* In "Dream Gun", Doraemon lends the titular gun to Nobita on the condition that he buys dorayaki for him. Nobita keeps putting off upholding his end of the bargain, until the end when he decides to use the gun on Doraemon to make him dream that they're going to purchase dorayaki... and it's then revealed that this only happened in Nobita's dream. Turns out Doraemon had another Dream Gun and managed to use it on Nobita first, and he then proceeds to go get his dorayaki. Yup, Doraemon beat Nobita at shooting.
* In "World Peace Safety Association?", a pair of hooligans extort money from the kids, claiming that anyone who does not pay for their protection will be severely injured. Doraemon gives Nobita a bag-like cover that grants NighInvulnerability to whoever gets inside it, allowing him to turn down the hooligans and weather their violent retribution with impunity. Not only that, but Nobita refuses to leave until they return everyone else's money, and proceeds to mess with them (dumping trash in their food, pouring water on their heads) until they comply.
* In "An Ultra Super Deluxe Pill", Nobita is tasked with pacifying a toddler, who has eaten a pill that gives him superpowers. After Nobita and Shizuka finally calm him down by singing a lullaby, Gian shows up and declares that he wants to sing. Enraged by the possibility of his hard work going to waste, Nobita promptly beats Gian (and Suneo) up, no gadgets involved.

* Anytime Nobita shows off his gunslinging skills in the movies or one of the episodes is usually one of this.
** One episode, after playing a pop-up shooting game, has Doraemon taunting Nobita about his weakness. Nobita then travels to the WildWest to prove himself. He pledged to protect Morgue City, the town he landed into, out of goodwill, and even capable of holding back bandits. Then Dorami came to the rescue after Nobita seemingly being shot... Dorami then slow down time, gave Nobita a sleeping gun, and both took down the rest of the bandits. As Nobita and Dorami head home, Nobita is then said by Dorami to be known as the MysteriousProtector of Morgue City.

* In one story, Nobita ran away from home and eventually survived for a decade in a deserted island with mostly useless Doraemon's gadgets, thinking about how to maintain food and water beforehand. Only after touching something that made noise, it made contact with Doraemon, sending Nobita home. StableTimeLoop is maintained onwards as Nobita is sent back to the time Nobita ran away from home and de-aged back into the elementary school kid he is.
* In an anime episode, after Nobita is scared of various objects, Doraemon tells him to man up. Then a mouse appears and Doraemon reacts as usual. The awesome moment comes when Nobita rightly calls Doraemon out on his hypocrisy, about being scared of a mouse while telling Nobita to change his own ways.
* One episode is about Doraemon taking a day off, hoping Nobita would be able to take care of himself without him. Unsurprisingly, Gian and Suneo tell Nobita that he can't do anything without Doraemon, and deliberately mess with him to get him in trouble. However, after seeing Nobita being picked on by two older thugs who were ready to beat him up, they decide it's too much and jump to his defense, telling the thugs to leave their friend alone.
