The three judges, on a 2 to 1 vote decide to cut Sita, but break the news to her with a DramaticPause that allows Matthew time to smirk, being the hypocritical jackass he is. Giada sees him smirking and decides to change her answer midway through cutting Sita, and Matthew ends up being sent home.

* Season 7: Jyll got possibly the biggest [=CMoA=] when she finally had enough of Penny's nonsense and called her out on her bitchy behavior in front of the judges (who squirmed around awkwardly during the whole exchange), giving Penny a TheReasonYouSuckSpeech. One of the most well-remembered lines from Jyll's verbal smackdown of Penny was when she declared "You are the most entitled person I have ever met!"
