Added DiffLines:

* Black Stache's EstablishingCharacterMoment has him marooning his two fattest sailors and dumping most of his water overboard to make his ship light enough to get downwind of the ''Wasp'' and motivate his crew to take the ''Wasp'' and get its water. Is his plan insane and ruthless? Yes. But it works.
* During the sea chase, Leonard Aster suggests having an archer among the ''Wasp's'' crew put a flaming arrow through some of Black Stache's sails to slow his ship down. When this fails, Leonard puts himself adrift in a dory with what he thinks is the trunk of Starstuff. This nearly forces Black Stache to either abandon his pursuit of the ''Wasp'' (in which case Leonard will dump the trunk overboard) or let the dory escape to chase the ''Wasp.''
** Black Stache turns the tables when he throws a captive sailor overboard, [[ChronicHeroSyndrome knowing Leonard will go back to save the man]] and allowing him to harpoon Leonard's dory.
* Molly and Peter manage to send the trunk of Starstuff overboard just before Black Stache can get it by capturing the ''Never Land.''
* Mr. Slank escapes from Black Stache's brig by tying a rope to a cow in the cargo hold and then improperly milking it to make the cow jerk the door off its hinges.
* Alf volunteers to face Mr. Grin in exchange for the boys' freedom. It doesn't ''work,'' but at least he tries.
* When Tinkerbell is captured and taken to an unscrupulous animal collector, she talks his other unwilling pets into attacking the guy.
* The mermaids attack first Slank and then Hook to keep them from getting the Starstuff, leaving the feared villains helpless throughout both scenes.
* George takes command of the flying ship in ''Secret of Rundoon,'' doing a good job despite his youth and leading a rescue mission to the palace.

* The scouts The Others send to Mollusk Island in ''Sword of Mercy,' trigger a small volcanic eruption to signal their comrades at sea and then narrowly escape the lava flow by sliding downhill on a log.
* When Peter and his friends rescue the prisoners in ''Sword of Mercy'', they find out that Molly and George (who overheard von Schatten talking about killing them all once the work is done) have been working to weaken the tunnel, [[TakingYouWithMe preparing to bring it down on Von Schatten and his men the next time they came down.]]
* Magill and his bear Karl fight with The Skeleton (whose very touch causes pain) and two {{Giant Mook}}s for an extended scene in ''Sword of Mercy.''
* In ''Sword of Mercy,'' an injured James sneaks up behind von Schatten during the fight and attaches a pair of electrified clamps to him, taking him out for a while.
* Wendy hurls a chest of Starstuff at von Schatten and The Skeleton (after they've said that if opened, the chest will kill everyone in [[ItMakesSenseInContext the flying train car]]), then dives out the open door, gambling on Peter catching her.
