* NighInvulnerability: Besides Palkia's shoulder injury, the Time-Space Duo don't seem to receive a single scratch from their heavy attacks against each another, and neither of them seem the least bit fatigued during their ongoing battle. Heck, even Palkia's wounded shoulder, which is implied [[BizarreAlienBiology to be one of its lungs,]] doesn't seem to hinder its battle against Dialga. Maybe {{Justified}} for Dialga since he does seem to be MadeOfDiamond.

* RealLifeThemeTune: The Japanese ending theme, ''I Will Be With You (Where The Lost Ones Go)'', is actually a Norwegian song written by Espen Lind and Magnus Rostandmo. While it never gained any serious notoriety in Japan or the US before the movie, it peaked at 26th on the charts in Norway, and consistently made the charts for five weeks in the Netherlands. [[http://projectpearlshipping.wixsite.com/psdatacore/iwillbewithyou Its origins don't stop some fans from speculating about its meaning to the movie and PearlShipping, however.]]
