This comes after Blitzo [[Recap/HelluvaBossS1E7Ozzies had a very rough night in the previous episode]], and he wonders out loud if he's going to die alone, and if Loona will be there for him. Loona — after hearing his drunken rambling — places a blanket on Blitzo and reassures him by saying "I'll be there, Dad".[[note]]Loona calling Blitzo "Dad" is a rare occurrence, as [[LastSecondWordSwap she caught herself in "Spring Broken" before saying it]] and [[InsistentTerminology she insisted that she's only his adopted daughter in this episode]]. However, in spite of all that, Blitzo is far too drunk and depressed to pick up on it.[[/note]]

** "Franchise/MegaMan VS Franchise/AstroBoy": Mega Man is destroyed in the end, but since his head is still intact, and the post-fight animation shows Astro returning the head to Rush, it's likely that Rock can still be rebuilt.

** "[[Franchise/StarWars Darth Vader]] VS [[Manga/{{Naruto}} Obito Uchiha]]": As one would expect a battle between two iconic {{Tragic Villain}}s, this fight ends this way. Darth Vader dies, but not before Obito traps him in the [[LotusEaterMachine Infinite Tsukiyomi]], allowing Anakin to [[LetThemDieHappy "reunite" with Padme in his final moments]]. Obito, who had previously [[NotSoDifferentRemark made remarks indicating that he sees a kindred spirit in Vader]], treats this as a MercyKill and asks that Anakin "find peace in the next life".
