\n----* Erik's ShutUpKirk response to Charles. Many villains have done ShutUpKirk, but few could have a totally justified one.

*Sean's first flight is incredible. He's soaring all over the Xaiver estate on his own power. The phrase [[Film/IronMan "Yeah, I can fly."]] comes to mind.

* Practically all of Erik's scenes are awesome: the bank, the Argentina sequence, [[OneManArmy storming a Soviet military retreat by himself]], the satellite dish, the sub lift, and more:
** When he uses a huge anchor and its chain as a weapon, the look on Charles' face is priceless because it shows that even ''he'' hadn't anticipated just how much power a mutant could have.
*** Even more awesome for the audience, because we know that that's only a fraction of Magneto's full potential, as anyone who remembers [[spoiler:the scene where he lifts the entire Golden Gate Bridge]] in ''Film/XMenTheLastStand'' can attest.

* Practically all of Erik's scenes are awesome: awesome.
**Twisting
the bank, the crooked banker's arm into helping him.
** The
Argentina sequence, triple-kill sequence. It's effortless.

**Turning the giant satellite dish from a mile away. That look on his face as he realizes his true power (and that ThePowerOfLove is what helped him unlock it) is beautiful.

** Lifting the submarine out of the water.

** And, finally, three simple words: "I prefer... Magneto."
* Shaw gets one early on when he demonstrates his power to Colonel Hendry by taking a grenade which the good Colonel brought along in case of a double-cross, pulling the pin, and absorbing the explosion.

* Xavier using Cerebro for the first time, and the "recruitment" sequence that follows.
* There's also the moment when Xavier is interviewed by the senior CIA officers who initially scoff at his claims of being telepathic by taunting him, expecting the usual cold reading fakery. When Xavier then responds by casually commenting about precise top secret missile location information he easily learned from their minds, their OhCrap reactions are priceless at being confronted with the real thing.

* Xavier using Cerebro for the first time. You can tell he's exilerated to expand his powers so far and so high. Then the "recruitment" sequence that follows. This is the birth of the X-Men!

* With the chips down, Professor X stops the Cuban Missile Crisis single-handedly by causing one of the Russian naval officers to launch a ballistic missile on the Russian cargo ship carrying missiles to Cuba. As Moira says, "That was ''inspired'', Charles." Damn straight it was.

Too bad it wasn't included in any promotional material or the Blu-Ray/DVD release.

** Erik [[spoiler: catching all those dozens of missiles mid-flight and sending them back despite the various distractions?]] Lifting the sub was a fantastic display of his raw power, but the level of control and precision he shows here proves just how dangerous he really is.
** And, finally - three simple words: "I prefer... Magneto".
