! Ares no Tenbin
* In episode 6, Gouenji uses Bakunetsu Storm, but not on his own, but with help from the Mukata triplets. First the triplets use Triangle Z and then Gouenji goes through the triangles and uses Fire Tornado. The two hissatsu's combine and create Bakunetsu Storm. Yeah this is a hissatsu which requiresfour players. It's called an override technique and this opens up many more possibilities to combinations between hissatsu's and it may finally even make Final Tornado, the last hissatsu of the very first season, a real hissatsu in the game.
* In episode 22, Endou kicks back Kozoumaru's Fire Tornado with little effort as a form of intimidation towards the new Raimon. Also unlike the original series, Endou doesn't play around or hold back and only uses Majin the Hand to black their shoots and doesn't even once uses the weaker technique's such as God Hand.
* In episode 26, Goujin finally succeeds in creating Fire Lemonade. Praise should be given to the writers for making a joke throughout this season into a ChekhovsGun and the final hissatsu technique to end final match of this season. In addition, he gets the honor of getting the first ever season-winning goal from a pure solo hissatsu, and also the only one to not directly involve the main character (Inamori helped indirectly, by recovering the ball from Nosaka).

! Orion no Kokuin
* In episode 1, we have Clario facing off against the entirety of Inazuma Japan and no we don't mean just eleven of them, but all eighteen members present. He completely destroys them without much trouble. However Inazuma Japan does impress him enough with their growth and that he will return to Spain in order to train so that he can fight against them head when they will play again instead of just sitting back and watching them grow.
* In episode 2, we have Gouenji using a new hissatsu called "Last Resort". How powerful is his hissatsu? According to Haizaki it's ten times more powerful than his "Perfect Penguin" and seeing this hissatsu is what caused Clario to stop sitting back and watching Inazuma Japan's growth and train instead so that he and his team would not be overwhelmed by this overwhelming hissatsu.
* In episode 6, Kidou's declaration that he will eliminate Ichihoshi takes full effect as he goes all out to avenge Gouenji and preventing Endou from getting hurt. First, he gets Haizaki and Hiroto to force rough plays on both Ichihoshi and the Australian team, slowly wearing them down and makes sure their blinding tactics fail.
** Then, Sakanoue catches onto Kidou's actions when Luci of Australia uses a blade on their cleats. Instead of sitting on the bench, he regains enough strength for the match: first trying to use the referee to force Luci to hide the blade. On the second attempt, Sakanoue kicks the soccer ball into Luci's cleat blade, rangling the weapon, followed by using Koori no Ya, which he learned by copying and training like Hiura, to freeze the ball and break the blade in two, which actually deflates the ball!
** Hiroto uses The Explosion to score the third goal after Haizaki's Perfect Penguin, but the first time, he used it to aim for Ichihoshi!
** Following that, Hiura combines his Koori no Yari shoot with Fudou, Kidou, and Haizaki's Death Zone for a new override: Death Crusher Zone: shooting right through Ichihoshi, the defenders, and goalkeepers of Australia!
** Natsumi uses dango to give Endou a hint on beating Time Trance: if two Majins can't get the timing to stop the additional shot, three can, and summons his third Majin: Fujin Rajin Ghost, finally saving a goal and ridding Australia of their final advantage.
** And to end the episode off, earlier Asuto offered Ichihoshi a hands up as a friend. Kidou offers his hand and lets it slip on purpose to make him fall to the ground! Ichihoshi isn't too pleased.
---> Kidou: Sorry, my hand slipped
* Episode 9: Nosaka finally returns to the field and delivers for the team. He debuts a new hissatsu to earn Inakuni Raimon their second goal, secretly convinced Kazemaru to train to use Grid Omega 2.0., prevented Ichihoshi from interfering, and with all of the opposing team weakened, he easily kicks the ball straight into the goal.
--> Nosaka: With this hand, I'll change the world.
* Episode 13: Ichihoshi Hikaru after his personalities fuse. He dribbles past an opponent with an incredible acrobatic move that stunned the team, then proceeds to become unstoppable with his AwesomeByAnalysis techniques. Even more awesome considering he didn’t need to use a single hissatsu to bypass the enemy team.
* Episode 17: Despite or because China doesn't have a team member that's part of the Orion Foundation, they manage to be a bigger obstacle to Inazuma Japan than every other team through their superior tactics and plays. First up their ace striker Li Hao managed to find the weakspot of Endou's "Fujin Raijin Ghost" by using a hissatsu that shoots in a way none of the three majins can intercept. Second even when Endou managed to counter Li Hao's hissatsu with his combination hissatsu with Nishikage and Signamu "The Asura", Inazuma Japan was still unable to score since their keeper actually managed to block "Penguin the God & Devil" with his own hissatsu.
* Episode 18: Goujin finally standing on the field and scores the first goal for Inazuma Japan with Fire Lemonade Rising, sending the goalkeeper along with the net flying into the sky.
* Episode 19: So many moments.
** Fudou scores a goal with Maximum Circus, tying the score with China.
** Ichihoshi's analysis of the Chinese team is finally finished. He and Nosaka promptly launch their trump card hissatsu tactic: The General, which gives a speed boost to all team members along with ability to predict the movements of the enemy team.
** In the final moments of the match, Li Hao and Chao Xin break through Inazuma Japan's defense and use their combination shoot move: Tenhou Jiretsu. It nearly breaks through the Asura. Inazuma Japan only managed to defend their goal with 6 players.

Up To Eleven is a defunct trope

* Omega the Hand takes the concept of God Hand and cranks it UpToEleven. The hand is so big that you can see it outside the stadium, and catching a ball makes it glow in a very bright light, as it shrinks back to show Endou with the ball. You can just experience how awesome it is for yourself here (Minor Ogre spoilers).

* 's big comeback in the Jeanne d'Arc mini-arc. While he wasn't really the strongest during Holy Road, he finally gets a lot going in this mini-arc. After a whole lot of CantCatchUp moments, it's nice to see him as a worthy member for the ultimate eleven.

* Episode 38 of GO Galaxy: [[spoiler: While the whole episode is an example as a whole of this, Zanarkurou really nails the spot home as he gets near the net, when suddenly, the strongest defender of Faramobius, Bargas, appears. So, how does Zanarkurou react? By releasing so much power that he sends Bargas flying while having the same eyes as Super Zanark, and to score, he unleashed nothing less than Great Max Na Ore, which viewers of Chrono Stone may remember as the hissatsu waza that completely destroyed the goalkeepers of the opposing teams of the Second Stage Children, and it truly lives up to that, by not even allowing the opposing goalkeeper to even finish his hissatsu! What makes this even more awesome is that Zanark needed mixitrans to use this hissatsu: Zanarkurou just unleashed his potential without need of mixitrans or possibly not even his Soul]]. Coming from the backup striker, this is one awesome feat.
