* Yellow King's plan is darkly brilliant. He manages to materialize himself into materium [[spoiler: by manipulating Gregor Eisenhorn for his entire life, using his obsession to prepare him for being a vessel. Then he forces Pontius Glaw to finish materialization, takes power from Kaldor Draigo from eating one of his hearts, establishes his own existence via StableTimeLoop and enslaves Malice.]]

* He and the Alpha Legion created the Ascended One through the hypnosis of a volunteer Alpha legionary and a fragment of Thiel's power. They then arranged for the AO's ship to detonate while during his confrontation with Corax, resulting in the banishment of Corax and the destruction of two Black Crusades.

* The Dark Gods reaction to the reveal that he is not Marius Gage: "Far away, in the Realms of Chaos, the clashing of blades and the spilling of blood stopped on the Plains of Slaughter. The Court of Change fell silent. The children of Nurgle stopped their games in their father's Garden. The great debaucheries in the Silver Palace of Slaanesh paused." Thiel derailed Chaos's plans so hard that even the gods and their servants couldn't do anything but gape in shock and awe.

* Believed by the ''[[MagnificentBastard Alpha]] [[TheChessmaster Legion]]'' to be one of, if not the, greatest tacticians in the galaxy. They consider his armor inscribed with strategies to be "a prize worthy of a primarch."

* Garviel Loken survives up to the present day and continues to kill clones of Bile, with current purpose to kill the Eldest, [[spoiler: revenant whose body belonged to Horus]].

* It is noted that Chaos Gods really ''hate'' SoH for Horus being saved from their grasp. They do all they could to make their service miserable, but the legion not only endures, but continues to be the greatest of Astartes.

* For around ten thousand years, the Martian Collective has been able to fight the Haydesian Kingdoms to a stalemate when normal armies have been shattered even attempting the same, and the Collective has been able to advance their technology to keep up with the Haydesian Kingdoms with things like augmented blanks, new super soldiers, semi-sentient nano machines and being able to wield the power of the sun. And with the Haydesian Kingdoms largely dealt with in the Terran Crucible, they can now bring their collective knowledge and combined intellect to help the Imperium in the Times of Ending.

* The Martian Collective has been able to fight the Haydesian Kingdoms to a stalemate when normal armies have been shattered even attempting the same and the Collective has been able to advance their technology to keep up with the Haydesian Kingdoms with things like augmented blanks,new super soldiers,semi-sentient nano machines and being able to wield the power of the sun.

** In "The Cadian Apocalypse Part 3", Cain rallies the demoralised Imperials after they receive word of the Emperor's death and prevented a total collapse of Imperial morale. Near the climax of the story, he is revived by a shard of the Emperor and becomes an Imperial Saint, rallying the Imperials to stop the Dark Angels' plot to mess with the Cadian Pylons. Incidentally, he also freed the Lord of Wraiths who killed him and his vengeful spectres from the Dark Angels' enslavement, leading to its own awesome moment.

** Moreover, he's implied to become an Anathema to ''Khorne'', and promises to him through Sigismund that he'll kill him.

** During the Heresy, Omegon goes on a journey across time and space to deliver Ollanius Persson to the Emperor, an act that all four Chaos Gods were desperate to prevent more than ''anything else'' in the war, throwing cultists, xenos, traitor Astartes, and demons at them in vain. The Gods ultimately resorted to unleashing Aetaos'rau'keres, one of the earliest Lords of Change who predated and even nearly ''matched'' the power of Tzeentch, who nevertheless was defeated by Omegon in spite its power and attempts at a BreakingSpeech. They failed.

* Mortarion kills his adoptive father without any help, inspiring the ordinary humans to take up arms and protect their world as the Death Guard while he purges Barbarus of its overlords.

By being killed by Lorgar, he scatters his power throughout the galaxy and its history, creating every Living Saint to have ever lived who would help give Humanity a fighting chance to survive the Time of Endings. Moreover, with his death he managed to make Chaos Gods killable, as for all his rejection of divinity he did become god, and as the Warp operates by ClapYourHandsIfYouBelieve by letting himself be killed by Lorgar he made deicide possible if one has the proper means to do so, giving Humanity the means to defeat the Ruinous Powers where previously impossible.
