If Cinder didn't call Salem for help at the last moment she would be dead for sure, and now she fears the Slayer more than she does the Mistress of Grimm herself.

* In Chapter 1, the Slayer kills multiple armed White Fang's members before even putting on his armor or regaining his weapons, showing how he doesn't need his tools to kick ass.

* A villainous example with Arthur Watts. Turns out, he was the one who teleported the Slayer outside of his cell and wanted him to destroy Epsilon just to spite Ironwood and cripple the four kingdoms, and the Slayer did just that, all without knowing he was helping Salem's side. At the end of the arc, Watts is the only character to have unanimously and unambiguously '''''won'''''.

* In chapter 19, the Slayer purposely fell into a trap and fought Neo and Mercury almost at the same time, only being stopped after being hit with Trifa's webs, ten-thousand volts of stun rifle, enough tranquilizers to paralyze a Goliath and repeated kicks in the face from Mercury. All of this only knocked him out for a ''split-second'', before letting them get close enough so that he could brutally defeat them in short order.

* To his credit, [[CurbStompCushion Marlowe managed to damage part of the Praetor Suit]] in his brief fight against the Slayer before having his [[GroinAttack genitals cut off]].

** Hell, before this, the Doom Slayer was able to fight off and even hurt the Brother Gods. The two {{physical god}}s who initially created Remnant (one of whom is responsible for wiping out all life on it), and the Slayer contended with ''both of them''. Even Qrow is left in awe of this. Granted, it's somewhat lessened by the fact that the gods were weakened from getting drained by the Pain Engine, but it's still epic.

* Remember that scene in ''VideoGame/DOOMEternal'' where the Slayer launches himself out of a canon to get to his destination? Well Ruby decided to take a few pages out of his book and launches herself to the top of the fortress wall by using Crescent Rose's blade to ''catch a cannon shell mid-flight'' and '''hitch a ride on the damn thing!''' She may be [[SanitySlippage losing her mind]], but Hell if she ain't getting more CrazyAwesome along the way.

* Blake standing up to Sienna and Ilia and calling out their entitled behavior in Chapter 31, pointing out how they aren't much better than Adam, [[ALighterShadeOfBlack despite being the lesser evil]]. While a little scary, given how she tries to [[EyeScream gouge Ilia's eyes out]] in a fit of rage, her threatening both Sienna and Ilia should harm come to any of her loved ones is still an awesome moment much like Weiss' above moment.

** To top it off, ''Marv survives all of this!''

** To put it into perspective, [[SpannerInTheWorks William almost single-handedly thwarts Salem's plan to destroy Beacon Academy just by being the relentless motherfucker he's always been]]. Through his interference, [[ScrewThisImOutOfHere Cinder and her underlings flee from Vale just to survive,]] Adam loses ''everything'' (his followers, Semblance, rank, and left testicle), Roman and Neo are now working for Ironwood, and Salem doesn't want to be anywhere near him.

** Hell, before this, the Doom Slayer was able to fight off and even hurt the Brother Gods. The two {{physical god}}s who initially created Remnant (one of whom is responsible for wiping out all life on it), and the Slayer contended with ''both of them''. Even Qrow is left in awe of this.

* Slayer vs. Adam in Chapter 2 was a pretty even match, with Adam's Semblance even allowing him to superficially damage parts of the suit. It's mainly thanks to VEGA's intervention that the Slayer was able to get the upper hand.

* How the Slayer and his allies ''finally'' kill the Marauder. Weiss uses her glyph to impale the Marauder with an ice pillar and hold him in place while the Slayer takes his battle axe and decapitates him, finishing him off for good.

** In fact, the Marauder got up after his neck was broken, and, after being hit by shrapnel and getting run over by an APC, he caught up to the protagonists with a Bullhead, from which he jumped off while on fire, not caring about the flames. EvilIsCool indeed.
