** ''WesternAnimation/TransformersPrime'': In Season 2 -- while Megatron is recognized as the main villain, [[TerroristsWithoutACause Silas]] and [[spoiler: [[DangerousDeserter Airachnid]]]] have taken on equal standing as threats, with the role of TheHeavy shifting between them depending on the episode. [[spoiler: Starscream]] is also running around independently, but with his recent string of bad luck he's more of a cross between a BigBadWannabe and a WildCard. However, by the end of the season, [[spoiler:Starscream has rejoined Megatron's command, Airachnid is frozen in a stasis pod for the majority of the remainder of the series, and MECH is wiped out and Silas eventually dies as a result of his own actions,]] leaving Megatron as the sole BigBad.

* ''WesternAnimation/TaleSpin'' had Shere Khan as the [[CorruptCorporateExecutive ruthless business tycoon]] of Cape Suzette, Don Karnage and the {{Sky Pirate}}s as the more [[AlwaysChaoticEvil chaotic evil]] and Col. Spigot as the [[LaughablyEvil funny dimwitted]] [[DirtyCommunists foreign enemy]] and [[LawfulEvil bureaucratically blinded]].

* ''WesternAnimation/TheFairlyOddParents'': While they rarely interact with each other, there are some episodes where [[BabysitterFromHell Vicky]] and [[SadistTeacher Mr. Crocker]] would either [[VillainTeamUp team up with each other]] or serve as the main antagonists while appearing separately in the same episode (such as the episode where [[StalkerWithACrush Tootie]] receives Timmy's fairies for her birthday).

He has no interest of taking over the world, but instead takes advantage of the girls' flaws and insecurities to destroy them, such as manipulating Bubbles into causing destruction, using a HatePlague to turn everyone against the girls, and even [[spoiler:destroying Townsville when the girls time travel 50 years into the future]].

* ''WesternAnimation/Super4'': Black Baron and The Colossus, Fourchesac, Baba Cara, Sharkbeard, and Skyronior are the show's main antagonists but are in opposition of each other. Dr. X is usually ObliviouslyEvil as well. Pretty much all of the antagonists darken the tone of the series whenever they show up to cause trouble, and all of them besides Dr. X (due to [[MikeNelsonDestroyerOfWorlds causing trouble through incompetence]]) are played seriously.

* ''WesternAnimation/{{Young Justice|2010}}, being an exploration of a more "realistic" DC universe has quite a few. Primary among all the enemies is [[WellIntentionedExtremist The Light]], who has a myriad of partners and acquaintances they work with, including [[AlienInvasion The Reach]], [[GalacticConqueror Darkseid]] and [[SealedEvilInACan General Zod]]. While the Light wants to turn Earth into an intergalactic superpower. the others want to conquer and expand their own assets. All of them usually only keep up a pretense of helping each other, as their endgames all have them on top, though Darkseid at least is more interested in maintaining good relations since [[TheAgeless he can afford to be patient]].

* In ''WesternAnimation/TheLegendOfVoxMachina'', Umbrasyl, Thordak, and Ripley are the main villains for Season 2, while Umbrasyl is technically under service of the Cinder King, but he is convinced by Ripley to seek out the Vestiges resenting his masters rule, making him the main threat for Vox Machina to face, [[spoiler: by the end of the season, Umbrasyl is killed, Ripley flees, and Thordak will take a more active role in Season 3 raising his army of dragons]].

* ''WesternAnimation/{{Young Justice|2010}} Invasion'' has [[WellIntentionedExtremist The Light]] and [[AlienInvasion The Reach]]. While it starts as a BigBadDuumvirate, with the two working together, the former wanting to turn Earth into an intergalactic superpower and the latter wanting to use metahumans to expand their empire. However, by the end it becomes an ensemble, as it's revealed that The Light planned to betray The Reach the entire time, while [[TheDragon Black Beetle]] becomes the DragonAscendant after The Ambassador is captured and plans to destroy Earth.
