to:

*Carla getting a patient to drop the charges against Turk.

to:

*YMMV, but Cox gets yet another moment of awesome when he gives an epic talk down to a teenage girl who refuses to take her pills which by doing so was making her sick and putting her life in danger.

to:

*Jordan talks to Carla [[spoiler: about her postpartum depression and convinces her to get the help she obviously needs.]] doubles as a moment of heartwarming.

to:

*Todd gets another when Turk tries to interfere with a patient's operation just because he doesn't approve even though by doing this Turk is jeopardizing his job. Todd solves the situation by taking him to the patient and having his ask what SHE wants.

Added DiffLines:

!!'''Molly Clocks'''
*Molly Clocks' optimism and faith in people annoy Cox and Kelso so much that they try to break her. Later Molly reveals that she knew what they were doing the whole time and turned it on them by proving she was right.

!!'''Maddox'''
*As much of a bitch Maddox was, her firing the janitor and getting him to leave was awesome.

* This moment from "My Nickname", when Carla feels JD is being condescending:
-->'''JD''': Carla, you're a good nurse.
-->'''Carla''': I'm a ''great'' nurse, you patronizing ass.

** It should be so highly praised that this isn't just a case of her ''scaring'' him into leaving her alone, she genuinely and utterly elicits a true '''apology'''.... from ''Doctor Cox''.
*** In truth, the...honesty...of her rebuttal deserves a mention. She doesn't quote scripture, she doesn't browbeat Cox with her belief, she just explains how she, a nurse of ''twenty-four years'' experience manages to get by the world, and it shuts him up:
--->'''Laverne:''' [[TranquilFury Listen, I've been coming in here for twenty-four YEARS, watching children DIE and good people SUFFER. And if I quit believing there was a bigger plan behind all this then I just wouldn't be able to show up tomorrow, so just STOP IT!]]

to:

* Performing successful prenatal surgery on Cox's daughter, managing to earn Cox's respect and alleviate his fears of her health issues in one swoop. Notable in that for the rest of the series, Cox refers to Turk as the best surgeon Sacred Heart has (though as a slight to surgeons, mainly)

* A low-key example appears in "My Case Study" when, after J.D has his case study approved by Dr. Kelso to be presented at a medical conference in Resno, Dr. Cox hits him with a vicious and biting TheReasonYouSuckSpeech about him grovelling to Kelso like a puppy. J.D is visibly hurt by this, but for once stands up to Cox and retorts with a ShutUpHannibal speech about how it's not always a bad thing to play the game every so often and how he wants to be like Cox, "but a more successful you". Cox is left visibly shaken both by J.D standing up to him for once and by J.D's (albeit inadvertent) implication that Cox's own stubbornness and pig-headed determination to always be TheLastDJ has damaged his career.

* In "My Dream Job" J.D. is able to have a good conversation with Dr. Cox without being insulted and is able to help with Dr. Cox's worries that he'll be a bad father. This, in turn, led to an awesome take that, punch to Dr. Kelso as he was viciously insulting Elliot.
