* The Medic who leads oWn in ''Machinima/CultOfPersonality''. The series begins with [[StartOfDarkness him being fired from the BLU team and forging his own organization.]] He's personally leading a campaign to destroy RED and BLU.



* The Big Bad of the ''WebVideo/DontHugMeImScared'' series is [[spoiler:Roy, who is implied to have created the DHMIS universe to punish Yellow Guy via a console used to summon and control the teachers.]] Each installment has its own Big Bad, and they are collectively known as "the Teachers":
