* Tom is just amazing in the first few episodes. He's easily the most competent version of Jekyll who has ever been put to any form of media. Why? The plot of Jekyll and Hyde has already happened by this point, and ''Jackman basically succeeded in neutralizing Hyde'', with basically nonexistent casualties. He managed to set up an elaborate mutual arrangement that minimizes the danger Hyde poses all on his own. That takes incredible skill and resourcefulness, not to mention courage, considering the personal cost it came at for him.

* Tom and Hyde get a combined one in the lion den incident. After Tom discovers that Klein and Utterson have kidnapped Eddie while they were at the zoo and placed in him in the lion's den, Tom immediately does anything he can to get Eddie freed, first by offering himself over to Klein and Utterson, then by desperately climbing the fence of the den. Driven by the basic urge to protect his child from a predator, he transforms into Hyde, who kills the lion, apparently by ripping its throat out with his teeth.

* Half the protagonist of ''{{Jekyll}}'', being a delightful HeroicSociopath PsychopathicManchild, naturally gets quite a few of these. The ones that leap immediately to mind are killing a full grown African lion (then tossing the corpse of said lion out of the enclosure onto a nearby surveillance van), followed by singing "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" while covered in the lion's blood, and [[spoiler:demonstrating just how Implacable he is before his death.]]
