''Dance with Devils'' is a multimedia project conceived by Creator/{{Rejet}} and Elements Garden, which started as an anime series that was part of the Fall2015Anime season.

The series is unusual for the fact that it is essentially an animated musical, featuring at least one song per episode, sung by the characters in the show. Probably because of the music's high-production values, the show is relatively sparse on background music, with what's there being quiet and muted, contributing to an ominous tone.

In June 2017, a movie based on the anime series, ''Dance with Devils -Fortuna-''was announced, with the movie itself premiering on November 4 the same year. The movie's premise is an alternative retelling of the anime series with a number of key differences such as new songs, different epilogues depending on the cinema that shows it and a new character; Marius, voiced by Creator/ToshiyukiToyonaga, who serves as the movie's [[TheNarrator narrator]] and has an implied connection to Ritsuka and Roen.

The potpourri her mom always gave her? It was to hide the essence/odor of the grimoire that came from her, as well. Eventually, it was also revealed that Ritsuka is also Maksis' daughter, making her also half-demon.]]

* SeriesMascot: Roen, the pomeranian dog. So much, that even in the pre-release promotional campaign, during April Fools' Day 2015, he cosplayed as the rest of the main male cast.
