softens around him, so he's not aware of her more glaring flaws.
* ParentalFavouritism: Zigzagged.
** On one hand, she hopelessly spoils Joffrey, seeing him as her perfect golden lion and trying to excuse or outright cover his growing psychopathy.
** On the other, Cersei genuinely adores Myrcella, wanting to see her marry someone gentle and strong (and she's overjoyed when Roxas is picked) [[spoiler:and ultimately agreeing to let her sit on the Iron Throne.]]
** However, she barely cares to remember Tommen's existence. She actually seems pleased when Tywin takes the boy to raise in the Westerlands, in spite of being a mite hesitant.
* RulingCouple: with Robert Baratheon until his death.
* ShipperOnDeck: For Roxas and Myrcella -- it's about the only thing on which she and Robert are in complete agreement. Considering she wished to marry Ventus before the Rebellion, it's likely her attempt to live her dream through her daughter's wedding to Ven's "son".
* SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan: She grew to love Ventus for being so gentle and kind to her without being a sycophant, and was utterly ecstatic when Jon Arryn and Tywin considered marrying them together. His disappearance left her nothing short of heartbroken.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Joffrey Baratheon]]

The eldest son of Queen Cersei Lannister and her twin brother Jaime. In belief to the son of Robert Baratheon, along with his younger brother to be his sons but in fact born of incest.

* ArrangedMarriage: Initially, he's promised to Sansa Stark so that the Starks and Baratheons are finally joined, much as Sansa disapproves for not only preferring to [[spoiler: Roxas]] but also fear of him for seeing his true colours as a sociopath.
* BastardBastard: The product of his mother having sex with her twin brother, and a fully loathsome specimen of human being.
* BookDumb: Not very good with numbers.
* DealWithTheDevil: Upon his meeting with [[spoiler:Vanitas]] to secure his claim for the Iron Throne and remove Roxas, however this comes with a price and the vile prince will have no lack of concern of it... even at the price of someone.
* DidntThinkThisThrough: [[spoiler:Joffrey didnt't think using the dark powers given to him by Vanitas to skill both Stark and Martell soldiers, even a member of the main house would result in a war against Dorne and The North.]]
* DirtyCoward: Joffrey hardly shows any traits of his 'father', during the training when he found Roxas hard to face off, he decided to send his Hound to do the dirty work. He even abandons Sansa and Arya in front of a Heartless attack, forcing Roxas to save them on his own. Robert was quite unhappy with him for this action.
* EvilCannotComprehendGood: He insists on his belief that Roxas, being a noble hero is a shameless SocialClimber who curried favour among the nobility in order to rise higher and ultimately steal the Iron Throne from the rightful heir, when Roxas utterly lacks the tiniest drop of ambition in his body.
* FoolishSiblingResponsibleSibling: His younger sister Myrcella is shown discussing about the Seven Kingdoms' future and worrying about politics, establishing her as potential ruler material. When Joffrey appears, he does nothing but throwing tantrums, infuriating everyone around him and generally being an easily manipulated dumbass.
* GreenEyedMonster: Joffrey cannot stand the fact that Roxas is utterly beloved by the Seven Kingdoms for his strength and genuine kindness, considering the Keyblade-wielder as a worthless peasant.
* HeManWomanHater: Hardly shows any respect to the female gender apart from his mother, proving to be pure misogynistic towards women and believe they should I'd as they are told tolerates Margaery considering her noble status and even believes women have no right for the throne. However, this is somewhat downplayed as he believed she knows her place and even mentally insults his sister to call her a ''whore'' and naive into believing she was seduced by the Keybearer in his mind.
* TheMillstone: Very much for the Lannisters, as Joffrey just won't stop antagonizing people he ought to make his allies -- constantly demeaning his betrothed Sansa while insulting his potential brother-in-law, [[spoiler:and that's before he decides to ally with Vanitas, who's so feared and loathed in Westeros that the move is guaranteed to irremediably torpedo his reputation.]]
* PoliticallyIncorrectVillain: Continuously believes Roxas as a 'peasant' should show the prince with outmost respect and his engagement to Myrcella was a plot to gain the throne for himself with all his selfless acts of heroism, yet clearly doesn't realise or not even care that Roxas shows no interest in royalty, but his duties as a Keyblade Bearer come first. Thinking the betrothal to [[spoiler:his sister]] was a mistake he intended to fix it by calling it off without being officially made king yet. [[spoiler:[[BigWhat Myrcella wasn't amused at all.]]]]
* PrinceCharmless: Sansa really isn't looking forwards her upcoming wedding with the boy that won't stop insulting her and is ready to leave her for dead in front of a Heartless attack.
* PrivilegeMakesYouEvil: All his life, Joffrey has rarely been told the word 'no' and been raised to believe that he is better than everyone else and entitled to just about everything, because he's the crown prince of the Seven Kingdoms and a Lannister on his mother's side (oblivious time be more Lannister by his supposed uncle). It wasn't until he met Roxas who did not acknowledged him as prince and that made Joffrey loath him for a peasant. Joffrey rarely had to face the negative consequences of his actions or learn from them, at least until once he was scolded for leaving the Stark Girls in danger of the Heartless, yet he expects everyone to serve his whims and lacks empathy for others.
* RoyalBrat: He's furious when Roxas bluntly refuses to show him respect because he doesn't care for titles and derides the Keyblade-wielder as a dirty commoner.
* ScreamsLikeALittleGirl: When he throws a tantrum and yells he's the future King, [[spoiler:Vanitas]] wonders if anyone told him how girly his voice can get.
* StupidEvil: Ye gods! ''Where do we begin?''
** Westeros heavily relies on ArrangedMarriage to build goodwill and peaceful relationships between the various powerful families in the Seven Kingdoms. Joffrey doesn't care about charming his intended bride or being polite to his potential brother-in-law Roxas, dismissing and insulting them in spite of Sansa's father Ned and the Keybearer having the influence to make his life very complicated. And not aware that Roxas would easily smite him with a single punch.
** Margaery Tyrell easily manipulates him with a few sweet words and feigned demureness. He believes she's genuinely awed by his status as the next King.
** As Catelyn and Tyrion wonder who is truly guilty from sending an assassin after the comatose Bran, the dwarf admits Joffrey ''would'' hire a low-life and lend him his personal Valyrian steel knife to do the job because he's just that dumb.
** [[spoiler:Allying with Vanitas already was a sketchy move, but Joffrey truly reaches the pinnacle of idiocy when he openly uses the dark magic granted by the sorcerer to slaughter the Stark and Martell households and steal the throne from his sister, cementing himself as an usurper who will sink to the worst depths to obtain what he covets.]] [[spoiler: And considering he made a party with Vanitas to get possibly to claim the throne, but has no idea of the monster's background and no doubt make him a possible [[PuppetKing pawn]] for the Organization XIII]].
* TeensAreMonsters: And Joffrey fits the role for it!
* TooDumbToLive: When given the ability to control the Heartless under his command, little does he realise that with his beahvior and negative emotions would make him an very vulnerable to the darkness in a short period of time.
* UnwantedSpouse: Sansa really isn't keen on becoming his bride, and everyone who gets to spend more than one hour around Joffrey fully empathizes with her.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Myrcella Baratheon]]

The princess of the Seven Kingdoms only daughter Robert Baratheon and Cersei Lannister. She is sweet-tempered, nice and gentle to everyone, as well as being mature for her age and, unlike her brother taken her Status of royalty very serious over the course of the story,

* AdaptationExpansion: She plays a larger role in the series.
* AdaptationalSexuality: [[spoiler:Myrcella in canon never hinted she was anything but fully straight. This iteration of Myrcella easily knew about Sansa's strong feelings for Roxas despite the arrangements yet showed no negative response, she then offers to take Sansa as a mistress in order for them to live in polyamory with Roxas.]]
* AdaptationRelationshipOverhaul:
** [[spoiler:With Roxas]] In the book and Tv series version she is betrothed to Trystane Martell which never happens in this story.
** Her relationship with Sansa had changed to being close friends... and surprisingly turned into something to a new level.
* AgeLift: Upon her first appearance, Marcella's age was 14 years old unlike the books or TV canon.
* ArrangedMarriage: Unlike in the canon where she was engaged to Trystane Martell, Robert engages her to wed [[spoiler:Roxas because the King wants to honour Ven's memory and give his daughter a gentle and strong husband. From her viewpoint, it's a PerfectlyArrangedMarriage but she's acutely aware of her betrothed's distaste for the prospect of becoming royalty and willing to give it a chance to know each other more.]]
** [[spoiler:Unfortunately, her brother did not approve of this, when he declared himself 'king' and called off her betrothal, the princess did not take it so well. Whether he had such authority or not at the time to be officially crowned, she still intended to marry Roxas out of love.]]
* BewareTheNiceOnes: [[spoiler:She was not so very pleased when she found out Sansa was taken by the knights on Joffrey's orders, along with how Ser Barristan being dismissed, but nothing could hold back her anger when her half-brother not only used dark magic but called off her ''betrothal'' to Roxas. This trait is clearly inherited from her father to make Joffrey intimidated by her.]]
* ChocolateBaby: [[spoiler:Ned realised that Myrcella is in fact actually a ''true born'' Baratheon, but nonetheless keeps her golden blond Lannister hair, unlike her father's many bastard offsprings that inherited his jet-black locks.]]
* CovertPervert: [[spoiler:Whilst Myrcella is young and pure, but yet a developing teenager with growing desires for a certain keybearer, yet able to control her urges. yet couldn't help but take a peak through the gap of the tent to see Roxas undressing.]]
* DaddysGirl: Among the royal children, she's Robert's favourite for her willfulness and sharp wit. [[spoiler:He's ready to go against centuries of male primogeniture for the sake of making her Queen of Westeros.]]
* DamselInDistress: Taken captive by [[spoiler:Vaintas in chapter 38.]]
* FoolishSiblingResponsibleSibling: Compared to her brothers, Myrcella clearly is shown as mature and responsible -- with some CharacterDevelopment, she begins to take her duties as Princess very seriously compared to Joffrey who is nothing but a SpoiledBrat and a monster who takes advantage of his royal status. Tommen is young and sweet, but isn't ready for the responsibilities of being king. [[spoiler:It's no wonder Robert chose her as his successor over Joffrey.]]
* GrewASpine: Mycelia has shown to slowly become bolder and taking her status very serious to march up to Joffrey and call him out for his actions with no regards of his royal status and threats. Guess we know who she gets it from.
* HistoryRepeats: [[spoiler:Just like Rhaenyra Targaryen, she's officially her father's heir to the crown in spite of having brothers. Robert is grimly aware it will unleash another war on the Realm because lords are just as much opposed to a woman ruling in her own right than they were in Rhaenyra's era.]]
* LivingMacGuffin: Potentially -- when [[spoiler:Vanitas]] appears in Westeros looking for Princesses (of Heart), everyone immediately assume he's speaking of Myrcella and Arianne as the only females wearing the title.
* LonelyRichKid: Even if she is the royal princess of the Seven Kingdoms, Myrcella never had much friends to spend time with until her arrival to The North and became fast friends with Sansa and Arya, she grew very fond of Roxas even after first developed a crush on him.
* LoveConfession: While she did not actually confessed her feelings to [[spoiler:Roxas in person]], but when Joffrey made his cruel intentions and insult, she could not stand it any longer and openly declared her love for the [[spoiler:Keybearer]].
* MatureYoungerSibling: Amongst the three children, Myrcella proved to be the most mature, especially for a teenage girl as herself. She's sharp and very strong-willed, even become more like her father when confronting her brother in front of the audience.
* Ms. Fanservice: [[spoiler:Went stalk naked in Chapter 39, her figure certainly developed maturely well for her age.]]
* PoliticallyActivePrincess: Myrcella is the princess of the Seven Kingdoms and starts to take her royal status serious since the death of her father.
* Polyamory: [[spoiler:Myrcella enters a relationship with both Roxas and Sansa to resolve the issues of their affections, opening to have one with Tyene as well.]]
* PrincessClassic:
* SecretKeeper: Myrcella was fully aware about [[spoiler: Sansa Stark and Tyene Sand]] having romantic affections for Roxas and never said anything to anyone, she could not dare say anything to [[spoiler:Joffrey to put her loved ones in danger]].
* SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan: She's ''overjoyed'' when Robert picks Roxas as her future husband because she knows he's genuinely caring and sweet, and the fact that he keeps interacting with her in a friendly way and making efforts to know her better in spite of having reservations about the venture only makes her fall harder for him.
* TheThreeFacesOfEve: Among Roxas' three love interests, Myrcella as his betrothed and a Princess raised to handle a royal court is the Wife.
* UnexpectedSuccessor: [[spoiler:As a girl, she's in dead-last position when it comes to the succession line but Robert still chooses her to rule Westeros after him.]]
* WhatBeautifulEyes: Well, Robert certainly thinks so. [[spoiler:They're also an hint of her true lineage, since they're more ''blue'' than green.]]
* WomenAreWiser: The only girl among the royal children, and so far the only one to have the matury and intelligence to rule over the Seven Kingdoms. [[spoiler:Robert ultimately acknowledges her as his heir on his deathbed because of that.]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tommen Baratheon]]

* KindheartedCatLover: He loves sharing his kitties with Myrcella when he thinks his sister looks upset or sad. Also, the whole feline population in the Red Keep is called his army or children.
* RaisedByGrandparents: Tywin takes him under his wing when the Old Lion departs from King's Landing, teaching him warfare and the best way to butcher game meat. Tommen seems pretty happy with the arrangement.
* TheUnfavourite: His parents are far too busy fawning or quarrelling over his siblings to remember his existence.
* UnfitForGreatness: Arianne dismisses him as a potential claimant for the Throne on the grounds that he's too WeakWilled and not mature enough to rule the Seven Kingdoms.

!!Dorne

[[folder:Oberyn Martell]]
!!Prince Oberyn Nymeros Martell

* ArchEnemy: As with the rest of his family, the Lannisters, but he has a special level of hatred for Gregor Clegane, who killed his niece and nephew, raped his sister, and then murdered her. In that order. He announces this as much in his duel with the Mountain in the arena. [[spoiler: He was able to succeed in earning his vengeance.]]

* AllMenArePerverts: When looking for him, the easiest way is to go to the nearest brothel and ask for the Red Viper, he's guaranteed to be there. He also seems open to a threesome between him, his paramour Ellaria and Cloud (who's ''not'' a swinger and more freaked than flattered).
* CommonalityConnection: For a while, he resented the Starks as he hold Lyanna responsible for bewitching Rhaegar and leading him to betray Elia. Doran made him see that if someone in Westeros could understand how painful it was to lose a sister, it would be Ned Stark.
* EveryoneHasStandards: He loathes the Lannisters with the passion of a thousand burning suns, but when [[spoiler:Vanitas]] admits he's looking for "princesses", Oberyn cannot bring himself to wish for the family to lose Myrcella.
* HopelessSuitor: His attempts to seduce Cloud into a threesome with Ellaria are doomed to fail, courtesy of the mercenary being staunchly monogamous and not interested in casual sex.
* IOweYouMyLife: He was deeply grateful to Ventus for rescuing his sister Elia and niece Rhaenys from the Unversed at Harrenhal. As he never could pay this debt before Ven's disappearance, he opts to tail Roxas instead.
* NearAndDearBabyNaming: He named his youngest daughter in honour of [[spoiler:Ventus]]: Venya Sand.
* PapaWolf: When [[spoiler:Vanitas]] reappears looking for Princesses (of Heart), Oberyn grimly decides to prepare himself to defend his niece Arianne.
* SingleSexOffspring: Beyond his appetite for debauchery, Oberyn is rather infamous for his seeming inability to sire a son -- all of his eight children are girls, and Sansa outright names him as an example when she frets about the possibility of her not managing to produce heirs to the throne.
* SparedByTheAdaptation: In the Tourney, he fought against the Mountain in an attempt to seek justice for his sister and her children who were killed by Gregor, [[spoiler:just when he was about to be killed, his fate was averted and was able to finally achieve his long waited vengeance on The Mountain when he was turned into a Heartless.]]
* YouKilledMyFather: He wants Gregor Clegane's blood for slaughtering Elia and her infant son Aegon. [[spoiler:He finally gets his revenge when the Mountain is turned in a Heartless, allowing Oberyn to destroy him.]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Lewyn Martell]]

* AscendedExtra: Barely mentioned in canon as a former Kingsguard who got killed at the Trident.
* CoolOldGuy: A former Kingsguard who's Oberyn and Doran Martell's uncle. Age and retirement hadn't dulled his bravery.
* CoolUncle: Arianne and the Sand Snakes love their grunkle.
* DiesDifferentlyInAdaptation: Lewyn canonically perished at the Trident with Rhaegar. [[spoiler:Here, he's killed in the fighting unleashed by Joffrey's coup.]]
* DontCallMeSir: He politely declines the title of "Prince", as he forsake his inheritance when he became a Kingsguard.
* IOweYouMyLife: Ventus rescued him at the Trident and asked for the man to be spared and sent back to his family in Sunspear. Lewyn feels grateful for the opportunity to reunite with his nephews, years after it happened.
* PapaWolf: He outright snarls at [[spoiler:Vanitas]] when given a reason to believe the man plots to abduct or harm his great-niece Arianne.
** In the prequel, he was among the first knights to ride to his niece Elia and grand-niece Rhaenys' rescue when their carriage was assaulted by bandits on the way to Harrenhal.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Arianne Martell]]

* AdaptationalBadass: There's nothing in the show pointing at Arianne being competent with weapons. Here, she's good enough an archer to get the second place after Anguy in the competitions for the Hand's tourney.
* TheBeard: Renly considered marrying her since she would have been alright with him having Loras for a lover, courtesy of the Dornish open-mindedness regarding sexuality. It ultimately couldn't be done because the Martells still were angry at Robert for what happened to Elia and her children.
* KingmakerScenario: Arianne feels Myrcella would make a better queen over her brothers to claim the Iron Throne, something which is not uncommon but rare for a queen to rule Westeros when there have been mostly kings.
* LivingMacGuffin: Potentially -- when [[spoiler:Vanitas]] appears in Westeros looking for Princesses (of Heart), everyone assume he's targeting Myrcella and Arianne as the only females wearing the title in Westeros. [[spoiler:As Arianne's aunt Elia was hinted to be a previous Princess of Heart, she might take after her.]]
* OddFriendship: Her relationship with Sansa has vibes of this, since Arianne's aunt was shamed and ultimately killed because Rhaegar fell in love with Sansa's aunt, leading their families to be rather wary of each other.
* ShipperOnDeck: Arianna became aware of some of the girls' mutual affections for the Keybdearer, including her cousin, Tyene and took the role of giving each of them a simple... alternative solution to the problem by being in a group relationship.
* TomboyAndGirlyGirl: Her cousin Tyene is a fighter with BoyishShortHair while Arianne is more of a PrincessClassic.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Ellaria Sand]]
* GoodParents: Both she and Oberyn have a daughter together, she appears to get along well with the Sand Snakes
* TheMistress: Oberyn's paramour considering her status and by customs for her being a Bastard could not be his official wife, even by Dorne's tolerance to open certain customs but still love each other very much.
* [[spoiler:MarshmallowHell]]: [[spoiler:Ellaria was very seductive and spirited in ''The Rebellion of Storm, Ice and Wind'' that she pulled Ven into her bosom after his first meeting with the Mad King.]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tyene Sand]]

* AllAmazonsWantHercules: A very gifted fighter who finds herself growing an interest for Roxas who's able to fell legions of Heartless on his own.
* AdaptationalSexuality: [[spoiler: Tyene openly expresses interest not only Roxas, but also towards the princess Myrcella and Sansa.]]
* BeautifulSingingVoice: Roxas is quite entranced by her rendition of Jenny's song.
* BedmateReveal: Tyene certainly has few tricks up her sleeves when she suddenly began [[spoiler:spending nights in the tent with Roxas each night. No matter how many times he denies it, she continues either way.]]
* BigSisterInstinct: She comes with Roxas to the Riverlands in order to track [[spoiler:Vanitas]] as he looks like he wants to harm her cousin Arianne, and she won't let him.
* BoyishShortHair: She's much more masculine than her cousin Arianne and doesn't have her flowing locks.
* LeParkour: In order to keep up with Roxas when he starts jumping on roofs. Being a novice, she occasionally stumbles.
* LikeParentLikeChild: She inherited Oberyn's taste for carnal pleasure, deep love for family and recklessness tending to dip into RevengeBeforeReason.
* TheMistress: [[spoiler:Despite the fact that Roxas was betrothed to the princess, Tyene did not stop her pursuit for him, even declaring her intentions of becoming his mistress, even Myrcella's to be with him.]]
* SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan: She meets Roxas when he tag-teams with Cloud to rescue the Martell's boat from a Heartless attack, tails him when he goes into town to fight crime and give coin to poor citizens, and she likes what she sees enough to fall for him.
* StalkerWithACrush: Downplayed, as she follows Roxas' deplacements in King's Landing mainly in order to report to her father what the Keybearer is doing but she's also genuinely interested in him.
* TheThreeFacesOfEve: From Roxas' three love interests, she's the Seductress -- being much more ''hands-on'' in her approach to him and having the lion's share of sexually charged moments.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Elia Martell]]

* DelicateAndSickly: Her health wasn't good at all, something that distressed the Martells. Part of why they were so grateful to Ventus was the Keybearer giving her an Elixir to fix her lungs.
* LadyAndKnight: Her relationship with Ventus, who rescued her from the Unversed and later crowned her the Queen of Love and Beauty at Harrenhal's tournament. Tragically, he couldn't save her when King's Landing was sacked.
* LivingMacGuffin: She's hinted to have been a Princess of Heart -- [[spoiler:Vanitas]] deliberately targeted her at Harrenhal, and mentions to Roxas that the former Princess of Heart in Westeros was close to Ventus only for him to fail to save her when the Rebellion ended.
* MamaBear: When her carriage to Harrenhal was assaulted by bandits, Elia was ready to give her life in order to protect Rhaenys. She also loathed Aerys for dismissing her daughter on the basis of her looks.
* PosthumousCharacter: In the main story, she's Oberyn's main drive for revenge against the Lannisters and the Mountain that Rides. She gets to appear as herself and alive in the prequel.
[[/folder]]

!!Westerlands

[[folder:Tywin Lannister]]

* AmbitionIsEvil: A core component of his character. Every crime he commited was done for the sake of the Lannister name's glory, and he will call stupid anyone refusing an opportunity to grasp more power and influence for their own.
* EqualOpportunityEvil: For all his ambition and pride in his lineage, Tywin was ready to call a young boy who didn't have a family name -- hinting at a peasant birth -- his son-in-law, by letting Cersei marry Ventus. He later shows the same acceptance towards Roxas becoming his granddaughter's betrothed, even with the Keybearer being suspected of illegitimacy.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: He actually wanted for Elia and her children to be spared in order to serve as hostages, and was genuinely dismayed when they were gruesomely murdered instead.
** Considering his SillyRabbitIdealismIsForKids BreakingSpeech, Tywin also is genuinely upset and disgusted by the last Targaryen king's crimes.
** He won't allow Unversed and Heartless to run unchecked, and commands Jaime to kill them on the spot with his soldiers.
* EvilCannotComprehendGood: Olenna Tyrell casually points how confused Tywin is when people ''don't'' struggle to overachieve greatness, right after hearing the Old Lion call Ned Stark stupid for not taking the Iron Throne for himself when he had the opportunity, and deride the North for wanting to stay far away from the Southern political games.
* ObnoxiousInLaws: Roxas utterly ''loathes'' him for the sack of King's Landing and what happened to Elia Martell and her children. Tywin doesn't reciprocate -- for all his disdain towards the Keybearer's perceived weakness, the Old Lion considers him the best choice to marry his granddaughter.
* PetTheDog: Even if it mainly aimed to serve his ambition, he nonetheless tried to marry Cersei to the man of her dreams.
* PragmaticVillainy: He asked for Elia and her children to be captured because he wanted for the Princesses to be married to supporters of the rising Baratheon dynasty. However, he was forced to improvise when Lorch and Clegane got a mite too bloodthirsty and claimed they slaughtered the woman and the kids on his order, refusing to be seen as the kind of ineffective lord that cannot keep his bannermen in check.
* SillyRabbitIdealismIsForKids: He delivers a BreakingSpeech to Roxas aiming to destroy the Keybearer's belief in honour and justice by pointing they are in a World allowing a mad ruler to rape his wife and burn his vassals alive while the knights supposed to protect the helpless stand around, doing nothing to fulfill their oath. Roxas fires back that Tywin has no right to complain when he's just as bad as Aerys.
* ShipperWithAnAgenda: Robert and Cersei picking Roxas as Myrcella's bridegroom has his blessing -- not because Roxas is a gifted warrior or a genuinely kind boy, but because the Old Lion is very interested by the prospect of his great-grandchildren wielding magic.
* TheSocialDarwinist: Deeply hinted to be this -- he's ready to let everyone believe he would command atrocities to be done in his name rather than admitting he couldn't keep his bannermen in check and look "weak", and approves of his granddaughter marrying some unknown boy who's suspected to be from commoner blood because said boy can wield powerful magic.
* VillainRespect: Tywin freely admits he admires Cloud, Roxas and Ventus for managing to forge themselves a strong legacy in Westeros.

[[folder:Tyrion Lannister]]

* DistressedDude: Catelyn Arryn abducts him to be dragged to the Vale and accused from her son Bran's failed assassination, leading Roxas to send Cloud in order to rescue him.

* BloodKnight: Not the decent knight but in it to fight and love of blood.
* TheBrute: He earned the name Mountain for his massive and muscular build physique.
* Main/CainAndAbel: Gregor is the Cain and Gregor is Abel.
* DiesDifferentlyinAdaptation: Becomes a [[spoiler:Behemoth Heartless by Vanitus and slain by Oberyn.]]
* Main/FateWorseThanDeath: [[spoiler:HIs death comes differently where he was turned into a Heartless Behemoth by Vanitus]].

[[folder:Daenerys Targaryen]]

* Arranged Marriage: To Khal Drogo, to secure an army for her brother in an attempt to invade Westeros. HIs plan did not go as he thought it would.
* Badass Adorable: During her time with Xion and the Dothraki, she's learned much of their customs to present herself as the wife of Khal Drogo to show her brother his place.
* Cain and Abel: Despite her attempts to make the relationship healthy as possible, Viserys sees no reason to return any brotherly affections to her, only to be treated as a tool and abuse to his heart contempt. Going so far as to threaten her with a sword, saying he'll take her back from Drogo but leave behind their unborn baby unless he holds up his end of their bargain. Drogo is unimpressed to say the least and Daenerys finally gives up on Viserys, letting her husband execute him. [[spoiler:This escalates when he became a Nobody]]
* CripplingOverspecialization: Potentially -- when she expresses the wish to learn magic, Xion points the Targaryen bloodline was focused on bonding with dragons and having a resistance to fire and heat, so it's unclear if Daenerys will be able to grow beyond that.
* Braids of Action: She gradually adopts this hairstyle while living among the Dothraki as she becomes stronger and more authoritative.
* HairContrastDuo: She's blonde, emotionally fragile and rather naive compared to the raven haired, snarky and deeply cynical Xion.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: She's first euphoric when Khal Drogo promises to avenge the murder attempt against her and her unborn child, but when he starts explaining how his khalasar will rape, plunder and slaughter their way across the Seven Kingdoms, she's horror-struck as she realizes what she has unleashed.
* PseudoRomanticFriendship: As Xion shows her nothing but unconditional care and protection, Daenerys grows deeply invested in their relationship, outright daydreaming about living with the Keybearer in the Princess' childhood home as a married couple would.
* RoyaltySuperpower: "Fire doesn't burn a dragon". To Xion's utter bafflement, Daenerys can handle lit firewood and a dragon egg that spent hours in the firepit without burning her hands.
* TomboyAndGirlyGirl: Xion wears pants, is blunt and occasionally crass, has BoyishShortHair and is a peerless fighter while Daenerys is more emotional, openly cries at one point and has flowing hair befitting a Princess.

[[folder:Viserys Targaryen]]

* CameBackWrong: [[spoiler:After being "crowned" with molten gold, Viserys resurrects as a Heartless and even less sane than before.]]
* DiesDifferentlyInAdaptation: [[spoiler:His second and definitive demise comes when he's slain by Xion in his Heartless form.]]
* EntitledBastard: Naturally people should grovel at his feet, even when he spends his time hurling verbal and physical abuse at them. He's genuinely stunned that Xion and Daenerys would gleefully let him die, right after he threatened to cut his pregnant sister open.
* TheEvilPrince: Seething over his family losing the Iron Throne, constantly plotting to regain what he considers his birthright and abusing the women around him.
* StayInTheKitchen: In spite of needing a Keybearer to give legitimacy to his campaign for regaining the Iron Throne, he makes no mystery of his distaste for Xion being an ActionGirl and sneers that her utter lack of knowledge regarding sex is the only proper (read "maidenly") thing about her.
* VillainsWantMercy: As Khal Drogo is about to "crown" him with molten gold, Viserys begs for Daenerys and Xion to intercede in his favour. Not only they don't, Xion outright hits him and cheerfully declares she's going to relish his death.

* BrainyBrunette:

[[folder:Alucard]]
* AdaptationalAngstDowngrade: When season 2 of ''WesternAnimation/Castlevania2017'' ended, Alucard was left alone in his father's decaying castle and [[GoMadFromTheIsolation went slightly loopy from the isolation]]. Here, Roxas keeps calling him with a mirror made for interdimensional communication so he's not as desperate for company.

[[folder:Dracula]]
* NotSoStoic: His usual aloofness breaks when he learns a Keybearer has appeared in Wallachia.
