Talking down a hostage-taker with no assistance while the hostage is sobbing and crying and the unhinged criminal keeps periodically jabbing his gun into the hostage's head is one of the most intense experiences - and most rewarding when you win.

* Successfully beating any of the Social boss-battles, especially against [[spoiler:your own boss]].
* Simply ''seeing'' a social boss battle display appear. After the first few, you learn that it is an indicator that some truly epic moments will be had. [[spoiler: Especially since the final one is against ''genius billionaire Hugh Darrow'', and you are debating with him about ''the fate of all humankind'']]
** A close second is [[spoiler: breaking into William Taggart's press conference and confronting him about Humanity Front's involvement in the attack on Sarif Industries ''in public''.]]
