* Last chapter we learned that an MTF managed to arrest Gunpowder. Here we learn it was Bridgette's, and she proves to be a better soldier than Gunpowder could ever hope to be. Even better, her luck-based superpower counters Gunpowder's ability to count bullets by not only making an AK-47 conveniently jam, but by conveniently having one bullet in her pistol's chamber despite seemingly having exhausted her ammo just seconds earlier. One shot to disarm Gunpowder later and the man is helpless as the rest of the MTF contains him before applying the Antidote V.

* Edgar has the perfect way to keep Homelander from prying into his secrets... [[BoringButPractical He lines his office walls with lead so x-rays won't penetrate them.]]

* We get out first real look at the O5 Council... And the leader of them is none other than [[VideoGame/{{Control}} Jesse Faden]]. She even comes with the Service Weapon.

* Next up to join the League of Villains is Gorefield, an experienced mafioso who, while not having a truly strong Quirk, does make do with what advantages being part-cat can give him and a variety of combat gadgets.

* Infinite declaration when Guilt complains about becoming a JokeCharacter.

* Red Riot and Tsukuyomi join their friends in facing Infinite, and actually manage to hold of quite well. Granted he's still getting used to a power he lost for years, [[VillainsLearnFaster but considering how quickly he relearns his abilities...]]
* The dual ultimate move strike from both All Might and Midorang as they prepare to attack All For One and Infinite respectively. Both United States of Smash and Rising Sun Smash hit '''hard''', hitting with enough force to create twin hurricanes.

* Gustave tries to hit the self-destruct in his lab, but Midorang prevents that by grabbing him using Blackwhip.

* Gustav is a scientist and soldier for the Chaos Insurgency, yet he knows he's no much for Midorang and his friends. [[CowardlyLion Yet he aims to give it everything he has regardless.]]

* When Hitoshi tries to use his Quirk a second time, Izuku responds not with an angry quip, but with an attack. And he wisely waits until the attack is already done to call out its name, insuring Hitoshi will still get hit despite managing to freeze Izuku in place.

* Graffiti manages to partially trap Midorang and Dynamite just enough to allow him and the rest of the League to escape. Even then it fails, as Dynamite manages to grab him, insuring that if Kurogiri warps Graffiti, he'll warp Dynamite with him.
* Mindblank solves the above issue by brainwashing Kurogiri, not only insuring he's captured much earlier than canon, but forcing him to warp Midorang and Dynamite to the League of Villain's hideout. But not before tossing Midorang one of the GSP marbles from his own Quirk training so the pro heroes can find out where it is.

* Waldo manages to make off with Eri right under Seeker's nose. Considering Seeker's Quirk can pick on criminal intent, that's very impressive.

* In spite of the clear intimidation factor Overhaul presents, Infinite is not ready to give and starts coming up with an effective plan, starting with making use of Jackie's Quirk.

* Real Steel and Lizardy get to show off their new ultimate attacks. Real Steel practically becomes a reverse iron maiden, while Lizardy takes a page from [[VideoGame/{{Skullgirls Miss Fortune's]] book.

* It turns out the Underworld's are well-designed, built so that only a specific sequence can be used to reach the end and averting the DungeonBypass. For example, while Midorang can survive machine gun fire, the ones guarding the main castle fire so fast it would be impossible for him to just run past them and tank the hits. And giant gates he'd normally be able to dead-lift are suddenly too heavy even for him.

* La Brava always brags about her incredible hacking skills, but it turns out Mayumi is two-steps ahead of her, having strengthened UA's cyber-security in preparation for the culture festival.

* Even with how much control the kids have over their Quirks, Amelia don't they lack actual strength, and muses how evolution is working overtime to ensure humans can keep up with stronger and stronger superpowers, preventing global Quirk Singularity.

** Tentacole vs Waldo. Tentcole's extra sensory organs are able to see through Waldo's anti-memetic aura, and his reaction speed is enough to counter Waldo's teleportation.

* It turns out One For All has a unique feature to it that was in place before it was even One For All... The ability to be shared with multiple people, thus sharing strength. And as it now, that means Midorang can share all his Quirks with anyone he mixes his blood with. Including Regeneration. Cue Red Riot getting his wounds healed.

* In spite of the cold created by Goemon's Ice Age ultimate, Milady is able to whether it without issue.

* Arsene puts the final nail in the coffin once Setsuno realizes he's the only one of his group still standing. Turns out for all his talk about the Garbage Trio being willing to fight to the death, they didn't last enough to try.

* A-Train is so determined not to fail again that he starts pushing himself more and more against Ingenium, to the point that the Compound V in his body starts to naturally burn out. He manages to awaken to his new Quirk, Express Line, and starts working with the quartet to deal with STG unit he was already targeting.
